Ive used them 3 times for my 2015 Dodge Durango. All 3 times were through insurance. Each time they talked with insurance and got what was needed to be covered and when they were done it was perfect like it never happened. And I still use my Durango for car shows and no one can tell any accidents happened. They are fast and Friendly. Also they have the best Rim repair guy on Long Island
