These guys are all absolutely great, I brought a few panels in for my 01 Cherokee to be fixed and painted they were in bad condition and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I seen the work they did and there prices are outstanding, not only that but everyone there is beyond respectful and helpful thank you guys again for helping me get my truck look right !!!!!

Great service, honest mechanics!!! Their prices are the cheapest within the town. Kranken Auto & collision inc. provided a great experience and did fantastic work on my car. The customer service was excellent and the turnaround time was very quick. I will bring my car here for all future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone that needs work on their car.

This place was fabulous. I used them to retouch the paint on my car and fix a couple of dents. Not only did they fix the car but when they returned it to me it was spotless! They cleaned the car inside and out. I was so surprised how they went above and beyond. The owner Alex is the best. So professional and so courteous. He even offered to help me with a rent-a-car or pickup. Really great.

Only went there to have pictures taken because we switched insurance but they were very polite and helpful.

My vehicle was parked overnight and was hit.The person who hit it never left their information orBothered to knock on the door. Kraken sent a tow truck over and picked up my vehicle. They dealt with the insurance and handled my rental car pick up.My car looked like it did when I purchased it!!The assured me if I had any issues with the repair to bring it back they would take care of it. Customer satisfaction is important to them. I recommend them every time I hear someone was involved in an accident.
