I have used them for years. Any calls to them are always answered in a friendly, and professional manner. They have even called me to remind me to check my oil level when I havent ordered in a while. I highly recommend this company.
We have been receiving oil from mns precise for over 25 years. Great prompt service, competitive pricing, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them.
Would absolutely recommend this company!! I had an emergency and needed oil the next day, and they were able to deliver!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and their prices were low! I will always use them now...no bother calling anyone else.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The service is horrendous and the quality of the heating oil is inferior, so much so, that it caused my oil burner to break due to the additives they put in their home heating oil. Dont be fooled by their low prices, you get what you pay for!
Excellent fuel oil. Burner definitely runs cleaner. Nice people.
On Nov. 10th of 2018, Rick Graham himself, current owner of this unethical establishment performed a bio-diesel (B20) oil delivery that pumped 20 GALLONS OF WATER into my oil tank. BUYER BEWARE - B20 MEANS 20 GALLONS OF WATER which I found out after the fact. This caused severe damage to my oil tank and oil burner resulting in nearly $1,000 worth of damages. To this day, Mr. Graham has been unwilling to reimburse me for the charges incurred from this disgusting, horrendous oil delivery.PLEASE STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
So pleasant, great prices, always helpful & I love biofuel its much cleaner and keeps your system much nicer!!
Staff is always courteous and friendly, they always show up when they tell you. We have been using them for many years, We recommend they to all our friends and local family.
Using them for years best service always prompt delivery and service
I am a customer of MNS Fuel Corp under the NYS HEAP (Home Energy Assistance) Program. I ordered my HEAP allowance from MNS last _Tuesday_ for delivery on Friday. The snow this season has been quite unseasonably heavy and unending so I needed to take another pass at my driveway and front walk before the fuel oil delivery. Surprisingly, an MNS truck driver called me on _Wednesday_ complaining about the condition of my driveway and the access to my fill pipe (my front walk). I pointed out to him that the delivery appointment was for _Friday_ and I would be ready on Friday, come back then.On Friday, there was no delivery. I called MNS and they confirmed that the delivery ticket had not been issued (probably the ticket from Wednesday was simply thrown out instead of updated). I agreed to have them deliver on _Saturday_.Today is Saturday. MNS called to change the delivery to _Monday_ now. Furthermore, I was scolded for the condition of my driveway (140 ft straightaway plus a 40 ft dogleg to the house). Yes, there is still snow on the driveway BUT I get up and down the driveway in my car every time and my nephew does too, in his truck. I explained this to them..I was told they just didnt want to risk the life of their driver. In my experience, fuel oil trucks can get into places other cars and light trucks cant get, much better traction. My driveway is passable now and the front walk is clear. So whats the problem? There are simply no threats to life nor limb that apply. And why cant MNS keep an appointment? That last comment inspired me to write this review of MNS Fuel Corp. From my first call to them last Tuesday they made it clear that they didnt want to participate in the HEAP Program, especially for non-ongoing customers (I am not a cash customer of MNS). I was told they intended to quit the HEAP Program entirely and it appears they are taking it out on me now.Everyone is responsible for their own decisions and the consequences, but Im twisting in the wind with all their delivery schedule changes. Im concerned that I will run out of fuel oil by the time they get here.I have found the MNS staff to be both conscientious and obstructionist, different impressions for different people involved. The lady who took my original order seemed nice and conscientious. If it wasnt for the snow problems I would have been pleased to take delivery days ahead of my scheduled appointment. But the whole situation devolved as the days ticked by.My impression of MNS Fuel Corp now is I would NEVER become an MNS cash customer (prices are too high for payments by credit card) and I would NEVER request a HEAP fuel oil delivery from them ever again.UPDATE: MNS Fuel Corp did in fact deliver on SATURDAY, regardless of what their office said. Thanks, I think.
Been using them for years for heating oil in long island. Excellent service and prices.
Nothing but good things to say. Always helpful and friendly.
