My father was on Medicare we were locked in to Lincare for 5 years. We would order supplies to be delivered to their home and they would never show up. I finally would call in supply order for me to pick up. Most of the time it wasn t pulled when I got there. Poor customer service.

I saw the negative reviews and thought, it can be that bad. Trust me its way worse. I have no idea how they stay in business if they are this horrible at keeping people equipped with the supplies they need. If I had a severe illness I would be dead a long time ago. Stay away from Lincare!
My wife needed a nubulater so we went though lancare, every thing was fine getting it, the lady said it would be 1.80 a month for 13 months so we told her we would just pay the 13 months and be done with it, she said Medicare would not let them do that, so she needed a credit card number and we did, bad mistake, first month 12 dollars second month 14 dollars my wife spent hours listening to music trying to talk with someone, finally had to call credit card and cancel them, the only reason I give a one star is because they wasn’t any zero star up there, please listen to me before you make a big mistake like we did
I only gave them 1 star because there was no option for zero. My wife needs a high flo oxygen concentrator and we cant get them to bring one. They say that they dont have one available right now. I guess shes not suppose to breathe in the meantime. We wouldve gone elsewhere but thats who she has to use with her insurance. Pitiful!!!
I try to never say never, but I will NEVER use Rome Lincare again. After my local doctor faxed them my order, it took them 40 DAYS to get my CPAP machine to me. Today, four months later, I learned that I have not gotten replacement supplies because Lincare Rome never put my information into the system.The Rome office waiting area was filthy each time I was there, and the room where I was fitted for my mask was unkempt and had garbage on the floor. I took photos it was so bad.The specialist for my mask fitting looked as though they had just gotten out of bed after sleeping in their clothes.It gives me no pleasure to leave such a review, but the Rome office is unprofessional in every way, and I would never recommend them.

They never answer a call. you only get a message to hold and no one answers for 20 to 30 minutes.
I do hundreds of reviews of items, places, business, and services a year. This is the absolute lowest rating I have ever given on any of these. They are rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. They did not follow guidelines of submission of claims, they make their own insurance health determinations of what will get approved and what will not. This leaves you with the inability to appeal because an initial decision was never made. It is sad when the health of a person is jeopardize with readmission over simply submitting a claim so it can get denied that would allow the appeal and waiver process to begin with the insurance. Not asking for anything free simply asking for a denial so an appeal process can begin. Since when did a private company for profit begin making these coverage decisions for Medicare a government entity? How is this possible? What law allows this company to do this? I do not feel they are making legal decisions based upon fact or correct Medicare guidelines. This person from this company just decided I am not approving this claim so I am not submitting it. I believe an investigation of this company should be done and possible revocation of their right as accompany to accept Medicare, possible termination of their business license, and termination of this highly unprofessional person be carried out.
Our experience with this place has been subpar as of yet. I am so very disappointed in the way they have handled my mothers oxygen needs. She called and asked if they could switch her back to the portable tanks because her concentrator will not stay charged unless its plugged in. The guy who delivered today sat 4 small bottles on the counter and left. No key to turn them on, no case for going out in public, no hoses or cunulla. These tanks dont even have a guage on them to measure the amount of oxygen in them or coming out! This is unacceptable. Furious.
Customer service is not the best but if you can’t get any help at the front always ask for the Respiratory Therapist. She is wonderful and very informative. She explains everything and does anything to help take care of whatever problems you have or questions you need answers. She set me up on my Cpap machine and I was so nervous when I left I felt great. Customer service is not good but the therapist is! I’m not sure her name but just ask for the therapist
I would not consider them as of June 2020. They are no longer efficient, are rude and not stable..On a bad day, with an MS flare, recent TAVR heart surgery,and my voice suffering from laryngitis I called for service. I was called rude.My medicare has paid them for years and Im looking for help from a new supplier.
First they made me come to them and pick up my machine and then would not answer my calls when I needed new parts and then told my insurance they got my machine because I was non complacent and now because my CPAP actually got distroyed when I got kicked out by my xhusband and now I cant get a new one for over 5 years because this company lied and said I wasnt doing what I was supposed to and thats total bs.
This is one the most corrupt medical supply businesses they are. They over charged me admitted it and it too five months to get a refund only to get another invoice after the refund was made. Buyer beware this business needs to be investigated for insurance fraud as the are a total insurance scam. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
Worst customer service ever. My husband took my machine in bc it broke. Its only around 1 yr old. They replaced it with a new machine. He picked it up and ordered me a new mask. It never came so after about 3 weeks i called and was assured that it haf been ordered and wld be delivered to their office and they would call me. 8 weeks later (total around 11 weeks) still no new mask. I had high tech and never had a problem getting supplies. My husband had lincare and i ordered numerous times and have never one time gotte anything i have ordered . I guess you are suppose to use the same mask and supplies for the rest of your life. They dont even work now. Im never using again

If you are looking for oxygen, tracheostomy supplies or anything of that nature I advise you to stay away from this office. This place is run like a madhouse, not a business. I am a tracheostomy patient & they never have the disposable inner cannula like I am supposed to have. My cannula is supposed to be changed twice a day per doctors orders. Well every time I call them they always tell me they have to wait for them to be delivered. I told the girl that does all the ordering they know my situation, why dont they have them in stock? I will be finding me another company to go with because this company is a joke.
