Sales person was very friendly and they knew all the information about the pieces of furniture that I was searching for. Some of the pieces were a little pricey but well made. They had normal pieces of furniture at a good price and they also carried high end furniture at a pretty decent price. They offered different delivery options and you could pick the day you want it delivered. Also sold a separate warranty which I thought was great. I purchased my piece and am very happy with it. Also they had pieces that I had looked everywhere for an couldnt find. I would buy again.

My husband and I went in to shop for furniture a few weeks ago; not looking to buy that day but planning. We went back last night, Amanda helped us again, and we purchased three pieces that we are very excited about. The store is very clean, with a lot of stock. They offer delivery options and customization of some pieces.

I shopped online for weeks for the Chelsea nightstand and came across Woodstock Furniture and emailed them for a quote. Heather responded first thing the next morning with their price (which was hundreds less then all other sellers), and after a phone call to her, I was able to purchase the nightstand with much ease. Process was amazing and customer service was phenomenal!! I even reached out to Heather about another nightstand I was interested in. I have never purchased furniture online before but Woodstock Furniture made the whole process easy. Jared responded by text and answered all my questions, emailed me the invoice which was then signed online and the hardest part of the whole process was waiting 3 weeks for the new furniture to arrive when you’re excited about your new purchase. Delivery came and they set it all up and confirmed I was satisfied before they left. Then Jared followed up with a phone call to check on my satisfaction. Very satisfied customer.

Amanda from the Rome location was great! She reached out via email to assist me as I was having trouble locating a certain piece of furniture online. I emailed her the photo I had of the furniture and in no time she was able to let me know the price, where I could pick it up and how many were in stock. We were able to keep in touch via text and email and picked up the piece the next day! She even made sure to take all my information over the phone so we could drive straight to pick up the piece rather than stop by the store first. Great experience!

This was a great experience! We were greeted as we walked in with such polite professionalism, but they did NOT hover as we walked through looking at the large selection they offered in sectional sofas. We made our selection and the process was so easy as they were extremely informative to what they had in stock and all other questions we had! Bought our sofa and picked it up the same day at their distribution location. All around great experience!!!

We are frustrated that over 2 months later, we still don’t have our furniture. We were not told this at the time of purchase. When my wife called, the salesperson tried to say the middle of May was what was stated in the beginning. That was not true. We wrote down the dates we were told the day we purchased. I understand there are a lot of delays due to COVID. We are going on 3 months now. That is a little much. We probably won’t buy from them again.

I reached out to Amanda about a chest and she was so helpful. Always kept me in the loop. Originally I was suppose to receive the chest in mid-January but it arrived in mid-December. I totally recommend this place!!

I bought 1 room since August and they still havent delivered me, they gave me a date for October, in October they tell me that for November and now that I went to ask they tell me that for December, I had better decide to cancel and they didnt even try to see if I liked another model, or one that will arrive faster, or at least an apology for the delay.

Once again, Gail Poole comes through. I bought two reclining loveseats and an adjustable base, bed frame and mattress. Gail took care of me from the time I walked through the door. I went in on 6/18 looking for a new leather living room set. I had previously purchased my bed from the one in Woodstock. I was in there for around 15 minutes and was ignored by everyone. They fell over themselves to help the older lady that walked in 10 feet ahead of me. There were still several at the desk and some in the back talking. Just because I’m in my 30s does not mean I do not need a salesperson like the lady that was 70+. I will shop elsewhere.

This was our first time checking out Woodstock Furniture and we will definitely be back. The services was great and everything from asking questions to making a purchase was smooth and easy. We didn’t feel pressured at all and there were plenty of options for purchasing what we were looking for. Definitely recommend.

My favorite place to buy beautiful furniture and decor. The prices are much better than the majority of stores around especially for the quality one is getting. I like the special ordering design department best. Made in USA items. The staff is extremely helpful and not intrusive.

My brother and I were in your store July 4 for at least 20 minutes nobody ask if they could help us not even an hello. We preferred to purchase our furniture from Woodstock furniture and have been a customer Since 99. We even found the sofa we wanted to buy. Not worth the experience

I’m very disappointed in my first visit to the Rome location. We have done business with the location in Woodstock for years and have always had good service. I was walking around for 10-15 minutes looking for a recliner and was ignored by every salesperson in the store (several were standing around chatting). I didn’t even get acknowledgement from the lady sitting at the customer service desk when I told her, “Have a nice day.” I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We recently bought a glider recliner for my husband. He sat in many different chairs before deciding on the perfect one! Jack Swann was so patient and helpful. Woodstock delivered right on time, and the installation was done professionally and without mess. Im impressed and will shop at Woodstock Outlet again.

Great selection... Great prices. Got free delivery. But, the delivery guys told me they could have sprayed fabric protection on at the warehouse. Instead, my mother had to do it as I was in bed with a kidney infection, trying to keep down antibiotics. She sprayed it outside and had all windows open with fans blowing out and an air purifier running. I paid over $60 for 3 cans at the store, even mentioning to our sales lady that I did not want to spray chemicals around my kids. Not sure why she didnt mention this but it ticked me off, especially since it smelled like cockroach spray! Even with the bedroom door shut and a towel against the bottom.

Bought a new Tempurpedic “cool” mattress and adjustable bed frame. Gail was most helpful in helping me choose the bed that was right for me and answered my many questions. Delivery was fast and the guys did an excellent job.
