Called this company because I have used in the past and thought they were fair with me. I called again for my sons washer that was not draining properly. Mike showed up turned the washer over and all the water inside spilled all over the basement floor and his response was usually the washer is not in a finished basement. What? $150 to clear a clogged pump and a basement carpet soaked with dirty smelly water. Sad! I won’t call him again.

Called to fix a washer machine. Showed within time window. Mike was at my house less than 2 mins. Turned on machine and said its broken and not worth fixing without even looking at any internal parts and then charged me $65 for the service call. Absolute waste of money! Made sure to take the time to put a service sticker on the wall though! Would have been better just buying a new one and saving myself the $65. What a waste of money for 2 minutes of doing nothing. Called another company, they came out looked at it and were able to fix it with a $30 part. Should have called them from the beginning. Avoid this company at all costs!
