I like this store than any other one Ive been to. You can now smell lotions and perfume. At other stores before June 15, I couldnt smell anything but now I can since California reopened during the pandemic . I like a few perfumes here but they were out of stock so I ended up taking a picture so that I can buy them later. This store is very honest, the workers tell you up front to get another perfume or lotion for free if your product is having a promotion. Overall I had a great experience here I just wish my favorite fragrances were in stock.

Currently with the stay at home orders, lines are a thing that cannot be avoided. After waiting nearly 45 mins to enter the store, we were greeted by such kind and high spirits employees. My sister and I were chatting with a Brianna, I believe that was her name. She was first off adorable and so helpful. She was so kind and was very engaging in conversation with us. She tried to find a candle scent my sister would enjoy, who likes more of a musk. She was mentioning how cute teenagers are all over an app, not sure I can mention the app or not, that boosted their sales for a specific sent. I watched her engage with her fellow co workers and it was just so heart warming to see. I’m sure their days are long and rough having to navigate working in a pandemic. I want this young lady to get her recognition for her excellent attitude and warm personality. If she is not in a manager position, she needs to be! Thank you for being such a breath of fresh air. Keep up the great work!

Im n love with the 3 wick candles

My only complaint is that they no longer carry a certain cologne. C.O. Bigelow if I remember correctly. Black version

Went in on a Saturday morning with my daughter. She picked out a few things. The 3 sales associates on the sales floor where nice. But then we realized there was only 1 checkout person and the line was almost to the front of store.

I come here to buy my hand soap every time. For one thing because they go on sale often and we get coupons in the mail. Reason two, the wide variety of breathtaking soaps you get to play with. You never know what youre going to love. The candles are great too! If they go on sale grab some. I love coming here!

Terrible service. They closed their doors 20 minutes early because of covid protocol yet they werent even close to capacity. Told me we dont know how long youre really going to be there . More like discrimination than following the state assigned rules.

Coming here is always a blast. Employees are always helpful (Thanks Megan!). Fragrances are amazing whether candles or hand soaps or perfumes. They always have deals and that with the friendly customer service keeps me coming back.

Love this place. Great candles, my favorite is the Georgia Peach and the aromatherapy ones. Always having sales and great prices. If you sign up for emails you get really good coupons. And they have great customer service.

We felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The sales clerk was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We found everything we were looking for and more! We love this place and will definitely return to shop for bath and body supplies whenever we are in Roseville again.

Cant go wrong! The new Sleep body mist is great, they also have good promotions like 10.00 off of three wick candles on a regular basis, high quality products.

Bath and Body works is an excellent place. The employees come by the door to greet you and ask you to let them know if you have any questions. My only concern is that the place is very crowded, considering the popularity of the brand. Otherwise, I like this place!

I was gretted by a very nice and cheerful young lady at the door. She showed me where the lavender vanilla products were and had me try the new gel soap. I baught it all. I go to these stores often and now i will be going to this one all the time if the service is always this great. I am always glad when i get great service and suggestions on products.

Their recent sale was off the hook. I was able to purchase 18 products for 101.06 but the better news is I saved $139!!!!
