Arrived to Ronk Service Center for an routine oil change and spark plug replacement. I provided the spark plugs to the shop in advance. I left my Jeep in the shop and returned to work. Received a call from the service center stating upon removal off the spark plugs, the ignition wires were damaged, and needed to be replaced. A few hours later my vehicle was ready for pick up. In a rush to return to work, I paid bill and left the shop. Upon driving off I noticed my oil lamp flashing on and off. As well, no sticker to inform me on next oil change. I found that very odd, I assumed maybe the oil needed to settle. Three days go by, the lamp continued to flash, so I check my oil levels. The engine had no oil, and the filter was the same. I double check the receipt to ensure the service was complete. I return to the shop and informed them no oil change was completed, no filter was replaced, and I was charged for the ignition wires you broke. The mechanic mentioned he must have been tied up with another job, it was a mistake. Absolutely no refund, discount or adjustment was provided. I am very disappointed in the service I received. Charged me for services not completed, potentially caused damage to my engine due to the emptying of my oil and failure to replace it. As well as charging me for wires the mechanic broke. I will never return to this establishment.

Mike is a great, honest mechanic that I enjoy working with. I trust the work he does and he always tries to upfront on costs and keep expenses as low as possible, while not skimping on quality. I would come back to his shop even if I move out of the area

They where able to get me an inspection when my dealership could not. Service was quick and easy. Price was fare. Overall very convenient and friendly service.

I thought I needed an alignment or wheel balance but it turns out I actually just needed new tires. These guys cared enough to take the time to explain the issue to me. I work around the corner and dropped it off in the morning and picked up my car on my lunch break. Really efficient team and very friendly. Ill definitely be using them as long as Im out here.

Brought my car into Ronk Service Center for an 8 am appointment this morning 10/29/19 for an oil change and inspection. The mechanic was thorough, neat and efficient. I was checking out by 8:35 am. Mike, Liz and the entire office staff were helpful, courteous and professional. This was my first visit to Ronk Service Center and they will now be my go-to auto maintenance/repair shop. Their prices are reasonable and their service is top-notch. I highly recommend Ronk Service Center for all your auto care needs!

Super fast service. Dropped car off overnight for a serpentine belt replacement. Ended up being half of what the Hyundai dealership wanted, and was ready within 2 hours.

I am a good garage mechanic but some things a professional needs to do. Mike took my car in after i tried installing an a/c compressor and couldnt get it to work. After a couple of hours he had the 15 year old Scions a/c working better then new. Their rates are competitive but the service is 2nd to none. From the ladies up front to Mike keeping in contact to getting back a car that isnt covered in grease .. nothing short of 5 star service. I finally found a local shop when i need one that i can trust.

Very new to the area and had the coil on my spark plug go bad right before work. They took me in last minute on a Saturday morning and had it done within an hour. The car runs just fine in the price was very low but quality work. Its nice to know I have a reliable place to get my car fixed while Im in the area

I have been taking my cars to them more ten years. They have always come through with their work. I can rarely go more than a day without my vehicle. They always accommodate my needs if they have to keep my car overnight.The Clark brothers and their fellow workers do their best to diagnose my car problems. Their prices are always reasonable and almost never try to up sell.I would greatly recommend these guys to any of my friends for their services.

I use Ronk service often for all my cars and sometimes its spur of the moment. They always tell me to bring the car down when I can. Even without an appointment Mike gets me in and out within a reasonable time and I mean less than 1 hour. Staff is always polite and they keep you updated with info about your car while you wait. Always satisfied when leaving Ronk service Im glad I found them....

Ive been going to ronk since they were at the exxon station. I was so happy for them when they moved to the newer and bigger shop. Do thats probably 36 years. They have been a lifesaver. Their prices are fair, and they dont take advantage of people who arent knowledgeable about cars. They dont do work for no reason. If something can wait safely, they let you know. They work quickly, as I usually wait for my car to be repaired, instead of dropping it off. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Never been to a mechanic shop that actually care about why you came in for. Not only did they fix what was wrong with my car they also found a tear in my belt that could have cause some serious issues. So thankful that they gave me a heads up plus fixing it for a good price. Glad I stopped at this auto shop probably would have a messed up car and extra expenses they wasnt needed.

I was introduced to Mike and his shop by a friend back in 2004 and have brought three different cars to him. Ive never had an issue with repairs, and Mike has never taken advantage of me when he absolutely could have. I was convinced my catalytic converter was bad due to reoccurring engine codes reporting it was, each time he checked them and even showed me how they seemed fine and didnt rattle, suggesting I wait and see if anything changes. This went on for two years when finally my alternator died. He replaced it, and oddly enough my catalytic converter error codes went away. Multiple times he could have charged me and replaced it even though it didnt need it, and each time he did the right thing and did not take advantage of the situation. Kudos to Ronkonkoma Service Center, the only shop I actually trust.

Mike and his staff have always been top notch. Being from the Ronkonkoma area, his shop is conveniently located and have always been nothing but accomodating. I recently brought in my friends car who is a single mother that had no heat and was told by dealer she would have to wait 10 days, Ronk Service Center fixed it upon my phone calls. Great Shop, Strongly suggest using these guys for all automotive repairs.

My neighbor goes to the shop last week to get her car checked out shes moving back to California she wanted to make sure everything is OK these guys charge her $1278 for stuff does not need to be replaced for example replacing the starter for no reason $224 labor $259 and he took advantage of someone who does not know anything about cars this is such a scumbag move someone will come up to you and trust you to work on their cars and you take advantage of them on top of all that she gets another email from him of stuff that need to be replace one of them diesel exhaust fluid on the Honda Civic seriously man
