I loved the hotel, would be great to come here with kids. Everything is done perfectly for them. Every kind of attraction and animators are taking care while parents are enjoying coffee and nuce weather. Open swimming pools with solty water. I am not tge biggest fan of zoos which is located on the territory, and cages are way too small. All possible kitchen restaurants, personal way to the seaside, though stones no send. But it seems normal here. Promenade and cost infrastructure need serious renovation, hopefully will be done soon. The best restaurant was Chaika for us, great prawns fresh oysters great service! I recomend!!

We had a great time staying here, wish we could stay longer. The hotel is nestled in the middle of a park, you are surrounded by mountain, forest and sea views wherever you look. The amenities are amazing. There are 20 restaurants on sight, lots of play and activity areas for kids, entertainment nightly. Private beach access and olympic size pool. Infinity salt water pool overlooking the black sea, sauna, spa, salt cave, and a zoo that is spread out amongst the grounds. You could only stay here for the entire length of your visit and have something to do everyday, but they also have a tourist bureau that offers very affordable excursions. There are hotel taxis ready to take you wherever you need to go, as well. The service was very polite and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, fresh, and comfortable. There is air-conditioning in every room. They also have shuttles that go to and from Simferopol airport (1:30-2 hrs away), which is a great perk. Great for families with kids, there are so many activities to keep them busy. Also, super safe, everyone coming in and out of the hotel needs their bracelet (which is also the room key).

Понравилось: инфраструктура, бассейны ( морская вода и реально очень тёплая), сауны, завтраки ( в Мраморном зале), наличие большого количества ресторанов на любой вкус, огромная и очень красивая, продуманная территория. Зоопарк ! Ежедневно проведовали обитателей. Спуск на пляж удобный ( не купались, так как вторая половина октября). Номер чистый, комфортный, красивый. Жили на 14м этаже, было тихо. Также понравилось само расположение отеля- прямо посреди Массандровского парка. До набережной Ялты расслабленным шагом примерно 18ть минут - ужинать, обедать можно там, по пути много как кафе, так и магазинов. В гостинице расположено ялтинское экскурсинное бюро, где можно составить план на отпуск. Обобщю : почти одни плюсы, отдых замечательный.Из минусов : Выселение ! Заняло 1 час 10 минут, все из-за необходимости вернуть депозит с браслета ( по которому берутся халаты и тд ). Долго, муторно, неорганизованно ( очередь человек на 30ть, всего два работника, из которых разбирается только один....).Также трансфер до аэропорта выехал с опозданием в 30 минут.
Мы семьёй первый раз в Ялте-Интурист, очень достойный отель, еда вся очень вкусная, всего хватает, разнообразных блюд достаточно. Территория просто бесподобная, все чисто, зоопарк на территории отеля достойный, все животные ухоженные. Детская площадка очень хорошая. Бассейны в это время с подогревом просто замечательно. Бани. Мы очень довольны. И обязательно приедем сюда ещё раз.

Из плюсов в сравнении с другими отелями хочу отметить систему браслетов,с помощью которых можно расплачиваться за услуги и товары на территории отеля, открывать номер, шкафчики в раздевалке и т. д. Это очень удобно! На территории отеля много развлечений для больших и маленьких, активных и успокаивающих. Очень понравилось! То место, куда хочется вернуться!

The disadvantages that I noted for myself: check-in and gym. At check-in, it is a dubious pleasure to wait in a queue for check-in for an hour and then wait for the same number for the same amount of time. I understand that the capacity of the hotel is huge, but something needs to be done with these (although Im sure the hotel management knows and thinks about it). Fitness room work from 8 am! This is generally not an understandable moment for me. People come from different time zones and with different regimes. For me, eight in the morning is already the height of the day. Why it is impossible to open it at least at six in the morning is not clear. Well, in my opinion, it would be possible to increase the number of treadmills in the cardio zone, as well as strength training equipment (a lot of people walk, everything is busy). Otherwise, we were very pleased with the service and quality of services.

I booked a hotel, paid 100%, then for family reasons, I had to cancel the trip. I wrote a statement + a copy of my passport (which, in principle, is not required by law), but nevertheless I agreed to their terms. 10 calendar days have passed, there is still no refund, and the amount is rather big. I called / wrote, the situation is the same and cannot be resolved in any way. Now they promise me a refund within 10 calendar days. I do not advise you to book a hotel on the website itself. The phone never notes. It is possible to call only to order a transfer, they pick up the phone at least once. Friends recommended this hotel to me, but I didnt even expect to face such a situation. hotel managers cannot solve the problem.

I would put two Green Parks to help out ... firstly, very small rooms, even a little cramped together. Secondly, at breakfasts, the tables are not cleaned for a very long time, there are so few free ones, so they are still littered with dirty dishes, the food is cold and, frankly, not tasty. Therefore, my advice is, it is better to pay a thousand per person and go to Green Park, it tastes better there, the food is more varied and hot, and by the way, the champagne for breakfast there also tastes better. Thirdly, it is very cold, especially to leave the pool, they could at least put heaters on, really freeze until you reach the sauna, which is also not very hot. Then the rooms are cleaned, so-so, a thick layer of dust on the air conditioner. There are also positive sides, the masseurs work in the hotel are good, there are no complaints here. I have a broken leg, I have been lying in my room for 4 days, unable to move outside the hotel building, we have a sick 2-year-old child in our arms, but they offer me to move! GREAT PROPOSAL, MANAGEMENT PAY ATTENTION to the narrow-mindedness of your staff, who could not resolve the internal conflict and aggravated the negative state of the situation. At the second stage, the director of the restaurant Tatiana and the person in charge of the food line contacted me. Tatiana was sympathetic, tried to smooth out the situation, but what happened is beyond her responsibility, since a timely response is not always possible at the time of an emergency (this is about the lack of help at the moment of a breakdown on the territory of the restaurant), despite this, for some reason, “take the rap” for the situation was obliged to her. Also, the person in charge of the food line contacted me, and if Tatyana (I hope) was sincerely interested in how she could help at the moment, then the aforementioned person in charge was only interested in the absence of claims specifically to him. I even found it difficult to say anything intelligible, since I did not expect such assertiveness about the claims against him, except for an explanation of why the tables are not safe and for what reason my break is the fault of the hotel. I BROKEN LEG THROUGH THE WINE OF THE HOTEL, they got me off with three almost meaningless calls. Yes, they also moved an unsafe table for visibility. But moving the table back wont heal my bones. By the way, my fracture requires a stay in a cast for at least 6 weeks + rehabilitation for 12 months, since I broke my foot. And I have a 2-year-old active son, a very strong fracture has lowered the level of comfort in my life.Moreover, MY CHILD 2 YEARS WAS INFECTED WITH ANGINA ON THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL. We drove into the hotel on August 27, on the night of 1.09 the child had a fever. The incubation period of sore throat is from 14 to 48 hours, thus, the infection occurred on the territory of the hotel. The hotel does not comply with regulations to protect guests from respiratory diseases, including COVID-19. Temperature measurement is fictitious, there is no control over wearing masks, surfaces are not properly processed. In the first-aid post, where we turned, there was no possibility of adequate medical care (we could not even examine the child), we were simply sent to the Yalta Childrens Polyclinic, where we traveled on our own. As a result, we called an ambulance to the hotel when the childs temperature was 40 degrees. A sore throat was established and treatment was prescribed in the form of antibiotics, inhalations, etc. As a result, for another 4 days, the child did not lose temperature from around 39, my husband also contracted angina from the child. I also described this situation in a written claim to the hotel mail. Conclusions: THE HOTEL DEEPLY SPITS ON ITS GUESTS, because, let me remind you, I was offered to move for 1 day with a sick child (which was mentioned in the claim) and a broken leg!It is also important to note the poor cleaning of the rooms: the bathroom is not cleaned in principle, neither the toilet nor the shower, and you have to wait for shower gels for a very long time. Orders do not remember, they are confused, they barely move, it feels like asking for loans. Cleaning the room nuuuuu .... until you ask to put in new brushes, a shaving kit .... do not move, and for a minute we lived in a suite, and I cant even imagine that in a regular room😱. Rooms and meals do not correspond to the declared service and cost. The room has been renovated, but old furniture, the door to the toilet does not close, the same terrible refrigerator, double-glazed windows are wrapped in tape, the door to the balcony is difficult to open. The rooms are not cleaned, the garbage was taken out on request. A mess is going on in the dining room, always hungry people take away everything according to the packages brought in advance, the pigsty is still the same, the tables are not cleaned on time, the same type of food every day 🤦♂️ The territory is excellent - a zoo, a water park, pools. There are not enough sun loungers, people take them with a towel in the morning and keep them until the evening. Unfortunately, you will no longer want to return here for such a price. Despite the spoiled mood with the room and the service, in general, the rest was a success, because this is Crimea, with its magnificent majestic nature and healing air, sea, sun! Too slow and unprofessional service. Huge queues! These units are the face of the hotel! It blurs the impression.
Everything is beautiful here: the territory, sea views, swimming pools, salt cave, massage, shops, excursions, staff, etc. etc. The only drawback is the large capacity (I dont even know how many people live here at a time - a thousand, two, five?) Provokes very long queues at the reception. But there’s probably nothing you can do about it.

The feeling that you are eating at the station is also noisy and there is a huge movement of vacationers for food and drinks.The beach is not cleaned, so there is garbage on the beach and in the water, you have to be prepared for this. Surprised, since in many hotels lower class the beach is always monitored and the garbage that takes it ashore at night is removed. There is no such thing here.The rooms are smoking, which is reflected in the air inside the hotel as a whole. As a non-smoker, I hear this smell and there is discomfort from it.In the afternoon and in the evening, so many vacationers gather on the territory of the hotel that the feeling of being at a concert in the crowd.In a word, this is far from a quiet and not a family hotel, but an ordinary hotel with a variety of everything, focused on bread and a show, and comfort and coziness are not in the first place.For the money that the hotel costs, you can choose a vacation in Crimea much better.In a word, we had a rest and we will not come here again and will not advise.

Of course, if you do not bother with this, then the rules, if so then get ready !!! I think for such a hotel, and the money they take is not acceptable! The problem with the sun loungers by the pool - people are throwing towels, some did not even come (we were sitting next to a busy one, so no one showed up until lunchtime)!

The hotels infrastructure is diverse: several pools with sea water t = 28 °, childrens and adult avkaparks, walking hotels, restaurants, shops, cafes, a private pebble beach.The disadvantage in the main building is that it takes a very long time to wait for the elevator. We got to this hotel on the recommendation of a tour operator to replace a ticket to Turkey. Tell us a lot of good things and promised “mountains of gold”, in general, they said “you will definitely not regret it!” Actually, thats why they did not change it, when two weeks before the vacation, Turkey was still opened 😩We arrived with two children (one baby and a 4-year-old). We got to the hotel and we checked in after 23.00. Offered a room on the 5th floor (courtyard view) and 13 (sea view). Chosen naturally 13! And they were very surprised 🤭😬from the morning at the sight of the abandoned unfinished, backstage part of the main restaurant kitchen, half of the Olympic pool and the sea in the distance. Ie, the girl forgot these nuances at the reception. The morning surprises did not end there!Breakfast from 7.30, we left the room at 8.15, and went down to the restaurant on the 1st floor at 8.40 !!! And all 25 minutes we waited for the elevator 🛗 !!! Or rather, his absence towels were changed only for the 5th day, and then after the scandal for the entire corridor, the bed was not changed at all, the vacuum cleaner reached the room so far only once, the garbage was taken out twice.
