Metro PCS has the best quality for the price that fits my families budget. This location was nice with two very pleasant ladies working the desk. The one that helped me tried to transfer my contacts but did not do something right. She thought she did but then didnt check and see it did not work. I wished they had the phone I love (LG STYLO) in white like my old one but they only had black. I would have ordered online but I needed a new phone right then and there.

Would be better to speak English and better not one so customer anothers would not left out. Want your store to attack more customers, and better rating need more friendly to all kinds.

Stay away from this MetroPCS store, the lady with the red lips tattood on the side of her neck (she refused to give me her name) is very rude, unprofessional and will break your merchandise. She damaged my brand new phone that I had brought in to get an sim card adapter in order for my new phone to work on my MetroPCS service (she broke off one of the metal clips that holds the sim card in place because she yanked the that adapter out when it became caught on the metal clip). She then became belligerent because I was upset over the breakage. Maybe at least if she would have said sorry because she broke it but in the end she started yelling at me saying thats what I get for trying to help you and said you can give me my adapter back since you wanna be like that. Management doesnt care that they break your merchandise that you bring in. Stay away. Awful experience. I cancelled my service and went to Verizon.
