The broiler on our 17-year-old Wolf stove failed. We reached out to High-End Appliance Inc. and scheduled an appointment with a very courteous service representative. On the morning of the service call, we received a call stating the technicians would arrive between 2 and 5 PM. A little before 2 PM, we received another call saying they were running a little early and could be there around 1:55 PM. Upon arrival, Danny and Sean promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it, good as knew. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Wholeheartedly recommend High-End Appliance Inc. as we will definitely use them again!!
I have had a problem with a Sub Zero ice machine (brand new unit).... it was producing ice very slowly. It was not functioning right from the start. I have now had two visits with technicians and the second crew supposedly replaced the ice maker itself; the various key components. Well, now it still makes no ice. Clearly there is no competency here.Worse is that no one from the company seems to care to follow up and ask if the work was completed correctly.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEThey came to repair my oven which turns out was never fixed. When I called to report this issue they said they would come to check it out again for $140 for the visit alone. I had already paid $510 the first time. I asked if they could reduce the visit charge and they refused . The customer service is horrible they only care about making money not on the poor service they provide. The woman on the phone was condescending and so rude and had no interest in helping me. Please DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ever use this company they DO NOT take ownership for their mistakes. $510 in the garbage horrible horrible company. Also, forgot to mention when they came to fix it the first time they didn’t even have the right tools.
My SubZero freezer died six days ago. After throwing out much of the food, I was sure my 21 year old fridge was done for. I started looking at new models believing that the compressor failed and was sure it wouldn’t be worth it to fix since it was so old. Well, lo and behold the repairman came and diagnosed a leak in the Freon chamber. He had the part in his van and within an hour the fridge was up and running.I’m so relieved and the whole experience washandled so professionally. Wholly recommend this company.
Called around for a few places to help out with the oven repair of a wolf in cabinet. Showed up very professional and very knowledgeable able to quickly repair the part. Very reasonable and offered warranty with repair
WORST EXPERIENCE!!!I never write reviews but had a terrible experience with this company. The owner/manager was so nasty, extremely unprofessional and very condescending on the phone when I called to discuss the issues I had with my service call. Serviceman came without having the necessary tools to do a diagnostic test on my oven and when we inquired as to why, he blamed it on the “office girl” that made the appt. He just started replacing parts without even telling me what the problem was and without testing the oven. . They also charged me more than what I was quoted on the phone. Please read the other reviews before hiring this company - they are completely unprofessional and unethical.
Called them to get an estimate to change the door panel on a Sub-zero. I think I spoke to the owner because the ladies are usually professional. Probably one of the worst customer service I have ever had. So condescending and rude. He almost insulted me when I asked him if price was firm. Cancelled my appointment with them and will go else where. I hope he changes because with that attitude, customers will stay away.
My refrigerator worked for about 2 weeks then nothing when I called for them to come back they gave me the run around and no one never came.I will never use or recommend them to anyone.
Ive used this company since we purchased our home in 2015. The first interactions were positive. The home office was pleasant and responsive and the repairmen efficient & informative. I dont know what happened. In mid June I called to have the ice maker repaired. It was dripping and causing the ice to become one huge block. They came out and fixed it, but it was still broken the next day. I called back to schedule another service appointment (for which I had to wait another 8 days to have fixed), the supervisor as he introduced himself was inexplicably angry. He focused on the fact they had been there to install a cable that was ordered a year prior. I was unclear how the cable relates to the ice maker repair and had no knowledge of the cable he was talking about. He was rude enough that I asked why he was yelling at me and suddenly our call was disconnected, as I assume he hung up on me. No one ever showed up yesterday for the second appointment that was scheduled, but I was charged for the repair work three weeks ago at their first visit. Despite a long relationship with the company, this experience was negative enough that I am going to go to Raynor Appliance instead.
This company and its management and or owners are completely unethical and unprofessional in every way. I had them at my home to do a repair on my Sub-zero. The women who answers the service calls is simply not NICE. That should have been a red flag but I was in need of a repair and needed to do so right away. They came and did my repair and charged me $1,000 for an Ice maker, and a pull out grated draw. Expensive but it is sub zero. The ice maker I was told was hard to find because my fridge is 15 years old. However the repair man just happened to have this rare ice maker in his truck. It seemed to be a bit unusual at the time that this rare ice maker happened to be sitting in his truck and was ready for immediate installation. I had not had ice for months therefor I was psyched to have it installed which they did at this point with no issues. The ice maker I was told by a REAL AUTHORIZED Sub-Zero repair facility was not a new unit and possibly my old unit removed and cleaned up and re-installed. I could not verify whether or not that was a fact or not. What occurred in the next month was that the arm from the ice maker fell off. They came put it back on and left. All good at that point. It came off three more times in the next 2 months. I was told I was going to be charged for them to come out and re-install the arm unless it was defective. I told them I needed it taken care of and scheduled the appt. After 2 no shows I contacted the same kind women who answers the phone there and she said I cancelled the appt. because i did not want to pay for the service call. THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNTRUE. I then spoke to a person who represented himself as the owner. Wow what a classy guy this is. He got on the phone with an arrogant tone before I even spoke. I can go at it with the best of them which I did gladly. This is an unethical shop with extremely poor management and a huge lack of integrity. This is where I start with the review. All I was looking for was what I paid for and found out what I paid for appears to be what was mine to begin with. BUYERS BEWARE. Very unethical and Very unprofessional. STAY AWAY. There are far better companies out there with stellar reputations. I gave them one star because I had to in order to leave a review but what there work represented was a ZERO star review. I was threatened over the phone as well. Another stellar way of doing business with someone who simply wanted to have his ice maker that he paid for working properly. Too many options out there that you would have to deal with a company like this.
Recently had service for my refrigerator and was very pleased. The serviceman was helpful and explained in detail what the problem was and had the parts on his truck and was able to repair so I did not lose any food in my frig. Called another company and was told they do not stock all the parts on their truck and I may have to wait. Was very pleased and would highly recommend to others.
I had my Bosch dishwasher repaired last week, and the tech did an excellent job! He was professional, and extremely neat. He also took the time to explain exactly what was wrong & included a few good tips to keep my machine running efficiently! Thanks High-End !!
We have been using this company for 17 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They always show up on time and the techs are knowledgeable but the most important thing is these guys are honest. They are not trying to sell you something you do not need.I would recommend them to anyone.

High-End Appliance, Inc. came for a minor servicing of our Sub-Zero refrigerator. Their repairman entered our house and first made an unrequested refrigerator door gasket replacement. He then spent 10 minutes to unclog a drain (the original reason for our call) and charged us $330.20 which we paid at the time of the visit.Whatever he did while replacing the gasket made it almost impossible to open the refrigerator door!My wife called to have this situation corrected however, in the intervening two weeks, struggling to open the door resulted in an injury to her right arm and the chest muscles on her right side. The same repairman returned with attitude. My was alone with him and when she mentioned how inconvenient it was not to be able to open the refrigerator for two weeks he grew angry and aggressive. He towered over her and shouted at her. Finally, after pushing by me, he stormed out of our house refusing to touch the refrigerator. My wife still cannot open the refrigerator door without help.After 13 years of dealing with High-End Appliance Inc. there is now no way we will ever let them in our house again.We have since found out through the Better Business Bureau that Sub Zero has withdrawn repair center authorization for High-End. And we read online about people who had similar experiences. The word most often used was RUDE. For us it was way worse than rude!Nice job High-End. Keep it up and youll be out of business before you know what hit you.
The service team at High End Appliance is awesome…..from the person who scheduled my appointment to the technician who fixed my Bosch dishwasher. The technician was both professional and friendly. He was able to fix the dishwasher within the same day, which was great since I was having a party that night. I would definitely recommend them to others.
The high end stands for the people and the knowledge and the service. Not the price. They serviced my lowly decade old Whirlepool double oven and saved me 2 grand having to buy a new one!!
Never had such a poor experience with a professional service! The service technician was rude and showed no professionalism. He insisted on using his vacuum like a leaf blower in our kitchen which he claimed wouldnt make a mess. He went on without being considerate of us as a customer, sent plumes of thick dust throughout the kitchen wouldnt stop and didnt care that he covered us in dust and had us coughing for 10 minutes. Nonetheless, every square inch of our kitchen is coated in black dust. Nothing high end about this business! We called to complain and they displayed no care for a returning customer, and ignored our calls following. Would have been better off doing it myself.
They fixed my oven and replaced the door that was scratched. Great customer service. Thank you
