It’s always tough to buy expensive items online from across the country. We are in Chicago and Broad Street is in Georgia. My son found the guitar he wanted online, so I called Shane and he was very professional. I paid over the phone and was immediately emailed a receipt, followed by a tracking number the next morning. Three days later it arrived in Chicago nicely packed and ready to play. I would definitely recommend Broad Street.
