Mario was my sales person and he was phenomenal. He truly gave me the best price options for my budget. Additionally, he assist me in porting my number and information from my old device with very little if any hassles. The whole staff from the moment you walk in is welcoming and friendly. He’s cares for quality not quantity and that’s hard to come by these days. I came and needed assistance with service (sprint phones needed T-Mobile sims since their merge) & he did not rush me, even though I wasn’t a sale. Rudest store Ive ever been to. Google says they open at 10, their own store shows that they open at 10. yet they put a paper flyer up showing that they actually only open at 11. nowhere else does it show this. essentially made the drive for nothing. stood there for 15min like an idiot while employees just watched and ignored me. Rudest TMobile store ever. AVOID!

T-mobiles recent data breach included all of our names, addresses, identification and socials. Everything except our bank account information. I can get a new bank account, I cant get a new social security number.

Michael Arriola was so help to me fix my phone with no problem even told me about that I could change my phone with no problem thank u a very hard working man for t-mobile.

Happy with how they helped us, they didnt have many employees but they tried to help with any questions we had but was able to bounce around and help others

Recently I went to T-mobile because my phone completely stopped working. I had everything saved on there and I was heartbroken thinking I had loss everything. JUAN was the associate that helped me and Im so grateful to him because I was able to retrieve everything I thought was gone unto my NEW phone. He had so much patience and worked hard to help me. I walked in feeling frustrated and heartbroken and walked out extremely happy and grateful thanks to JUANs knowledge. I got a new phone with everything I had on my old dead phone. I want to thanks JUAN and the associates I met at this T-mobile store. You guys make a huge difference. I would highly recommend you guys. Stay safe❤

The girl that helped us today on 10/24/2020 was extremely helpful. She greeted us as we walked in and explained in detail and took her time to answer all our questions.

Today I went into my local T-Mobile store after having the worst possible experience with customer service online and on the phone . My sales associate Cristian Martinez nit only resolved every issue I had with my account, he was professional, patient, courteous and addressed every billing issue and I am now upgraded and a proud owner of new advanced devices . Thank you Cristian Martinez, for making happy to stick with T-Mobile after 10 years this is the happiest I have been with customer service .

This location has went down since Courtney, Meka, Crystal, & a few of the OLD HEADS left. There is absolutely no service here. I gave another star for Michael as he is very friendly & he actually cares about his customers. I came the other day & Mike wasnt there. Some heavy set Hispanic dude with tight pants was my rep. He was so condescending & felt as if he was patronizing me in a way. He also asked for my personal information that T-Mobile has NEVER asked me for. Ive been with T-Mobile since my early 20s & Im almost 40 years old. The ONLY way I will visit is if Michael (Mike) is there. This location is in need of some SERIOUS training. Sensitivity training would be a great start.

Went into T-Mobile today and we had an excellent experience w/ Michael! He did such a great job with helping us purchase our iPad Pro, he made everything smooth and simple for us.

After Harvey, I knew that I needed a smartphone. At the time, I couldnt drive but could still walk a few blocks, and I actually chose T-Mobile for their proximity. Luckily, the professionals were able to take time from their busy business and answer our questions and introduce us to the possibilities of the products. They found us an inexpensive plan which, were happy to say, were still using. I think well be sticking with T-Mobile for our lifetime.

Great costumer services

I recently dropped my flip phone (I know, I know!) and broke it nearly in half. I got a replacement at this location and the employees tried to at least save my contacts; we thought they were all there but I only ended up with about half of them. Went back the next day and NESTOR took my phone and held it together long enough to retrieve all of the contacts! On the way home I called to ask if there was any way he could maybe get my pictures back for me (had been told by another employee that they were lost for good). I dropped the phone off the following day so he could work on it between customers. When I picked it up, he had everything restored (except messages) and took the time to explain about memory card vs. SIM card, etc. Im very thankful for the effort and time he put in to helping a non-technological person. When Im ready to finally get with the times, I will most likely come to this location for help! Thanks again, Emily and Nestor!!

I can not say enough about Emily, she was a great help for my husband. he broke his phone and was not able to get any of his contacts or anything from his old phone. my husband was so frustrated that he could not even remember what his password was or anything. He called me and got Emily on the phone with me and she stayed and talked to me until she was able to get the phone working and all his information popped up. Emily you are such a great asset to T-mobile. highly recommend her.

I have been with T-Mobile a while and I hate coming to this store the worst customer service ever I hate this store. Long wait time and rude!!!

Needed tech help, Don worked miracles, resolved my phone issues, very courteous and efficient.

Walked in and saw 4 employees with 3 customers and still managed to stand there for 30 minutes without so much as even an acknowledgement from the staff.They had the music so loud that I ended up having to lower the volume on the speakers so that I could speak without yelling.I wanted help with a phone, and ended up feeling like i walked into a nightclub with rude staff!Ended up walking out without being helped.You guys lost a customer! Great job!

Usually fast and friendly but this time the friendly wasnt there. Never have I ever felt soo rushed out of a store. Pretty rude. Going to be doing my Tmobile business at another location for now.

Horrible experience. I asked for a specific plan and they gave me the opposite. all they could say was we no its our error and they cant or wont fix it. I had to buy my self out of a contract when it was their mistake and couldnt fix it . Never again.

They failed to explain rebate offer the correct way and I lost out on almost $300

They help people by the looks or related was waiting in line and still jump few people including my self to help their friends
