I think it is not easy to run a supermarket! Of course, they need to make profit to survive, they can ‘t sell everything cheap ! Maybe some of the worker Sometimes have some bad attitude, but I think all the workers taking the risk of covin -19 working hard to do their job deserve to be appreciate .One time I saw a male customer yelling very loud very rude to a worker, that make me really feel bad!

I was shopping today at this market and I saw the cashier number 8 being rude to a customer. She was yelling at the customer in a high-toned voice and providing bad service. I heard that the cashier refused to give the customer the big, white plastic bags. The employee was yelling at them and taking away their produce plastic bags. The cashiers only give the big, white plastic bags for 10 cents. The employees gossip to each other in Vietnamese and dont care about customers. The NUMBER 8 CASHIER is very rude. The seafood is rotten and the vegetables are not fresh once you come home. The prices are expensive. The employees are cheap and will give you small, clear plastic bags for free which is not strong to carry. These clear small plastic bags are not strong and the food will drop. The manager never stays in the store and run away whenever theres problem. Other supermarkets are nice to customers and will give strong, big white plastic bags to everybody. Dont come here because its very dirty filled with rude employees

GW Supermarket is a huge grocery store that mostly sell Asian products. Parking lot is huge. The aisles are organized and well stocked. Prices are relatively fair. Staff was nice and competent. Overall its one of the best grocery store in the neighborhood.

Good market but the market and parking is sometimes crowded and packed there. Also there were always donation guys loitering outside in front of the door, panhandling for donations all the times too as well. Securities never done anything to them at all. This market and plaza need to hire better securities who can enforce and do their job right.

This place gets worse after the new owner. they are more expensive than shunfa and dahua, both competing to appeal to local Asian customers

There are manny kinds of Chinese snacks I like. Clean, good!

This location is very dishonest about the price they mark on the shelves and would charge you so much more if you don’t pay close attention at the check out. A soup pot was marked clearly $13.99 on the shelf and no other prices marks were around. But after completing the transaction, they charged me $38.31 for it. That’s a huge discrepancy and they wouldn’t even accept refund on the spot, which makes it even more ridiculous. I would not recommend going to this location at all and, if you have to go, pay close attention to the price at the check out.

Its been my favorite place to shop until today i met a very rude employee talking like bossy which is only vegetable dept employee. I grab some of the plastic bag to prepare get some vegetable for my party tomorrow, and guess wht he said? He said you can’t take some bag, you can take it when you get vegetable, if you want some you have to pay, and i reply,oh so we have to pay now? Ok, how much ?? Maybe 1$ its fine?? and he said NO! $10, i reply wait,wht? And he said a roll of plastic bag. And i told him that i don’t need a roll,i only need some for my veggie later. And he reply so rudely “i don’t care what you want to said or your excuses,i don’t want to hear.just $10 pay in the front.” And he go to the back,I was waiting in front door of dept cuz i need to know his name, and he didn’t tell me. And he said “are you having crush on me?, and come close like want to fight, its make me even more mad and so upset, how come this guy with bad attitude can work in a company,just work somewhere else that is no contact with ppl!!We talk to the manager who is the guy in front register and helpless,he only said he can’t handle the employee i don’t know what he mean by that with a manager status. But my whole happy day just ruin by this guy,get a headache after that and have to go to another store.This kind employee is not suit to work in store. he need more knowledge, and learn a good attitude.

Better prices than 168 Market and 99 Ranch.

It has a fair amount of Asian food and spices selection. However, the quality of customer service is low, especially at the seafood department. That department lacks organization so customers just cut in front of each other. You need to be faceless in order to be served. There is a number system in place, but the staffs dont use it nor enforce it. I suggest you to go at a time with less people if youre buying seafood, it go somewhere else.

It a smaller market than most supermarket in the area. Compare prices to other markets, its a little bit on the high side.

A lot of Asian products at good prices is a good place to shop.

Really they are rude but good variety of goods. Nothing translated so good luck. So it was fun going in there during Covid. They were dressed in hazmat suits. It was fun sorry I’ve already had too many crazy people sitting on the car.

Fresh fish to buy ok

Convenient to buy Chinese groceries if you are in the area and do not want to go far. Always find parking. Last time I went, they still give out free plastic grocery bags.

Very good price but food is not that flesh

Not too many cheap vegetable as last visit. The shoppers has to give priority to stuff to load goods and swipe the floor. The waiting line was poorly organized. Miserable experience.

Large variety of foods imported from Asia, particularly South East Asia. You can get laksa paste, rendang paste, sambal chili items here. No gula melaka, youll have to use gula jawa, or palm sugar from Vietnam. Rather like Hawaii Supermarket but with a better parking situation and less crowded.
