Xpress was able to get done in 3 days what Safelite couldn’t do in 4 months!! Their communication and customer service is great and they work fast and efficient. Literally, I will never go to another safelite shop again. Xpress Auto Glass only my any of my auto glass needs.

Today was my third visit to Xpress Auto Glass and they never fail to exceed my expectations! My first visit was when my rear view mirror came off and I tried a self repair that did not work! Jeff jumped right in and did his best to fix it! That repair lasted 2 years. When it was time to replace the windshield I went back. Justin came to my house and did a great job replacing it. Last weekend I got hit by a rock... and again Jeff to the rescue. He buffed it out made it look 100% better. I would not take my car anywhere else! Do not trust with the windshield that requires calibration. I got my windshield replaced last year. Windshield was not clean and due to that I was not able to see some of the scratches already there. They also damaged the sensors on the same and I had to get it repaired at a proper servicing service for 2000 bucks.

Kudos to this amazing team and their professionalism. I had just came off the road from NC and I was driving and something hit my windshield. I was so upset and frustrated and as soon as I walked in Bre welcomed me with a smile and was so calming!. She walked outside looked at the damage and was very comforting and assured it could be taken care of. She also went over all of my options. She informed me she had a tech that just arrived and he could get me taken care of. Within 5 minutes Justin came out and was very detail in his explanation and was very professional. Great customer service. Installed a side window on my own and noticed there was a leak issue. Called them on a Monday and they were able to fit me in that week. They successfully removed the glass, and reinstalled without issue.Will be returning for future glass installations.

Our technician, Garrett, arrived on time and replaced two vehicle windshields in less than 2 hours. I was stunned at how quickly it went. But aside from the speed, Garrett did an outstanding job and even transferred our Peach Passes from the broken windshields to the new ones. Jeff Lopez is absolutely the best when it comes to windshield replacement. He was very professional and was even accommodating when he came to my place of business to replace the windshield on my 2013 Scion FR-S. Fantastic place! I walked up with some rare windows that needed new trim that I had purchased. They stopped what they were doing and on the spot were able to remove the old trim and replace it with the new trim without breaking or scratching the glass. Highly recommended!!

Very happy with the customer service, workmenship and how attentive this company and employees were. They handled all aspects of the work to include taking the vehicle to the dealership for camera recalibration, and even brought the vehicle next door so the windshield could be re-tinted. I was changing the back window in my older/original truck, and wanted to make sure that the technician was comfortable and experienced with working with the older vehicle and the potentially brittle interior plastic trim. I went through the effort of stopping off at the facility and letting the technician look over the vehicle. We also reviewed that I had seen a stationary back glass from a local vendor, and that this glass had faulty trim. They indicated that they would order from a different vendor and we scheduled their senior vendor far enough out to confirm that he would be the one exchanging the glass. The actually sent out a different technician who did not arrive when scheduled, and with the exact same faulty piece of glass that I had seen prior.... and were about to glue it in when I arrive home to find them in the driveway. They said that they would order another, confirm that it did not have the same issues and would be back within a the next day or two. Fast forward 3-weeks, and not even a call... and I have a truck with no back glass and pollen/weather to boot. Highly not recommended!

Ended up not needing their service, but will definitely return if I ever do. They quoted a great price over the phone for a small crack in my daughters windshield (less than half the big name competitor I also called). When we took it in, the tech told us that it actually had been repaired previously (have had the car for 2 years and just never noticed it until a few weeks ago). He checked it out and verified it was a good repair, and also pointed out another chip but said it was surface only and didnt require anything (instead of trying to upsell us on something we didnt need). Super friendly and honest-Im very impressed even though we didnt need them this time, and I will definitely call them first if I ever do need a repair or replacement.

Just got my window replaced and couldnt be any more happier. They do great work, fair prices and fast service and more importantly they are solid people.

Highly recommend Xpress Auto Glass. I needed to have my rear window replaced quickly, and they were able to handle the repair next day and came to my home -- they even answered calls after-hours to coordinate. The big national chain had a one-week wait for home appointments and would have charged significantly more if wed paid out of pocket (we went through insurance, which was also a seamless process with Xpress). The installer, Jeff, was friendly and professional and did a great job communicating arrival time, which was super helpful! Well definitely use them again if we ever need another repair (but hopefully we wont!).

Had an issue with the alignment of my windshield camera and they promptly responded and replaced at no charge. Installer was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Great, convenient service. They came right out to my home and were able to respond to my call within a day. Repair work looked great. Only complaint is they didn’t let me know one of my payment options was going through my insurance and paying nothing out of pocket. Do not recommend for motorhome windshield replacement. We took ours there twice...first time to replace windshield, second time shortly thereafter because it leaked in the first rain storm..and it is still leaking! We ended up putting our own silicone on..the stuff they used was cheap and rubbed right off. Hopefully this will work and it wont end up being a bigger issue.

A BIG THUMBS UP to Becky & Crew !!They came all the way out to my house in Cartersville to change out a cracked windshield half in my 40 RV. This saved me from a major hassle having to meet them in some crowded store parking lot or somewhere else. The tech even removed/repaired some rust that had been hidden under the old glass on the bottom of the sill. All in all, everything was completed in about two hours.. After this recent cold-snap cracked my windshield, I found myself having to replace the glass as the damage was too extensive to fix. Not having encountered this issue before, I researched the process, local companies and review websites. So glad I did...Xpress Auto Glass in Roswell was professional and efficient. I spoke with Becky just yesterday and this morning Eric was in my driveway doing the work. He did a terrific job and I could tell he had the skill to perform the work well. The work was finished in about 1/2 hour, including payment (which was to the penny what was quoted) and instructions for driving and washing the vehicle.

I had both vehicles needing windshield repair. One was minor and the other needed full front windshield replacement. I called at 10 am and by 2pm same day both were completed. The week after I purchased my new Subaru Forester, I got a rock in the windshield driving down GA 400. Based on a recommendation from Solar Works, I called Xpress Auto Glass to see if they could help me out. I had also contacted Safelite but I had heard mixed reviews about them. I spoke with Becky on the phone at Xpress and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. It turns out that Xpress does the windshield repair for most of the Subaru dealers in Metro ATL. So they were very familiar with my vehicles winter package and eye sight system. I needed to get my windshield repaired in short notice, and Becky was able to make it happen and got the inventory. Jeff did the install and he did a flawless job. I hope I dont have to use Xpress again, but I will definitely use Xpress if my windshield takes another rock.
