I love going there because I can’t hear good! I seeDr Stacy Pritchett and because my other hearing aids were not electronic and she suggested that they would be great for me to have! I got them about 2 weeks ago and I can hear so good! I’m grateful she has been taking good care of me!!!Receptionist is very nice also!JoAnn Beam6/1/21

Miracle Ear in Rome, GA treated my husband so well. Stacy Pritchett went the extra mile to investigate whether our insurance could help reduce the cost of my husband’s hearing aids. Once the staff discovered we could get a discount, the staff redid all the financial paperwork. Stacy Pritchett and the staff at Miracle Ear in Rome, Ga are wonderful. So glad that we came to this clinic out of all the other hearing aid clinics in Rome.

I take my mother to have her hearing aids serviced at this location. We went to Chattanooga for years. Great great service by the woman there.Excited by this opening in Rome.Recently we have had trouble even making appointments and actually having audiologist be there for appointment when we get there. When we go for 6 month recommended cleaning and device adjustment he is not there. We make another appointment and he cleans and still does not have time for adjustment with the computer he says. Will try next time. Another 6 months? Brian is stretched to thin between other stores or just not here often at all.This location is getting a bad reputation with service and customer care.This worries me for my mother. New receptionist left alone after what she said had a 1 week training was rude and argumentative when I had questions about only her there for service and not Brian for our appointment. These hearing aids greatly affect my mothers quality of life.New lady kept mothers hearing aids to send for repair when one was not working. She did not have them over 2 weeks of Christmas. She was told by receptionist she would have them back in less than 5 days. When we got them back in two weeks Brian still was not there. She said it was just the battery. Receptionist gave mom three packs of batteries free for our trouble. Not the rechargeable mom uses we found out.When she made an appoint for the next week with Brian he said batteries she gave us were not what was in them now.Mother’s ear had become sore after using repaired aids. Brian saw tip of hearing aid was still in her ear. He tried to remove it but pain was to great. We took her to an ENT Physician for it to be removed. Just a mess.Mother is 85 how many more Christmases does she have with family to have missed so much of this one? Would Brian have seen tip was loose and spared her the pain and cost of Doctors visit?

The staff here is awesome! They are working closely with my grandmother who is a bit resistant to change. They are great. Felicia and Stacy are the best!

We have tried for four weeks to connect with the audiologist in the Rome store to fix problems with our hearing aids, but to no avail. Originally, my husbands tennitis shield was perfect. Everything that was set in his hearing aids the way he wanted them, until we brought them in to be adjusted. Now they are only good on one setting. On Friday, we had an appointment to see this audiologist, but instead he walked out of the store and passed us as he went to his car to leave 10 minutes before closing. I really don’t think this audiologist likes his job, and we will never return to this store. Along with this, we will be sure to tell anyone we know, including social media about the lack of customer service.

Not helpful at all since the hearing aid wasnt purchased with them. Couldnt even allow me to pay them just to fix the battery door. I understand policy but the rudeness wasnt necessary

I went to this store in rome. Payed the down payment of 500.00 check out my account and couldnt fit it in my budget I on C C so I told thim that I couldnt take them But no refund. He said they could finace the rest but couldnot do that
