Went inside to add a line to my plan but keep the phone number that I am trying to add. From sprint (since T-Mobile bought sprint) I didn’t think it would be a huge problem. After talking with Joe he tells us to call customer support. When we finally are at the place to get this going Joe is talking to his friends not coming back to help with our situation, since he was the one that was helping our case. He tells Coco to help us and we had to explain what we wanted, what trouble we hit and explain what amazing Fernando (customer service) was saying to us. Talking to her it was like talking to a deer in the headlights. Finally we are told by Fernando this store does not have the capability to do what we want.So after an hour and a half and Joe just hanging out, with his smoking friends and walking in and out of the store, he did not come to us and check up on the situation and Coco not understanding the situation we left for another T mobile store.Again we put our names down on the list to be helped and the gentleman says what we want it too difficult. I automatically started calling customer service as we waiting our turn. Lucas was amazing and works with Fernando as well and because of their expertise they were able to communicate to a knowledgeable lady at this second store and find a solution.This location rating is completely wrong, worst experience of the five years of having my plan. The customer service SUCKS. Unprofessional, lack of help and knowledge on what they are doing. Also their friends blocking the doorway smoking and let that smell hit everyone coming in and smell in the store is disgusting.*Edit* Thanks for your response Coco but it was a waste of time, that did nothing. Your focus on defending your coworker “he doesn’t even know how” pathetic. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED NOW. Hmm wonder why. 🙄

They opened the store at 10:30 a.m and when I walked in they said its opened till 11 a.m. this place rips you off horribly. Horrible.

Very bad experience with sprint. The people there are very rude, so we switched to at&t. After paying full price for the phone, they refuse to unlock the phone, saying it is no longer their problem and had no obligation to unlock it for us. They are basically holding my phone hostage even tho I paid fully for it. And by law, they cannot keep my phone locked. They will face a lawsuit soon.

Very Nice Staff who Name is Melody. She helped me change my Sprint to My Husband Name keep the same price and help me pay only $20/ number to transfer to Google Voice. (Better than $30 in San Gabriel Sprint) also Helped me buy second hand iPhone 6s for trade-in to get free iPhone 11 only for $100.If your sprint bill promotion expired find this girl is the best!

HOW DOES THIS SPRINT STORE HAVE REVIEWS FOR 1 AND 2 YEARS AGO.. THIS PLACE JUST OPENED 6-8 MONTHS AGO!! THEIR FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS AND I AM SO REPORTING ALL OF THEM.. They are also charging for something Sprint customer service told me was supposed to be free. Even after contact from Sprint representative to this Sprint store, they are refusing to honor and listen to what Sprint said and continuing to charge me. Very rude service.

I wanted an upgrade to a new phone by asking for one of their offers that applied. They lied saying the offer expired and wanted me to pay full price to the new phone. It was really obvious that they lied. If you look up the offer online, its there. Dont go here, the customer service sucks and they lie to you. Why be dealt with that type of service. Go to a better Tmobile with actual great service, not this one.

The employees here have repeatedly lied about what they offer their customer service is two faced. You go in and they tell you what you want to hear so you can sign a contract as fast as possible then they never deliver in the benefits that the contract offers. They will lie to your face. Just to get a commission. I personally dealt with Fei Sun. Do not talk to her, it’s feels as if she doesn’t know what she is doing!!!

Employees need to learn better English to work there. Was very hard to communicate with the girl helping me.

This place sucks at customer service.Also, this place opened up a month ago. How do you have reviews from 5+ months ago??Could not help me with my issue. Associate could not pull up my bill either, to help tell me why my bill went up. The customers next to me were being serviced, and the manager who was helping them was going through their bill.When an associate tells me “I can’t help, maybe another sprint store can”, that tells me that there is incompetence or a complete neglect of customer care. Either way, the employees and service provided here are poor. Sprint should close down this location until they can properly train their staff to handle customer service.
