Customer service was wonderful. Not enough products in the store

Came in to grab a couple drinks and use the restroom because I am pregnant and have zero bladder control. Well I was told by the manager Sam that I could not use the restroom. I asked her why and she explained that it was right by the office. So I asked her why she couldn’t stay back there with me so I don’t pee my pants in her store. She just kept telling me no and sorry. Like that was going to do something. So I started crying, knowing I was going to pee my pants as soon as I moved. And guess what! I did. Right when I got to my car I peed my pants. Awesome right? What great customer service. This is no way to treat your customers. I will be calling corporate about this tomorrow morning.

Another negative experience in the arena of Customersservices ( Public-Relation).One of the only cashier at( nearly new there), refused to provide to me my requesteditems cause she locked thatsection area too early; (bout 7:37p.m.) & closes at 8:00 p.m. yet, I requested these items bout 7:45 p.m. ( 15 mins. before the close time).I believe, she was unfair yet, I said e.g. thats not right & Ive done this ( bought stuff in that section with the other cash-iers (around this time ( & after 7:45 p.m....sometimes, this same section-area is locked (early) but, when Id request my item(s) before the closing time, all of the cashiers unlocked that section to me yet! she also, unlocked that section to me, for me to purchase (before) except ( on 04-22-2020).A few times, shes rude to me (that is unacceptable to me; those times, my brief response is like putting a frisky Teen-Ager in place (of correction).If anybody approaches her = 🤨.I requested the assigned manager for justifiable assistance but, he was off so, I asked this immature cashier her name, 4 me to report my complaint(s) ( to the complaints dept.)...shame! re: Divonne Lewis > 8400 Wayne Rd. n Romulus MI. Everytime I go to this Family Dollar, there are numerous amount of items that is always there for me to buy. Every cashier that I encounter is so pleasant, friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. They are very professional and treat each customer with courtesy and a smile. Most household items, groceries, clothes, tolietries, etc. are available even during business hours also available during the holidays. I recommend this Family Dollar to anyone who needs to run in and get out quick and get everything they need without going over their budgeted allowance or amounts. 😀

One of the sales ladies are not that friendly, but really like the Manager, he always have a nice personality; other than that, they most of the time have what I need

I used to like this store but after yesterdays experience, Ive changed my mind. The store was a total mess. The aisles were filthy, overcrowded and difficult to walk through. The shelves where overly packed, but all six items I came for where out. The woman working the register was the only employee in the store and she wasnt very polite. This place looks like a dump. I will not be shopping here again.
