As someone in the top 1% of customers, one would expect excellent customer service but what one expected and what one received was totally different. The systems are poor, the cashiers are half asleep, the manager in unyielding, their coupons are a nightmare to use, and the district manager is tough to get on the phone. I have taken my business to other places where the prices are better, the cashiers are friendly, the coupon system works, and I leave with a smile on my face. I like to spend money in places where my business is appreciated. I am sure that many more reviews like mine will soon be posted. We live during a tough economical time so businesses should make outstanding customer service their number one goal. CVS need to implement a better training program so that they can retain clients for many years to come.

An excellent pharmacy with good people

I went into the store on Christmas, thanks they were open. Clean place, sort easy to find everything. The cashier was helpful and polite.

Great stop for pretty much whatever you need. They have snacks, and a wide variety of them, same with beverages, hygiene products, event cards, and many more products with good prices.

Went in on a Sunday morning, not busy at all. The manager with white hair and white mustache approached me. Before I could ask my question he rudely says “11am”. I looked at him and he repeats that the pharmacy opens at 11. I then asked my question and he didn’t know the answer. As a manager he should know his store and set an example to be nice and helpful. It wasn’t even busy, no one at the register. White hair and mustache manager is rude and assuming. Guess I’m going to Walgreens.

They held a pain medication that was properly prescribed because they thought it was suspicious. So, my wife suffered in terrible pain after having both knees replaced because some pharmacist decided she may be trying to get too many pills. Even though the DOCTOR sent in the prescription. Terrible experience.

Wow, could you make it any slower? I have never checked out in less than ten minutes.

How many times do I have to tell them to take me off automatic refill but no, they keep refilling my prescriptions. I give up!

Do not go here if you are in need of assistance getting a perscription! I had bilateral knee replacement surgery and my script was held up due to an over zealous pharmacist. He had 5 days to verify my script, and did not. It was not until my husband went to pick it up, that he was told it would not be filled. They were extremely rude and refused to assist us in any way. I was left in horrible pain, until my family doctor came through for me. This was an unnecessary, cruel holding of a legal script because of a very misguided pharmacist. Stay away! Rude, and uncaring pharmacist.

I use their pharmacy and they are fine however if you are a couponer this is not your store. they never have any sale tags posted so you always have to prove to them in their own circular the sale price. pretty frustrating tp do everytime.
