My special needs daughter had a hearing aid emergency- her hearing aid processor wire broke unexpectedly and she is completely deaf without it. I called and they worked us in without an appointment, did a thorough hearing evaluation, fitted her for a new aid and even loaned us a demo aid till hers arrives. The staff went above and beyond!
