What made my experience so good is the friendliness & genuine care that Shalonda & Kenya show if or whenever there is an issue going on that i may have. (I didnt have a lot of issues, but when I did) They took immediate action & also follow up with communication to keep me in the know. Also, it feels nice when going to CubeSmart the up keep, order & cleanliness of the inside/outside atmosphere is always good.

Ive been a customer with multiple different locations surrounding Romeoville, Woodridge, Bolingbrook. And by far this is the best location. Best staff with questions. A fast sign up and walk in to end of unit... a real pleasure.

Each and every time I interact with an employee there, I’m amazed with their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. They have been responsive with questions over email, as well. I really liked the place!! they got me i n their web page because of the price! the lady in front desk was a nice person! the reason of my 3 starts its because the force you to pay 12 buck for an insurance with out option to say NO!! i reserve my storage and i was willing to pay the 24 bucks fee for paper office but what I was not expecting it was the 12 buck of insurance!! they should to show that on their web page!! so when you pick your storage and see the cost you have to add $12 for an insurance so just keep that in mind, and no option to say no!!

Kenya was very nice and friendly. The storage unit is so clean and free of debris. I even was able to use the restroom which was also very very clean and smelled very pleasant. The office was so neat and warm as well.

My family loves this place. Weve had multiple units here for short and long term storage and were never disappointed. The indoor units we use are spacious, affordable, clean, and climate controlled. All of the staff weve done business with over the years are amazing as well. If youre looking for storage, definitely rent it here.

This facility is great! Clean, Organized and best prices around.The ladies in the office were friendly and well informed. Char walked me through everything and from start to finish, including walking to check out units and all paperwork was around 30 minutes! Char is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

I came in for prices and met Shalonda and Kenya. They made me feel so welcomed as soon as I entered. Even though I didnt rent at this time, I told them I would definitely come back when ready. The facility was very clean and while I being shown a unit Shalonda picked up paper that was flying because of the wind. There needs to be more friendly people in the world like Kenya and Shalonda!!

Great place, good on pricing. Though the units arent wiped or swept. Mice and bugs here aswell. But havent had any damage to my items.

Great prices but their advertising is deceptive. I reserved a unit through another website that promised 1/2 off the first month and a 10% discount. When CubeSmart called back to confirm the reservation, I was told the promotion did not exist and that I was wrong. I then advised the representative that I had a printout of the promotion on my reservation page. I was then told that the promotion was based on availability and could change at any time and further, that the promotion was not available to any future customers. I was told to bring in the paper showing the reservation and promotion and that it would be taken care of.Being the skeptic that I am, I then went directly to CubeSmarts website and found the same promotion I just mentioned was still available to anyone. Im not thrilled with the miscommunication.I am hopeful that the rest of the rental experience will be as positive as everyone else says.

Just want to say this place has the best customer service reps ever Michael and char. I was in such a time crunch to get my property moved out and they even stayed open for me an extra 15+minutes. They not only saved me a ton of money on the storage fee. They also saved me on paying an extra day on my trailer rental, gas, etc..Their patients and information about their policies was immaculant.
