Very thank you America, and very thank you teamwork in Kroger, God bless your are. 🙏🙏🙏 from Panumat.
When you get a call from your local store 1hour before the pickup window saying they canceled your order due to technical difficulties and there is notify they can do. When you ask if they can reschedule the employees says unfortunately not. You will have to look for a future date and replace the order. Thanks Kroger 😏
I have been shopping at this Kroger since it was built new. I drive 44 miles round-trip just to shop at this Kroger, yes I love this store. There workers help are fantastic, they stop what ever they are doing and walk you to the place and help find the product you are looking for.
Great customer service, clean and organized store.
They close earlier than noted on here. Wouldnt let me in although I just needed Pedialyte for my kid and I still had 5 mins
Pharmacy socks, staff is very rude and has no sense of urgency.
This Kroger has only gone down hill in the 7 years Ive lived in the Rosenberg area. Customer Service means nothing to anyone here from the cashiers all the way to the store manager, Dalton.I started trying to use their click-list option just to avoid the store and thats an even bigger disaster! Youre lucky if you can order and pick up your groceries in the same day. If you can manage that, good luck spending less than 30 min to an hour waiting on your items to be brought out.Ive actually started driving up 99 to another store just for better service. No issues there.
Good merchandise with courteous and polite service with a smile
Shout out to Kroger, Brazos Town Center, Rosenberg. GREAT experience, today, 1:30 pm. Greeter cleaned cart handles with Clorox Clean Up. Produce department well stocked. No bread or toilet paper, but I didnt expect to find any. Saw, or bought eggs, produce, fresh OJ, frozen dinners, nice steak, etc. Easily found a space, 4th from the front. I was loading up my car, and a Kroger employee came to help me finish. I told him everyone was doing a great job. Then he took my cart! Win, win!!!
Was there last Sunday in the evening. Out of featured ad sale item, a simple chuck roast for $1.77 lb.I love it when they have signs for the deal everywhere and NO stock of it. Great marketing program at Kroger and in house employees sharp as a tac. When I inquired about where to find it, of course the answer is oh, weve been out of that with a shoulder shrug. Nice remedy. They topped off my $175.00 Kroger Customer Experience by watching me bag my own groceries!I rang up the cashier with a comment or two about that, and no call to a manager, or attention given other than a meaningless sorry about that.... Again. nice remedy.Kroger has been in business long enough to actually stock inventory [roast on sale.. not available, really?] and actually experienced enough in the grocery space to schedule the right amount of help to meet customers needs, and handle simple issues. Or maybe the company just stopped loving money.
Horrible store! No wonder HEB is taking all of its business. They never pick up the phone and there are never any staff to ask any questions. The place is a mess and never organized.
Wonderful store!! They have everything & anything you can think of! Service was AWESOME! Even with the parking lot full, the checkout lanes were all moving thru with ease. They even loaded my groceries! 5☆A+
We love the fresh seafood and deli selections. When youre eating the perimeter of the grocery store and avoiding the non-perishable shelves, quality and selection go a long way. For being in Rosenberg right off 59, the early Saturday and Sunday shopping isnt hectic at all. We enjoy it very much.
They are getting greedy. Now they charge .50 just to get cash back when checking out. They have only 1 cashier which forces you to use the self checkout. Not fun with a full basket.
What a awesome Kroger! My first visit to this store when Hurricane Harvey was visiting Houston. The store is massive! Reminds me of European supermarkets where everything is available in one place! They have a coffee bar, Wine store, butcher, baker (Oh the smell of fresh baked bread!) oh and of course candles but no candle stick maker (HAHA!) Clothing, kitchen ware, cosmetics, big pet section and GLUTEN FREE section. Staff was everywhere and they were smiling and helping! The store was so clean and neat that I thought I must be in a parallel universe!Prices were good and the quality of produce was excellent. Great music played from the overheads and the staff were doing a dance routine by the bakery. Too bad its so far from me; but when I visit Richmond/Rosenberg again, I will go to this Kroger. 5 stars to them!
Always stocked and staffed. I live down the street and I love how this store is super convenient. You can buy clothings, shoes, housewares, groceries, and even decor. Ive never had a bad experience here. They even have a jewelry store inside.
I always find what I be looking for my shopping needs
Clean shopping environment, I find everything I need at reasonable prices.
SO DONE WITH THE HORRENDOUS KROGER PHARMACY. THEIR TECHS ARE THE WORST AND UNTRAINED I HAVE EVERY SEEN. THEY CAN NEVER KEEP A STABLE STAFF.
Went in to get cherries and a wine the day before my bday. When checking out the guy asked to see my ID and he said happy early bday! I was so happy someone acknowledged it! It was supper sweet and friendly! Such a great experience every time I go here! Definitely go for everything!!!
Wonderful store!! They have everything & anything you can think of! Service was AWESOME! Even with the parking lot full, the checkout lanes were all moving thru with ease. They even loaded my groceries! 5☆A+
My husband & I came to put gas in my vehicle and the pump immediately released a receipt with an amount that we normally don’t select & immediately my card without pumping gas in my vehicle . My husband inserted the card again thinking it was previous customer who didn’t get their receipt and started another transaction this time it asked to select the gas level he wanted and pulled the pump out to start pumping and got a second receipt with an amount we always pay. . Notice that my phone had given me two alerts of two transactions two minutes apart. We checked both receipt if everything matched and definitely both matched. We immediately went to the window to speak with the cashier & he informed us to go to customer service inside the store. We spoke with shift manager & told her what had happened and she stated had to look at the video camera. 45 minutes later she comes back and stated she can only give us the amount for the second transaction which was les than the the first transaction that was charged automatically. We got upset because if she saw the video she would’ve noticed that my husband did not pulled the lever out of the pump to pump gas out, but she wanted to refund us less. It’s very unfair. Then I asked “do your machine have a glitche or scam machines”? She said “no” then I stayed we should be refunded the full first transaction. She stated we can meet you half ways. So we were upset at the whole situation. Was tired had worked late and we hadn’t eaten dinner so we just accepted what she offered didn’t want to argue. With both transactions my vehicle would’ve had a full tank, but my car didn’t even go half tank. It’s very unfair & unjust.
As much as I hate grocery shopping, I love this store but only during non-peak hours. This store can get very crowded which can make it difficult to get around, especially in the produce department and in the meat department. The bakery is great - lots of selections and a good variety. If you have a Krogers card, prices are pretty average compared to other grocery stores.Advice: During peak hours, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
What is wrong with people these days.I normally tip the sacker a few bucks. All I had was $20s. The cashier was pretty much rude the whole time. At the end I asked her for change. She asked me why I needed change.
Store only gets stars because the meat department had only two packs of the center cut pork chops that were on sale. When I asked the meat employee, he said yep thats all we got over his shoulder, as he was walking away. The only two packs that were left had pork blood/juice all over the outside. They didnt have any bags to put the leaking chops in and when I went to the butcher/fish department for the hand wash that they usually have on the counter the two employees behind the counter said they didnt have any and they gave the attitude that they really didnt care. This is my regular store and I the first time Ive given a really negative review.
It was too HOT the air appeared not to be working. My last shopping experience was excellent. The staff in the Pharmacy is great. The bathroom is clean. I wouldnt have had to go but I got sick from the heat. I asked the cashier to double bag. He didnt but I tipped him to demonstrate how important it is not to judge people by the color of their skin. He tried to make up for it at the end....but too little too late. Thanks would love to have given you a 5
This is our neighborhood grocery store, heres the problems. Over crowding, not enough handicap parking. If they actually had someone to police those spots, there may be enough parking.Just hate it when someone who does not have a placard or a designated license plate parks in those areas just, out of convenience.Or they leave the handicap individual in the car, while the healthy one runs inside the store to shop .The other pet peeve, is returning the cart in the correct spot. Those people leave it in the parking spaces, unable to walk just a few more feet.Recently I bought some Hickory Farm summer sausage, got home and sliced some up.What a disappointment.I believe it was probably last years holiday item they froze, thawed and sold.Should have returned it, but didnt want the hassle trying to find parking. Im sure Krogers was counting on that. Also, whats with the long check out lines,is that suppose to be an additional bonus?
Click-list, manager in particular- read your own companies substitution policy and LEARN IT!What if an item in my order is out of stock in the store? While Kroger strives to keep all items in stock, an item you’ve selected may occasionally be out of stock. Our ClickList® Associates are trained to make proper substitutions for out of stock items, so your order will always have the items you need, as close to your original order as possible. When you place your order online, you can indicate whether you’d like to allow substitutions. If a substitution is necessary, we’ll follow the steps below to fill your order as best we can. Here’s how it works:• First, if the same type of out-of-stock item is available in a larger quantity, your order will be upgraded to the larger item.• If a larger quantity is not available, but the same brand and item is available in a different package (for example, boxed sugar instead of bagged sugar), that item will be substituted.• If the same brand is not available, the same type of item from a different brand may be substituted.• Any special dietary items (gluten-free, sugar-free, lactose-free, vegan) will always be substituted with items that meet the same dietary requirements.
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with Michael in (Meat/Seafood) dept. today 04/04/17... Ive experienced the steamer being down several times in the past so I called before driving to the store... I was informed the steamer was up & running, I arrived @ 7:33pm to be informed it was shut down at 7:30pm... although the dept doesnt close until 9pm; even more upsetting is it was shared with me, the time the steamer is shut down depends on the butcher on duty!?!?!?! How is this considerate to the CONSUMER??? This is definitely not a display of the Kroger brand... CUSTOMER LOYALTY... I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the service I received this evening; I will be contacting corporate merely because of his poor attitude & lack of consideration for how I was inconvenienced!!! And Go FIGURE, he was the customer service representative I spoke with who confirmed the steamer was up & running...How many times does a customer call to question if the the steamer is up? Maybe not often, but a little bit of CUSTOMER LOYALTY/SERVICE goes a long way... so maybe in the future itd be a good idea to share with an inquiring CUSTOMER the steamer will be shut down an entire hour & half before the dept. closes... Im certain my gripe wont effect the business this store receives however I do hope it alleviates someone else a horrible experience of PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from Michael in the Meat/Seafood dept...
Well stocked grocery department with a nice selection of freshly made prepared salads and entrees in the deli department. There is also a Starbucks counter as well as a full service pharmacy in the store. There is also a clothing department that has been recently added. Plenty of parking and a friendly staff as well as a discount gas station make this a convenient one-stop shopping location.
I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in any Kroger.. actually any grocery store. I had to literally call the store from inside the store and when I finally spoke to the person I needed, they were not helpful at all. For the first time in my experience as a mother having a small child with you meant nothing to this store. Every person I interacted with seemed tired, uninterested in talking to me, and didn’t seem to care much about anything really. I had already spent money and was trying to spend more but the store would not provide the assistance I needed. Definitely lost my family’s business because HEB always goes above and beyond to help make my family’s experience great!
The floral dept at this Kroger is stellar. Great selection and very friendly and accommodating florist who will wrap your bouquet in tissue paper and a bow. Prices are also very reasonable!
@Kroger Stop pressuring people to use the self checkout kiosks. It gets annoying when your employees are trying to shuffle customers to the direction of the kiosks. Kroger is using the pretence of having the kiosks to make things more convenient for the customer, but in reality all the store wants is more profits from not having as many cashiers on duty. The correct approach would be to offer customers an incentive to use the kiosks like additional discounts. Until then, anybody who uses these kiosks are just providing free labor to the retailer.
Maybe a little training in customer service here and there would be great, especially the dept that makes the mums for homecoming. Or maybe its the lack in initiative. If its too hard to be helpful and polite maybe these people should have different jobs like shopping cart duty. My wife gets information one day and apparently not everybody is on the same page. Instead of trying to be helpful, the employee gets a attitude. Whoever that lady is working in that dept., shes lucky i didnt go, because i dont put up with bs like that. I still love you Kroger, but you need to handle that.
Always a good place to shop. I always find what Im looking for. Decent prices and selection. Good meat counter with fresh cuts and fresh ground beef.
Coming from out of town to visit family for Easter, this place was absolutely packed but the cashier was patient and marvelous and the people in the store when I stopped to ask them for information every single one of them were more than happy to assist and help bending over backwards, this place- love it love it love it
Great place for you to get a few snacks. There are always sales are great. I love getting there sales paper and looking through it to see what I can get.
We met some great people at this store who work here and go a extra mile for a customer. The gas points help when gas is high. The parking lot is well lit, where I feel comfortable for my wife to go at night. The meat dept can slice you a killer steak for the grill. Oh yea and the Starbucks beats any regular Starbucks
I am grateful that Kroger was open today. God bless all the workers that went in to service our community in this tragedy. Each of them had a smile on their faces and ready to help. ❤
Good grocery store. Employees are very friendly and helpful. If you ever need help finding anything, ask the clicklist team; especially Jason or Jess, they know where a lot of things are their fellow employees had never heard of.
Just saw a older woman with her dog on a leash. This is totally unacceptable someone said it was and emotional support animal. This is getting out if hand. This will make it harder for true service animals.
Hours are wrong. Update your hours or don’t turn people away. 👍
Well lit parking adequate. Store is neat and clean. Restroom is stocked and us very clean. Took awhile to find a pain reducing cream.
Very unpleasant experience. The sushi that I blood was old and I had to take it back for a refund along with the potato chips I bought which were stale! The only good part of the meal was the Coca-Cola because it wasnt flat.I wont be going to this kroger again!
Disappointing as usual! I have been visiting the Brazos Town Center location since it opened. Rarely have I gone in the store with a list of items and actually found each of the items I need it. This visit was no exception there were three items on sale that I intended to purchase but all three were out of stock. Krogers will not even offer a rain check because these items were only on sale for a couple of days. I also tried to buy several produce items one of which was chestnuts. I checked one from the open bend. It had mold on the inside. I tried another then a third all three were the same. It has been my experience that dated items are frequently expired and still on the shelf. In my opinion the store is poorly managed
This Kroger has to be the best one around the Houston area. It literally is like a small Walmart, Whole Foods and regular Kroger put together. Definitely found everything I needed and just the staff very friendly, always making sure you find what you need. the main reason of why I shop here is because Kroger carries a lot of the organic foods and items that are cheaper than no other grocery store.
Wish I could give 0 stars! I literally watched a customer speak to an employee in a threatening manner without any good reason. The sad part was management seemed to do nothing to protect their employee, they appeared more concerned with defending the ignorant customer and her party. This experience was disturbing to watch to say the least.
KROGER BRAZOS TOWN CENTER:NICE PEOPLE. NO LINES. NO HEB GESTAPO. I COULD BUY EGGS AND WAAAAAY BETTER MEAT AT CHEAPER PRICES. NO DISRUPTION OF NORMAL COMFORTABLE STORE TRAFFIC PATTERNS. NO PRESSURE. SHOP HERE!HEB RICHMOND:GESTAPO PEOPLE: Long Lines, very little on the shelves, rationing everything. Stupid social distancing demands on the floor. Disruption of normal comfortable store traffic patterns. LOTS OF PRESSURE. If thats what you want when you shop for groceries.
Very busy day, but the check-out was quick with regards to how busy they were. My checker and bagger were funny and friendly. Would have given a 5, but did have a minor issue with the pharmacy. Was told our script would be ready in 5-10 minutes. After 30+ minutes of shopping the script was not ready and we had to wait another 10 minutes.
Decent prices especially when on sale. Always plenty of cashiers during high traffic times and all of the self checkout registers work well and in service. Employees are very friendly and helpful.
Awesome place to get some fresh food and vegetables...Made a special trip to stop and buy my Boars Head Kosher Dill pickles....
Fresh produce. Good prices and overall a quality grocery store. This is my go-to place for everyday groceries. Check out the specials, best prices in Houston!!
My go to store. Staff is friendly and professional. Their deli and bakery is awesome. I can get everything Im looking for here. Check out is usually quick too.
Great supermarket with great selection n of products. Definitely the best!
First experience at kroger was fun. Love their ever fresh low prices products. Shopping there more often now than fiesta
This place is awesome. Everything I need is here. I usually go there early in the mornings to beat the rush because they do get busy. The only downside about going before 7:00am is that you have to self check but there is always someone there to help you look up produce that does not have upc codes or whatever problem should come up.
We use this location as our main grocery store. All of the employees are friendly and go out of their way to help you when needed. The store is well stocked and we have only had a few issues with produce going bad, or they had low supplies. The overall experience of the store is great!
This is My personal Kroger. I dont shop anywhere else until I have checked my Kroger sales. I bought groceries today and after deducting my paper coupons my digital coupons and my club card we saved $61.00!! The only issue is they sometimes run out of their SPECIAL SALES items and they take forever to restock. Also they recently rearranged the store and my usual items are now difficult to find. Otherwise its great.
Amazing selection on cakes! If you like my pics please give this review a thumbs up.
Wanted to purchase 1 item. So I went through the express line! Myself, and the customers behind me understood we were in the express line! However the two customers in front of us had more then the 15 items or less requirement! The problem was the cashier crystal did not enforce this policy! Nor should myself or any other customers need to do the cashier, front end manager, or management teams job, or raise your awareness to this issue!
Love this store they just keep moving stuff and have many things that were all together separate.
This Kroger was a wonderful shopping experience for me. Could have used more open cashiers but was relatively early..
The employees here are so disrespectful, my mom was at the self check out and she was having trouble scanning an item when we asked the girl in charge for help she was so rude and snatched the item out of my moms hand and started yelling at her, telling her to enter the item number while rolling her eyes. Never have I ever been disrespected in this way spoke to the manager he did not even seem to care. They need to do a better job at choosing their employees. So disappointed in this store
Great savings. Just download and you can shop quickly and the people super nice.
Click-Liis an excellent idea . . . saves not only time but wear & tear on old, arthritic knees!
Pretty much everything you need in a grocery store. Friendly helpful people.
Kroger always has amazing deals this time around I saved $55 dollars !!! Whoop whoop !
This is our most favorite grocery store we have being shopping their since the first day yall open here in Rosenberg tx,.The associated their are outstanding and willing hard working people especially some their have become our good friends and the manager Billy, he is exceptional customer service
Its a huge store, nice and clean employees see customers walking by looking lost and dont say a word!🤔
Wonderful Place for Food and all your basic household needs and more...
I love this Kroger! Its always clean, the employees are friendly, and I can always find what Im looking for. 😊
Great store. Good selections. They have excellent meat department.
Very nice people. Fast service and check out!!!! And the store is exceptionally clean!
Benjamin is extremely disrespectful, inconsiderate, and rude!!! I will never come back to this place again because of this racist man. My cashier ulyssa was kind but it wont make up for the fact that benjamin treated my extremely poorly.
I love this kroger, but second time in 2 week that they dont have my favorite coffee creamer..
I will never shop at this place again. Literally had a staff member take a cart away from my son because he was too young to have the cart and felt he made too much noise. Didnt talk to the parents, took it upon herself to come up and take it from him. While my son was excited to be pushing the cart he was far from rambunctious and loud. Never again Kroger, never again.
There is a young man by the name of AJ who is an employee there . AJ is such a happy and very helpful young man. If all employees were like him it would be a joy to go grocery shopping.
Had great prices today! Clean and not crowded. Plenty of checkers 😀
This Kroger is our go to store for groceries, the service is food, the cost is reasonable and the availability is good.
Very Nice Store but traffic is a bummer
The store is central to several locations. It is clean and well stocked. The pricing is competitive.
I love the feel and customer service from employees! My favorite grocery store to shop at for sure! Sucks its so far though.
I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the whole team at Kroger near Brazos Town Center in Richmond/Rosenberg!! Thank you all sooo much for coming in today (Monday August 28th) with all this nasty Harvey weather going on! Just know that you helped many people out through this terrible time. Again, Thank you ☺
They are ALWAYS out of stock in essentials. (i.e. milk, eggs, bread, etc.) Overall staff is friendly and greet us at the door. Lack in produce and have a habit of rearranging the store constantly, so be prepared to stay awhile.
Terrible. Circled around 15 mins. To get out of the center. I understand theres construction. At least have proper signs directing you out
Friendly people, great service and product availability. I use the digital coupons and the Click It app. Saves time and money.
BEST STORE in the State of Texas . Cleanest, friendliest, most helpful, and priced just Right.
Needed to get essentials, cat food, milk ect. I was looking for pluots, of course they were out. I asked the young lady if they were somplace else, she checked her inventory sheet and said there may be a case in back. No such luck, she stated she would order a case. Now in all my shopping trips not once has someone offered to get something specifically for me. That wasnt the only time an employee has gone out of their way for me. Thank you
First time at this location. Clean and organized. Will go again.
Great store. Love the locating . so convientant. You save with the Kroger card.
One of the worst grocery stores of all time. Carts litter the parking lot making it difficult to find good parking. the cart staff is usually spotted hanging around the entrance not doing anything.store is often dirty and not stocked well. meat department staff is not friendly and take forever to serve you.also recently they added a clothing section to the store in attempts to become walmart jr. this place is well on its way to being worse, and more expensive than their idols.
It was terrible! Didnt find what I qas looking for. Ask an employee for help but got no help at all. Long lines in the checkout. No express checkout. A good example for not shopping there. I willl stick with HEB
Convenient, clean, stocked, they rearranged everything so itll take some getting used to finding everything, if you go often enough you can find what time to shop where theres less people traffic, just added new kid friendly carts which makes it convenient when shopping with your kids, (which could be challenging).
Scores of people getting supplies for preparation for Hurricane Harvey. Dozens of employees resupplying shelves and helping customers. Everyone being patient with everyone else during this stressful time. Kudos to Kroger management bringing in extra help and to the employees showing up early whether they were called or not.
Good place to shop. Good prices. Able to use digital coupons.
ONE STAR for the elder lady (the tinny darker skin one) work at the seafood department! I think she dont like Asian, I believe myself is a very polite person, twice I went to she for the seafoods, after she help me, I said thank you! and she never reply me anything, so I thought maybe she just dont like to greet customers. Today before I went to she get some seafoods again, she was helping two white couples, she was all happy and very nice to them, and said merry Christmas and happy new year...... again! She didnt greet me and my little cute toddler, make me feel sad ~.~ maybe because Im Asian? I would give 5 stars to this store if she is nice to EVERYONE!
Im a Krogers fan, my wife and I have been faithful since we moved to Texas in 1992.
