I had a hard time finding a place to take my car because everyone was telling me it would take weeks to get to it. I brought it here as soon as they opened and D was fantastic. Very clear with me on what needed to be done, called me with updates, and got it done in just a few hours.

They guys saved my car!!!Thank you for getting me in on a moments notice and taking the time to find out what was going on with my car!!I was on the expressway when I went to accelerate and saw a bunch of smoke, the car started running sluggish, got out of an appointment and saw a puddle of liquid. I knew I couldnt make it home and was not near home. After calling almost everyone in the area, I called Mike More Miles and they were able to get me in. Was told, by a friend, that it look like I was leaking oil, added oil (my car has an oil consumption problem) and took it to the shop. After checking out the leak, it was NOT oil, they quickly found the problem. I over filled the oil, the dip stick said I needed oil so I added oil. It turned out that I didnt need the oil and the dip stick I have, its hard to read. They saved my car as I almost killed it with too much oil in it.I can not say enough about these guys.To say thank is truly not enough.

After delivering a part to a local business at 2 am Saturday morning (an emergencyshipment), that business suggested Mikes More Miles to fix my simple exhaust issue that happened along the way from Ohio. It was an easy, quick fix...after arriving there at 8am, I explained to them nicely the simple problem and how I dont live here, but from out of state....in all honesty, given the height under my van, a lift wasnt needed..regardless, they never looked at it, nor did they seem interested in it or me...suggested that I leave it until Monday...really???...lol..so I went to Autozone bought $15.00 worth of clamps, a piece of pipe and repaired it myself in an hour...in the Walmart parking lot....lol.. I guess that Im really disappointed in them, and their lack of sensitivity to the traveling public needs when a situation arises such as this. I would of waited, patiently if need be. The many good positive reviews and recommendations are what brought me here to begin with...but I am learning that sometimes reviews arent always what they seem to be..

This company is horrible and they will not honor their warranty service, I bought 4 tires and 1 month later I started to have problems out one them and i have took it back several time with a promise that they will replace the tire, now 5 months later still no tire, plus they did some work on my work truck and caused more problems with it than it was before they touch it, so away from these guy they are incompetent and complete crooks, I liked it better when Tuffy was the owner because I never had any problems until these guys took over, save yourself the time and hard earn money, STAY AWAY !!!!!!

This place is clean. There aren’t many shops that are this clean. Great service. I called and made a same day appointment. When I arrived they immediately took my car in for service. So I had a roadside emergency, no brakes and fluid leaking everywhere. The staff were very helpful and had new pads, calipers, rotors and connectors installed. I was back on the road in right at 2 hours. They walked me through everything and gave me pointers on some other upkeep. Thanks guys!

I am serious old school when it comes to auto parts stores. You talk things over inside, learn what another customer has experienced, and look for parts to work on your own project.

I needed a oil change. Call them and the guy said they have slot open. They started the work immediately after I reached there. They didn’t just change oil and filter but started with a check up of the undercarriage, that was new for me. My engine check sign wagon so told Steve to run diagnostic, they did and found the fault. They changed the air filter which was really clogged up. All this under $45!!!!! Just a plain diagnostic in other place was so exorbitantly priced.I will highly recommend this place.

Had a check engine light. Was quoted a whopping $125 for something that could be a replace gas tank cap problem!

My tire blew out on the way to work (a 25ish mile commute) I pulled into a parking lot that just happened to be right next to this place. They were very kind and professional and got my spare on for me. They even offered more advice and services to help. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness!

Brought my car in that sat for a few month and a gentleman named Pat helped me out up front. He was super professional but still super cool(no awkward moments).He quoted me for the repair I needed and was also upfront about potential things that might go wrong during bv the repair(claerly no bs). Turned out his guy in back is amazing and was able to complete the repair without breaking any of my rusty brackets and bolts so additionall cost for repairs.Thanks guys

I would have given them 0 stars if it would have let me. Complete rip off!!! I went in to have a pressure test done on my coolant system because of an antifreeze leak. I was pretty sure it was the radiator, but wanted to be sure before replacing it. I walk in and the one guys says it will probably be $30, so I agreed to have them do it. The mechanic pulls it in and it literally takes him 2 minutes to find the leak. It was the radiator and another guy goes to ring me up and he says it will be $52 and change. Thats a $32 upcharge from what the 1st guy said! I would have never had them do it for $52! And then he has the audacity to say, if you decide to have us replace the radiator then I will give you a discount. Bunch of crooks. I will never go back!!!

I brought my car in for a new alternator. The service was excellent, and they got my car fixed in a timely manner and good price. They were very honest and upfront about everything during the whole process.

I used to get my oil changes here and never had a problem. About 1 and a half months ago I got a oil change right after I left my check engine light kept coming on and off. Than today I went in to get another oil change and let them know my check engine light was coming on and off so he said he would check it. Than I left they called because I forgot to leave them my keys my bf went back to give them my keys the mechanic than went on to tell him that they were going to charge me $120 so he can use his “expensive” computer to check what was wrong. So I took my keys back as I was walking away he called my bf a f**king a**hole under his breath and I decided to take it to a family mechanic. They called after I left apologizing for the guys actions and said they weren’t going to charge me but I decided on taking it else where when he changed the oil he said they never even changed it from the last time I got it done the oil was black and barely any drained out. I really liked this place but never again.

I went to Tuffys about a month ago to have them help me with a tire issue. I am glad that i went to this location. Maria, the receptionist, was very kind from the start and I really appreciated that. Craig was the one that helped me with my tire issue. He was so very kind and did a good job regarding my tire issue. Art also was very nice and helpful. Patrick was very kind. It was nice to talk with him, and he was also helpful. I liked Tuffys because they were upfront about the cost involved in solving my tire issue and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. Had taken my suburban in for a leak guys checked it found a broken pressure hose all fixed! I also had some stuttering issues but couldnt leave truck . Brought it back next day after work guys looked it over checked codes pulled a few plugs ... no charge. Nice people & honest.

This was honestly the WORST experience Ive ever had getting an oil change. The service tech doing my oil change was fine, no complaints, but the guy working the desk, Patrick, was just awful and had horrible customer service skills. From the moment I walked in, he was showing odd behavior. I asked him if he could skip the inspection and just change the oil and he got bent out of shape and told me that I can just take the car now, and I asked was the oil changed and he said no with an attitude. I said I need the oil changed, I just dont want the inspection. He said ok. BTW it took 1 hour just to do that. They finally got done with my car and Patrick was ringing me up and I showed him a 10% off coupon I got from your website. He told me the total, I inserted my chip and I asked which button do I press for credit and he pressed the red button and nothing happened. I said I dont want to input my pin, I would like to use as credit and he said oh well its reading it as a debit card and he literally stared at me for about 30 seconds and didnt say anything. I asked him why he was staring at me and he still continued to say nothing. So, I had to put my pin in anyway. He then gives me the receipt and only gave me 5% off, instead of the 10% and I said something to him and he said yeah, so what I didnt want to give it to you. I asked him what his problem was and he said he didnt like my snide comments? I dont even know what he was talking about. I told him this was the worst customer service I have ever seen and Patrick said so, dont come back. BELIEVE ME I WONT. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! If I could give no stars on the review I would!!A couple weeks ago I got a quote from Tuffy in Romeoville, the town Ive lived in since 1977, to simply swap out my stock muffler with my aftermarket muffler that I bought online for my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. They quote me $225 for labor and about 4 of pipe. That is literally highway robbery!! It was seriously 10 minutes worth of work. I know this because I took my business to Velasquez muffler shop in Joliet and they swapped it out in 10 mins for $80. Shame I had to go to a different town to spend my money instead of giving my money to a local shop. Ridiculous!!!

Saturday September 29th at 11 a.m. I ask them to screw mudflab into the vehicle. Service desk demanded hundreds bucks gropping my vehicle keys soon as he mentioned hundreds bucks charge, he really want to hold the vehicle hostage very aggressive attitudes and demeanor. Overall disgusting people

Tuffys went out of their way to print documents to prove that the repairs needed on my car were under safety recall and should be done free of charge by the dealer. (The dealer wanted $900). Thanks to Tuffys, I was able to prove to the dealer that this was under recall. Tuffys staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. I made a repair for my car at tuffy in feb 2014 and the car was about to kill me will i am driving it i couldnt use the brake at all it stuck prevent me from stop the care at all i was doing reverse to slow it down but it keep going fast till finally it stops by pulling it to the grass i went to anther shop and they discover a round metal piece was in their that is should never be in that place
