Not actually open 24hrs, very inconvenient

Never go to this establishment. They charged my husband for items he did not get. When he went back the employee argued with him saying “oh wait you paid for what you didn’t get?” He took exactly what he jut ordered and her response was “ oh I am glad I gave you a receipt”. The manager did nothing about it. Take your money elsewhere.

Great place for ice cream or coffee!!

Friendly service, helpful. Great for kids. Helpful when you have questions about menu items - knowledgeable. Not too crowded, so youre sure to get what you want. Super clean, plenty of napkins for globs and spills.

Nice service, good ice cream. Store was clean, staff was courteous . They were selling reusable Dunkin cups and had many cakes and pizza cakes in the fridge ( which I was not aware was available ). Overall, no surprises in service ( which is a good thing ) and the product was consistent with expectations ( another good thing )

Ordered a warm brownie sundae. There was no hot fudge, no whipped cream, no cherry. I literally received a cup of ice cream with a cold, hard brownie packed on top, jammed so tight that when I opened it ice cream spilled everywhere

I am frequent customer of Romeoville Illinois store in Indepedence Boulevard but after my experience today and the past, I will not be buying from Baskin anymore. Whenever I buy a cappuccino blasts they do not put enough ice cream that the blasts taste like coffee too much. It seems like this group of people are worst than the others when adding ice cream and sadly they might be the managers. I believe that they are just selfish people. There are other places to go to so I will start doing that.

A 24 hour location closed due to cleaning the store. This note was posted on the door.The drive through had a cone on the way to say it was closed. Ordered a cookie dough sunday. Got a scoop of cookie dough ice cream. Who pays $7 for one scoop of ice cream?

Would have gotten 5 stars if service was faster during slow hours and if they didnt charge money for a cup of water, even after buying other items.

Not many choices of ice cream, most had ice crystals indicating that its not fresh. Will not return.

Terrible service. They delivered my melted order! If the machines do not work Do not sell them ... in photo my melted banana split everything was thrown away. at least they gave me many napkins ...
