I was told by salesman the items will take about 1-2months to deliver but it took four months to delivered into my place. I waited because customer’s service keep giving me incorrect estimates dates to be delivered till I realized. Even after four months of waiting I received damaged items constantly two times with the same order. It’s good delivery guy informed me about it! Who to blame Ashely management or the people who rushed to ship things out?? I would not recommend ASHELY HOMESTORE if this kind of service are providing to its customers.
Sales people are very professional and the selection is outstanding. Shopped around at several different stores, even though I have been an Ashley customer most my life. Always looking for quality at a good price. Once again Ashley was what I chose.
It was OK,but nobody seemed too interested in helping too much. I stopped by few seperate days but basically left in my own....Also, 3 seperate people didnt seem interested in making a sale. And one of the particular three days that I was there they actually asked if I wanted to make an appointment when I was going to come back and I did but when I arrived it seemed like they never notated it since it was not handled any different even when I announced myself then if I was just to walk in....
Found a great looking mirror at Ashley’s at a very good price. Only down side was they didn’t have enough staff to ring me up and take mirror to my car so I carried it out myself. Was expecting a bit more service from them. Oh well, in the end I got a nice mirror!

My ENTIRE home is furnished with Ashley Furniture! I recently sold my home and the buyer purchased my furniture ALL! I just bought NEW for my Apartment and have used SERGIO my salesman for all my purchases!Very happy with just minor problems over man years!Highly recommend ASHLEY for your Furniture needs!They could actually use my home for an ad, lol
This location in Romeoville and the Bolingbrook brook location work together and together they are horrible!!!I bought a house and purchased furniture on 6/30 is is now 9/12/2021 and I finally got all the items for the house after delivery people not showing up. They team didn’t put together my bed. They charge you for them to put things together and right now I have a twin size bed that been sitting in my sons room waiting to be assemble.You call the customer care number and they don’t care either. Ashley has trained them to all say be when you call. You can NERVER speak with a manger when you call. I will be going to Bolingbrook location today to ask them how long I have to wai to get my son off the floor. This company has no structure anymore. They are unprofessional and no integrity. Time mangers don’t even follow up with they customers. They tell whatever just to make there sell and then they leave you hanging. I’m sure they will want there payment on time but they screwing there customers right now. Please don’t purchase anything from ANY ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!
Im a very happy first time customer of Ashley Furniture. My husband and I are senior citizens and we needed a couch for our family room. Over stuffed couches are just to big for our needs. Our salesman James recommended a three piece sectional and James told us each side piece reclines. All we have to do is press the inside of the arm and foot slowly comes up and the head also reclines back. When you become a senior citizen its very important to take a nap everyday. Thanks to James our salesman for sure my husband and I will be relaxing and napping on our new sectional furniture from Ashley.
Was expected a delivery on Oct 23rd 2021. I was given my 3hr window time which was 245pm 545pm they never call you to inform if they are going to be late. I called and was given an update that it would be 641pm. Then 629 pm to get a call at 7pm that there was an accident and my sofa was damaged. I was told they were calling dispatch to report. I call dispatch and they have no word that it was an accident and that it will be rescheduled. How can you reschedule a damaged sofa or items. I dont like their communication with customers. I dont know what to think or believe. The driver never called back to advise the outcome. Just unprofessional and this will be my last experience with Ashley Furniture.
We had to look for new family room furniture and was not sure what we wanted. Marina, at the location in Romeoville, was extremely helpful! She gave us the space and time to roam the floors while giving us great advice when we asked her questions or when we were unsure about a choice. Thank you, Marina, for a great experience!
Worst furniture experience ever! I’ve had so many issues with Ashley furniture in the past that I said I’d never buy another piece of anything from here. Unfortunately, I decided to go there again to purchase furniture and it was even WORST this time around. Customer service SUCKS! Delivery team was horrible!! I literally got no where until I had to walk in the store and get angry with them. Long story short, I highly do NOT Recommend!
My husband and I had a great experience buying a sectional. The staff were nice to work with, especially Jesus! We appreciated that they gave us time to look on our own, checked in periodically, and gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do privately. Looking forward to purchasing more from them. I know delivery times have been awful the last year and we are hopeful that furniture companies have been able to catch up.
Jesus took good care of us. No pressure shopping and honest opinions. We even left the store to cross shop and came back no problem. Even though its memorial day sale, most of the stuff was either not on sale or not posted. Taking away a star for bad pricing signage. Most signs tell me what I can pay monthly rather my regular price and hopefully sale price.
This sore never fails to meet all of our needs! Found something both modern and comfy that didn’t go over budget. So happy with everything we got!

As i walked into the store I was not pounced on by salesman trying to force a sale. They let me look around and ask if i needed assistance finding anything in particular . Told them my reason for shopping today was a couch. They explained locations and let me browse through the store. After looking throughout the store I narrowed my selections and I asked for prices wit the 20 o/o sale included and salesperson then let me choose. It was a no pressure good sale with nice people. Don’t get me wrong the furniture is beautiful and very reasonably priced. BUT it’s not even been 4 years and I am throwing out my entire living room set. I get normal wear and tear but the quality is AWFUL. Very cheaply made. I have had so many issues with my couch and kitchen chairs. Again really beautiful pieces just sucks I have to replace everything this soon.
I got a great deal on a dresser and set of dishesThe only complaints are that it was difficult for them to find me a tape measure to use, something they should have all around a furniture store Also it was very slow to get help to purchase the dresser after I picked it out. Although I was told help was coming I had to walk around and ask for help. People radioed for help but nobody seemed to reply and nobody followed up. Finally a young lady who said she was a trainee was able to get me checked out. She did explain that they were short staffed but there were some people not with other customers that for some reasons could not help me. Great deals in outlet store but allow extra time to find help. Once I checked out it was smooth to get dresser put in my car

Everyone was as nice and friendly and as helpful as they could be but it was supposed to be a drop and hook and when we got there and dropped our load all of our trailers were full. They were using them for storage. We had to sit and wait 2 hours for them to unload one of our trailers. Plus the yard movers couldnt tell us if our trailers were empty or not and didnt offer to find out. We were told all I can tell you is go look in them and see if anything is in them or not. So its not organized. Loaded here and emptied here. We had to ride around the whole yard and check each of our trailers to find they were all full. No empties on the yard.

Been having issues with getting my new bed replaced. No one answers the phone. and when I am able to get a delivery date set, no one shows up. No one takes accountability for the missed scheduled visits and Im pretty much getting a run around. Purchased my bed in October and here it is July and I still dont have what I paid for. Very unprofessional company. I would not recommend. If I could just get my money back and be done with them. I would, but they have a no refund policy..

Very frustrating process dealing with the Romeoville, IL warehouse customer pick up. Order number on my receipt was different from order number in their system. Unwelcoming staff simply added to the frustration. My suggestion...purchase elsewhere or have the item delivered.

The gentleman who helped me load up my order in my vehicle was very nice and helpful. Theres only one guy and I was told that they would load it in my car but I helped anyway which wasnt that big of a deal. The warehouse is huge.
I’ve decided to write a review now due to my unhappiness on Ashley furnitures product…We purchased a sofa from them a little over 2 years ago. It is already starting to rip badly on one of the cushion. It is just my husband and I. We don’t have children or animals jumping or scratching. For it to be ripping so soon, is very disappointing.

If I could give 0 Stars I would have. The workers here do not care about the customers at all and it shows. I have shopped at this place many times in the past; But! this year I visited twice and both times the workers did not acknowledge me at all. When I approached a worker to ask a question the look on her face was like what do you want; I just left the store. My husband and I went back to this location yesterday on 9/25/21 a worker approached my husband she was very nice. We looked around but didnt see anything we liked so my husband bought some sheets. When we went to checkout at customer service the lady was on the phone so we waited and waited with no acknowledge from her. So we went over to another lady and she say I cant check you out so we walking around looking for anybody to help us and my husband got so angry he yelled loud in the store. Is anybody working in here. The lady who approached us when we first got there helped us out. We asked her where are the workers her reply was they all in the break room sitting around. This store is a joke and do not care about their business or customers we will not shop here again. Also there were two other angry customers there as well.

We ordered 2 couches, an entertainment center, kitchen table and coffee table. Michelle was very upfront with the delivery process and let us know potential changes. We had no idea what we wanted when we walked in and Michelle was great with responding to our ideas and preferences. I will update during the delivery process (estimated April 15).If you go there I recommend Michelle!

The Romeoville Outlet Store is huge. They have a big selection to choose from. I went with the intension of just looking for a power reclining sofa. When we walked in the sales person, Marina, was very polite. She told us from the start that she was there to help. She would let us walk around and not follow us. But, if we needed anything at all to please let her know. I didnt expect to find what I wanted in my price range, style or comfort level. We looked at the clearance items and they did have one but I wanted something new. We found Marina told her what I was looking at and sure enough the had a brand new unit. Right color, comfort and price, even an extended warranty. It was so easy and no hidden fees no haggling. Itll be delivered and installed in about 4-6 weeks. Im very satisfied and happy, and want to thank Marina for her help.
Bought a couple couches here, good quality, decent sale prices. If you can find what you want at the outlet you can take some of it home the same day and the floor clearance models are even better prices. But customer service is just ok. Walked up to counter, dude roof me to wait while he helped a co-worker for a few minutes. Then he said, are you here for a pickup? I said yes, he said I had to go around outside to other side of the desk and get in the line that formed while I was waiting for him.... So I had to wait again in another line, even though the guy on the other side of the desk was watching soccer on his computer. That is just one example, I do have others, but this is already long. I cant believe you are still reading this and why am I still typing

So far so good - Michelle was great! We will see how the delivery process goes...*UPDATE: the delivery went smooth except for the fact that the delivery driver had no idea he was supposed to remove my old mattress. He stated it was not on the order, but he took it anyway after I explained I requested that and was specifically told to wrap the mattress in plastic, which I had done.However, I am now removing stars two months after delivery because when I placed the order, I was told I would receive a Visa card with 3 months worth of payments loaded on it. I have called to inquire at least three times about this card and every time I end up being on hold for 10 minutes or more and eventually being disconnected while someone “looks up” my file or speaks to a supervisor. I’m on hold as I type this - have been holding for more than 20 minutes at this point. I was also told I will receive an email about the card one month after delivery. Delivery was on 4/3/21, more than two months ago. No one has bothered to return any calls or email any information about this card, yet I constantly receive promotional emails offering discounts if i use my store card to finance more purchases.

Love the Sales Reps in particular Marina & Omar, both so knowledgeable of the products, quality and delivery. All the information of the buy was well explained and any reference information of the lenders was kindly provided by the representative. All questions were answered promptly and effectively. All needs were met by these two professionally experienced Salespersons. Thank you for making my decision easier with all the information provided and helping open up my horizos with a new home always having my reasonable budget in mind. So happy with my purchases.
Ordered my bed set and coffee table. Got great discounts and even the manager discount as well as in depth interior decorating tips from one of the sales associate there. He helped me pick out the coffee table that would accent my floor really well. Delivery was fast too and on time 😊
Omar Ortiz was my sales associate! He was personable, knowledgeable, and an all around a nice guy. Went in for a bed and I am one of those insanely indecisive buyers - he walked me through every bed and type, helped me understand what each type did and let me make my own choices. AND when I wasnt sure he walked me around the store to try more bed options then just the ones in the bed section. He was patient, casual, and helped me set up payment and delivery. He was amazing. And considerate. His boss did intervene at one point, perhaps to move us along (Im not sure)- but it wasnt necessary. Omar was fantastic and once I get my bed Im going to go back to finish the rest lf my place with him.
Purchased a bedroom suite from this store on March 5, 2021. Delivered everything but the mattress. Called customer service and they said it was on back order and they will call /text 24-48 hours before delivery. I got the text a week later with a phone number to calla week later. Scheduled the delivery to be made in 2 days. The night before the delivery I get a call from Ashley saying the mattress never arrived in the warehouse. This went on for 3 more weeks! In the meantime I am sleeping on the couch and NOT happy about it at all. I went to the store where I purchased the furniture 6 weeks ago and asked for a refund on my credit card for the full price of the mattress. They told me it would take 7 days to show up. I get a call later in the week from the delivery scheduler saying the mattress will be delayed again because it is still on back order! I told the girl on the phone that I canceled the order at the store earlier in the week and she told me that it wasn’t canceled. I asked if she could cancel the order and she told me that she would try but I should go back to the store to be sure!This time when I went to the store I told the manager I wanted to be sure I get the credit on my credit card for the mattress. Told him what happened and this time he printed a refund receipt for the amount of the mattress and then tells me it takes 5 business days to show up on my credit card. I told him I wanted the money back now. They got paid a month ago and I want the money back for the items I have not received. He told me there was nothing he could do. Gave me a phone number for customer service. I called from the parking lot of the store and they told me it would take a few days before my card would be refunded!Don’t buy from this store. Too many delays and no service! Can’t get refunded fir items not received! Will NOT but from Ashley again.

Purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture in September 2020. Waited months to finally have all of my pieces delivered(everything delivered at separate times over the course of months). 3 pieces of furniture damaged on delivery, during assembly, or straight out of the box. A master bedroom TV stand, Master Chest, and a bunk bed. Still waiting on 2/3 pieces of furniture to be exchanged. Cannot EVER speak to a representative on a local level or at the store in which we purchased from(Romeoville, IL), customer service is located in a different country(told this by them), cannot get a return call from management or sales representative that is handling all of this mess. It’s been a total nightmare. Will NEVER give them our business again. This is not even half of the issues we have had. All we want is what we paid for! Just horrible. And we are discovering that their furniture isn’t of the best quality(first time purchasing from them and the last). Don’t waste your time, energy, or money! If I could give like a negative 10 rating I would!!!

I wish that I could give negative stars. I was informed my couch would be available for pickup on 01/19/2021 on Monday, 01/18/2021. I verified that I would be able to pick up on Saturday, 01/23/2021. I received a text today that my couch will be available for pick up in 5-7 weeks. After discussing with customer service and telling them multiple times that I did not order pillows, it was confirmed my couch will not be available. Although there is a possibility of it coming in sooner, I will not be purchasing anymore items from this company. It would of been fine if I would have had a little heads up...before my couch was supposed to be here... I would like to cancel my order and have my money back. However, every time I call the store to get a full refund it will ring and then it hangs up before speaking to anyone at the store. Please spend your money somewhere else.

For the past month I have been fighting with Ashley due to a missing item on our order. We were supposed to have our leather love seat the night we picked some things up the first time (beginning of the month) they keep pushing back our pick up date every time we call for the rest of our order AND the guy from the warehouse made us sign before we even were able to go back to our trailer and now our order says we picked up our leather love seat when in reality we dont have it. Ive talked to FOUR Customer Service people in the past month and each and every one of them says the same thing. well put a note to the distribution center call back within 24 hours AND NOTHING HAPPENS. If our love seat got taken by someone else and now we have to order another one Im going to need a district manager because this is ridiculous.
Amazing customer service! Unfortunately my bed frame’s estimated delivery isn’t for another 4 months from my order date, but with covid that seems to be the norm everywhere unfortunately. They said they’ll do their best to move the date up though so fingers crossed!

Experience was ok. No one greeted us when we entered, and while it was nice not to have a sales rep pushing us around the store, I had to track someone down when we had a few questions and wanted to make a large purchase. They didn’t show us the itemized Bill until after we paid. I came home and double checked, it was fair pricing; I just didn’t like how they kept making us take the $549 protection plan we didn’t want (they kept taking the furniture prices lower but leaving it on there).
We went to look for a new mattress. The push to get everyone into a Tempurpedic is real. I personally do not like the body hugging feel of that brand. The associate looked at me like I was insane. We decided on a mattress for about $1900. When the sales associate told me that the Sealy Mattress manufacturers warranty would be voided if I did not purchase their $300 mattress protector the sale was lost. You know I had to google the warranty and no where on the Sealy website does it require this mattress protector...the sale was lost. We do not like high pressure sales but if thats your thing this place is for you.

This store is horrible. The customer/ management is needs to be all replaced. My husband and I purchased furniture back January bedroom set. We received the bed in February. We were told the rest of the furniture will be delivered March 23. It didnt happened and we didnt received a call or anything. We had to call. They told it will us it be delivered in April 20. Still nothing. No call no delivered. We went into the store asked a refund. Still havent received our refund. Keep telling us they sent the check but doesnt have a trace on it . Went back in the store on 5/4 and now they telling us something different. So we have attorney in involved. It was 3 people complaining about the something. Please dont do any.business there.
I am trying to get status on a credit to my cancellation. No one has been able to help and I keep getting the run around, long holds on phone. It have been over a week since I cancelled my order. The sales rep says its with Accounts Payable. How do I escalate this issue? There customer service experience is very frustrating. Being on hold for hours. No call backs. Unbelievable!!!! Quick to take your money and make promises of delivery. Do not even call to tell you your order is on back order. You have to call them when they missed a date. I am extremely frustrated with this company. A terrible way to do business. I just want my money back!!!!!
The sales person was very helpful and was able to get way at we wanted in and out quickly. Which was great because I had my 3 small children with me. We were able to purchase and pick up right away. Convenient and a better price than we had seen shopping around.

GBS protection plan is a fraud and it doesnt exist. After forever lost 5 h of my life waiting on hold on the phone and driving to the store twice, I got nowhere. After responding to my review just to look better, Ashley DID NOT resolve my issue. I recommend not wasting your money ($179 in my case for PROTECTION PLAN that salesman aggressively sells you since he probably gets most of that money, because, of course, he sells you the air). Such a horrible service and everything associated with this store!!!

We bought and paid for our bedroom furniture in December. Since the day we bought it, they have given us different dates on delivery. First Feb, then March, then April, now late May. Every time we get close to the delivery date they have an excuse why we have not received it. Never again Ashley. If you want to wait months and months for furniture by all means shop here.

I stopped in to look at sectionals with my two children and was greeted by Omar. He was friendly, polite and patient throughout the whole process. We decided to shop around but ultimately felt Ashley had the couch we were looking for. The quality is great and Omar was excellent from start to finish. I would recommend him as well as Ashley furniture to other people looking to purchase in the future.

Great service, plus Evangelic Alonso who I must give a big thank you. We purchased a sofa set back in September and today when she saw us she immediately recognized us and let us know if we needed help just let her know. We went to look for a cabinet and she helped us and had our transaction done very quickly.
One star is being generous! Zero customer service.. no one greeted us, asked if they could help, just played on their cell phones or congregated with fellow employees. Called to schedule an appointment when I got home so that I could get help but after several attempts gave up because no one answered the phone.

We originally ordered a bed frame through Bobs Discount Furniture and it has been an absolute nightmare from not informing us of a ‘first come first serve’ policy on furniture picks ups to not getting back to us for weeks when trying to contact customer service. Because of this we decided to cancel our bed frame order from Bobs and order with Ashley Furniture and I’m SO glad we did. This is our second furniture purchase from them and this one has gone just as smooth as the first. Sales staff are extremely friendly, they make sure to fully inform you, and the pick up process is extremely easy. Overall 10/10.

UPDATE:Changing to 5 stars ONLY because of Marina in sales who works there and is the only person who genuinely cares to resolve your issues!Ive been to this store 4 times at least.Today she resolved everything in 2 minutes. I managed to get the store credit after 2 months of hustle.On the top of that another store didn’t order all the parts. Anyway i doubt the issue would have been resolved if no review.OLD REVIEWStraight up fraud.Its very surprising that corporation of this size would deal with petty thefts.Bought the protection plan,of course,when the time came to use it,Ashley provided 3 different protection plans, and they told me they never sold a protection plan for the particular order.After 10 calls to the store and 3 different claims filed with no coverage,DO NOT BUY PROTECTION PLAN it simply doesnt exist.
Reggie is very knowledgeable, and best of all not pushy or hovering. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Romeoville outlet store and are very satisfied with the quality of their products. We will continue to purchase our furniture at Ashley furniture.
Worked with Joe today, to purchase a new couch. He went out if his way to make sure we could try out all the features of the power reclining sofa we ultimately ended up purchasing. We cant wait to pick it up on Wednesday!
