Faith Auto Works was recommended to me by a friend after the 1st auto body place (that my insurance company referred me to) was too overbooked and would not be able to give me an appointment to repair damages to my car for at least 6 weeks. Since that was not acceptable, I called Faith Auto Works and spoke to Sarah. I immediately felt comfortable talking to her and brought my car there. Communication between Sarah, my insurance company and myself were excellent and everything was explained to me in detail. Sarah even arranged for the rental car agency to pick me up at the shop after I dropped my car off. Car was in the shop less than a week and the work was amazing. I highly recommend Carstar Faith Auto Works.

I came to know of Carstar Faith Works through my insurance. I had a car accident out of state and as soon as i reported my claims to my insurance I was referred to Carstar for my car repair. The process was smooth especially with Mikes guidance I had an excellent experience. Having ZERO knowledge in terms of insurance claims he guided me through it. He was honest as to what to expect and he did not promise anything and transparent in everything. For body works I would definitely recommend them. After an accident during covid I expected to be without a car for the longest time due to delays in parts. They had my car completed within a week of drop off and cleaner then it was before the accident. They even cleaned the front from mud splash totally unrelated to anything with this situation. They called me and kept me informed and updated through the whole process. They even allowed me to drop off the car before they opened and pick it up after they closed to work around my schedule. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and they went above and beyond what they needed to! Would recommend to anyone I know!

Mike was such a pleasure to work with. This whole process was absolutely seamless. The text updates were great because you never needed to follow up, you knew exactly where you stood in the process. Mike kept me up to date when there was a change in the process. And to top it all off, they washed my car too before I picked it up! This goes way beyond a 5 star experience!!!

My entire drivers side door and mirror needed to be repaired from a collision. They took my car right away and it was ready to be picked up in a week. Mike helped me out and he was very consistent with updates on the repairs and the result was amazing. Didn’t even look like I was hit! Great job!

I got my car back from faith’s about a week now and have found no reason to take it back! The guys over at faith’s did a great job car feels brand new! Guy that I dealt with who’s name is Mike made things very clear and easy. The cleanliness of the vehicle when given back was a big plus! I had a minor fender bender on a 2018 Toyota so my main concern was the sensors of the vehicle! Which all seem to be working to there original integrity! And everything down to the trunk was cleaned out appreciate that a lot . Also I received the car a week earlier then anticipated so Thank You guys!

My car was towed to CarStar Faith AutoWorks after it was hit while parked. The car was deemed a total loss by my insurance company. Mike at CarStar was there on the Saturday after Christmas when I drove down from CT to look at my car. He took me to the car explained all the damage and emailed the estimate and photos. The estimate was fair and reasonable but more than our car was worth. Knowing I had an honest person to work with -“that’s why we’re called Faith” gave me great solace in the process. He made sure I hadn’t left any belongings in the car and returned my plates to me-I had neglected to remove them. I’d definitely use his shop if I ever needed work done on my daughter’s new car -God forbid! Thank you Mike for your Faith.

I’ve never dealt with repairs through a body shop and meeting with Sarah made the process stress free. From accessing the damage, dealing with the insurance company, and even getting into my rental car, Sarah made sure I understood everything and I had very little questions before I walked out the door. I had a deer run into my BMW and the damage was near totaling the car out. Not only did they save my car but it came out looking amazing. If you need any body work done to your car go to this shop they are professionals.

It’s never a good time when you get in a car accident, but faith auto made this process and easy as possible. After my accident my car was in the shop the next day and done a week later. Whenever I have a good experience I tell myself Im going to leave a good review but always forget. This time I had to. A little about my experience: I got in an accident on labor day weekend. State farm sent Faith my claim and they were closed, so I didnt expect anything until Tuesday, but almost instantly I heard from Tim, who had just stopped in and decided to help me on his day off. Not only that but got Enterprise to stay open a little late just for me the same day, and they picked me up and got me a rental. I was already happy about the choice I made after that but it got better. A few times because of my busy work schedule I had a question but didnt get a chance to call during work hours, so I emailed them expecting a response the next day but again after they were closed I got an almost immediate and helpful response. The extra touch of getting occasional text updates containing photos of the work were awesome and something I had not seen before, and the estimate of when the work would be done was spot on! They even vacuumed and cleaned the whole car and left a little gift for me in the cup holder. Faith has been amazing every step of the way and I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to friends and family. They are super friendly and you get the feeling that they are really there for you instead of just doing a job. Thanks so much again guys!

I was very happy with the work done on my car at Faith Auto Works, and above all else, the customer service and environment was excellent. Both Tim who worked on my car was professional and helpful, as well as Sarah and Kareena in the front office. As a women, it was nice to feel comfortable while waiting in a auto body shop. The front office is very welcoming, comfortable and clean. They made sure everything was taken car of for me through insurance and was very thorough while explaining all the details to me. I have to say I have had a great experience with Carstar Faith Auto Works. From day one they staff have been very helpful and informative. Almost daily received text messages from CARSTAR telling me where my car was in the process and how long for it to be done, they even called me to say it will be a day late due to the holiday. This place has been super helpful to me. I got in and accident and spent an hour and a half trying to get my insurance company to work with me at all. I called faith eventually and they took over. Susan got me towed, got me a rental, worked everything out with my insurance company and really took care of me and made the whole experience much better. I had my 2006 Honda Civic repaired by this facility after I was sideswiped on the passenger side. Tim and Sarah were super helpful throughout the whole process from dealing with the other parties insurance company, to keeping me constantly updated via text and e-mail, to the finished product.As a car-guy I know a good shop and quality work when I see it and Faith Auto is one of the top shops on Long Island. The work was A-1 and I couldnt even tell that my car was damaged when I received it back.Do not hesitate to trust them for any sort of repair, I am going to have them do a restoration on one of my prized Camaros because I was so impressed with their work.

I was not able to use their services since my car was totalled but they did work quickly with the insurance to get that part figured out .first impression to get my stuff out of the car was they were polite, courteous and didnt waste my time with bs .I have their card and hopefully will never need them but would use/recommend them .

Just picked up my car from Faith Auto Works and I am more than pleased. The car went in for some repairs after being rear-ended and came out beautiful. They even fixed an old wound from a hit and run on the fender!! The service was above and beyond. Michael, the parts manager, stayed late to meet with me after a long day of work to go over the repairs and showed off both his passion and knowledge. This company is as professional as you will find. The office treats you friendly, makes you comfortable and keeps you fully informed on the status of your vehicle. My entire bumper was falling off after a collision. Insurance wouldnt cover it so I had to come out of pocket. Faith auto works hooked me up with a great price and basically restored the bumper to its original look. I would recommend this place to anyone. Hands down the best auto body shop around. I took my car there for an insurance claim on my rear bumper, and about 3 days after getting the car back I backed my car into my wifes just slightly scratching the same bumper. I was ready to bring the car back for the lease end and I stopped by Faith and they buffed out the scratches and touched them up to almost invisible. For free.. Amazing customer service and to me thats the most important thing in a company
