I visited the Batteries + store in Rosenberg, for the first time. I needed a battery for my gate opener. Logan, a friendly sales associate, helped me. He installed the battery and I was in and out of the store, within five minutes or less. Great friendly and speedy service!

This was actually my first time coming to the store as usually I would just order my AA and AAAs on amazon, but now I wish I had visited this store sooner. I did not get the name of the employee who assisted me but he was very polite and was able to get my the correct battery to replace my home alarm backup battery right away. He was very informative about the 1 year warranty and also about the regular deals they have for different types of batteries.

Went to pick up my iPhone today it was fixed but when i looked into the iPhone there was already to many problems with it, even they will lie to you about there isnt nothing wrong with it and they were making the same excuses about how there was to much water in the iPhone and there was nothing that they can do, never again. DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!

I went yesterday to get a battery that I had bought on Amazon installed for my phone, and just to install the battery without buying it there was $75.00. RIDICULOUS. Plus, the guy who talked to me had a major attitude and lack of customer service skills. Someone suggested to go to Dr. Cell Phone in Sugar Land and there, they installed the battery for $29.00 and the gentleman that helped us was very friendly. I wouldnt suggest Batteries Plus Bulbs to anyone.

Batteries+Bulbs fills a very specific niche in the market. If you need a battery that you cant find at the grocery store, B+B will most likely have it or be able to order it for you.

Pleasant experience. Sales associates were very helpful. I ordered a battery online for pickup the next day. They called me in the morning to let me know it was ready. They provided prompt, courteous service and offered to help me get the heavy battery to my truck.

I realized the battery was dead in the cell phone back up on my alarm system. I immediately went searching a a name brand 12V replacement that I used previously on the other main portion of my alarm from Duracell. Batteries Plus has the battery in stock at their Rosenberg store with a discount and with curbside pickup. I called the store to check to ensure the battery was in stock and Tyler was EXTREMELY helpful. He confirmed it was in stock and told me he would have no problem walking it out to my car. He made the experience very very easy and safe considering the current conditions with the virus. I look forward to returning to the store for any of my battery needs.

Ive had impeccable customer service with this store from START to FINISH! I initially went in for the battery replacement and an issue happened with my car by one of the techs(not purposely of course) and later had issues with my car on their behalf. I addressed the issue with them; they researched, trouble shooted it and brought it to management and then the owner. The owner was very compassionate, and understanding from the beginning. Im VERY appreciative of him and his staff how they worked with me from the start. This day and age its tough to find considerate and compassionate people in the consumer industry; for that I am very grateful for this Batteries Plus- Rosenberg.

This was my first experience with this store. I needed a battery for some equipment for our kids swim team. I was able to select the needed battery on line without problems. It was ready for pick up at the store with in an hour. I found out when I got home I had ordered a battery with the wrong terminals. When I returned to the store the staff was super friendly and quick to help me find the correct one.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, not the same anymore. I used to go to this store so often I knew all the employees by name and bought at least $300 a month on atv batteries, thermal batteries, lights.. These guys know batteries but not when it comes to phones. Had battery replacement in an s6 and it didnt work right after the 1st battery, so we added a 2nd new one this time they broke the charge port, headphone jack, and battery still failed. This last time they broke the speaker all together and the manager(Alex) said sorry its last time we are going to work on the phone... Ok so my perfectly working s6 was like a test dummy for yall to break piece by piece and then hand it back to me with no audio.. like I cant even hear calls coming in.. Ill be back tomorrow and hopefully will he able to change revise this review. Most my reviews are always positive, this place just crosses the line..

Not the best store for iPhone repair. I had brought my iPhone in to have a screen repair and battery replacement. Needless to say the battery they put in was defensive and was dying by the minute.the screen was not mounted to frame properly and had a white spot on the screen from being pressed on to hard or from being defective is what I was told.My finger print scanner wasn’t working after they fixed the screen, I was told oh once we fix the screen it sometimes doesn’t work. I called in to let them know and was told to bring it back. They fixed the battery but no the screen still and said oh that’s just how it’s going to have to be just put a case on it. Oh and somehow they magically fixed my finger print scanner even though they told me they couldn’t and only apple could.

Met me at the door and got my batteries from my car. I had ordered curbside online. The order was ready and correct.!

Employees are fantastic! Took great care of me. The only problem is their tools. Nuts that shouldve taken less than 30 seconds to take off took much longer due to not having a socket set.

$4.99 for a 20 seconds. Most places want customers to comeback...they even add to their customer acquisition cost to make sure you like their place. These guys charge to change a car key battery. A job that took 20 seconds, $4.99...Wow! Wont be back, wont recommend.

Was greeted immediately after walking in and asked if I needed help. Showed them the ups battery that I needed that I had pulled up on my phone. The store rep knew exactly where it was and checkout went smoothly as well. I was in and out of the store in only a few minutes.

I called because my car battery was dead the gentleman I spoke with advised me that by purchasing online I would be able to receive 20% off. I did just that and headed there after work. I had accidentally activated my key on my ford focus. The dealership wanted $300+ to reprogram and cut me another key. I went to the rosenberg tx location and these guys did it for half the price. They took the time to figure out how to do it correctly, which I appreciate, and were friendly, helpful, and stayed in contact with me threw out the whole process. ( I had to order a key)

I have been into the store at Brazos Town Center in Rosenberg, Texas and was extremely pleased with the service. Several young men have always greeted me and asked to help. Ive purchased bulbs and batteries from them, as well as leaving batteries for recycling. Recently I left some old Streamlight flashlights to be repaired or replaced since they have a lifetime warranty. They are knowledgeable and I will continue to shop there. Thanks, guys!

The representative today April 1st at the Rosenberg TX location at Town Center demonstrated great customer service and attended my replacement screen issue in a patient manner. He continued to inform me of the wait time and probable cause of my trouble.

Went for a i phone repair. Great customer service. Very friendly. Didnt know they fix batteries for almost everything. Riding toys, tools etc. Even found my ceiling light bulbs there. Saved me a trip to Home Depot.

Ordered a deep cycle Marine/RV battery online for in-store pickup just before opening hours. Great email communication from the staff and battery was ready within 30 minutes of the store opening. Prior to walking in the store for the first time I had no idea of the amount of batteries and bulbs they carried. I will without doubt make a visit the next time I need either.

Worst experience ever. Took my phone in for screen replacement the Rep looked over my phone tested everything made sure nothing was missing documented printed I signed phone would be ready in an hour. I come to pick my phone up the original rep was gone and the manager took over said they couldn’t work on it bc it looked open before, Obviously it was missing chunks of screen. Then I noticed the screws missing at the bottom, so I asked he said they were missing when he opened the phone. I replied I thought you didn’t work on my phone and why didn’t you call and why do I have this signed agreement that nothing was damaged other than the screen just one lie after the next that came out of his mouth I will never return to this store. Went down the road to you break we fix. Excellent job and cheaper with warranty. I suggest management needs to do some more training Peter.

Workers need a better training he mix match my set of batteries 5 8volts and 1 6 volts that made me drive 2 extra hours of my time cost me more for gas expenses

Went in with a screen that wouldnt light up on my phone. My phone had worked properly for multiple years even though I had to get my home button replaced years ago. Was assured by the staff that it was my lcd and they could replace it. They then proceeded to tell me I couldnt receive a warranty since my phone had been previously worked on years ago, which I was ok with since they promised the LCD replacement would take care of it. It didnt, and when I called back a few days later to ask if maybe something had come loose and if theyd just check it out again for me, Connor told me that they would not and its my fault for being dumb and thinking they would since the service which I paid 80$ 2 days prior wasnt under warranty. Connor was entirely rude about the situation and all I asked was if theyd at least take a look at it warranty or not. Will never visit batteries and bulbs again, and neither will any of my company which owns around 100 phones that need work done all the time. Couldnt recommend this place less. Worst and rudest service staff ever.

Purchased car battery online for 10% discount. Received only 90% of core deposit after returning the battery. Online purchase receipt shows core deposit added to total price after 10% discount. Store receipt doesnt show $15 core deposit but adds $3 environmental fee. Confused? So am I.

I dont recommend using the buy online and pickup in store feature. I tried this because of a 10% discount. It made the whole process take much longer in the store. Employees coulnt figure out passwords, then needed to create 3 separate credit card transactions to purchase one battery. The whole process was backwards and time consuming.
