This is my favorite Starbucks to go to even though it is not the closet to me. Since quarantine I enjoy making the trip for my pumpkin cold brew.

Good friendly quick service! Young lady at the window Sunday morning was wonderful. Our, frappuccino and warmed cream cheese danish were delicious.

I typically go to this Starbucks on my way to work, and the service is usually great. The staff seems to be friendly and helpful, but when theres a morning rush, theyre often not able to keep up. I went in today for my usual drink and after 15 minutes if waiting I was told that my drink was mistakenly given to someone else. What made matters worse, I simply stated that I was late and couldnt wait an extra couple of minutes for them to rush my order. As I rushed for the door to get back in traffic to try to make to work on time, the batista calls after me saying that it would only take a few seconds... I get the sentiment, but I was annoyed. I paid $5 for a drink that she wouldve thrown together. I literally made it to work with two minutes to spare (without my drink). Im very disappointed.

I always ask for the same thing in the same place 95% of the time. But lately they are not doing the same job. This image is Venti size. I paid $4.75 for this. and it was almost halfway up the cup . And not to mention, it tasted awful! . Is Time to change locations or just shop elsewhere.

Had just drove 7 hours to visit GA and I waited less than 3 minutes for my coffee. The shift supervisor took my order and was super friendly. Created a good experience.

So incredibly rude. I used to spend a lot of time and money in Starbucks but the attitude of superiority is really old. And I love that theyve gone ahead and dedicated one of the bathrooms to employees only.

This Starbucks has its patio opened. If you’re wanting dine-in wifi and coffee experience, this is not the place during the covid pandemic. You’re able to walk-in and grab beverages but cannot stay indoors. My orders are simple so they always turn up correctly (grande green tea with a shot of espresso, coffee black, and/or matcha latte double espresso).

Everytime I go to this location at 10800 Alpharetta Hwy Suite 132, I have the pleasure of dealing with Robby B! He is patient and kind. Robby is professional and friendly to all his customers. He should get a promotion! What a benefit for this company.

No indoor seating or wi-fi but very friendly about it.The bathroom was open and clean though...

I dont drink coffee but my wife swears by it. Shes a frequent flyer and just about in knows everybody there. I laugh at her when Im in the car and she orders because its like a foreign language. I do love your breakfast sandwiches though. Friendly, clean and fast. A+++++

Perfect location for all things Starbucks. Spacious with 12 large comfy arm chairs, long tables, leather highboy plug in booths and patio. My favorite location. Carmel Macchiato is okay. Lemon pound cake is delish.

Roswells Starbucks is a great place to gather. Plenty of seating including two-top tables, cushy seats and community tables. The selections of food, coffee and merchandise are impressive and updated.Traffic in the area is notoriously busy; during peak hours youll be parking in the Sprouts parking lot, but the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. For those of us who have work to do and need a good place to think or collaborate this location is among the best.

I tried out the Clover brewing system for the first time today. Its a really cool, and unique, brewing machine that seems to be a weird combo of a French Press and a pour-over. This location also has Starbucks Reserve single origin beans for brew and for sale.

I have two lung disorders that cause me not to be able to wear a mask. I went in and the staff was extremely rude one man wouldn’t even take my order. I mean they didn’t put up plastic protectors for no reason and the staff wearing mask as well.... It clearly states on the cdc people with lung disorders should not wear mask. I guess the people at Starbucks don’t know how to read or have no sympathy. I will never be back.

In my opinion, this is THE best Starbucks in Metro Atlanta/Roswell. The customer service is always impeccable and every singe time I order something it is always correct, every mobile order and walk in is always right. The selection is always through and a variety to choose from as I love to buy coffee and the cups from the store as well. Will always be a favorite of mine.

Had such a great experience at this location this morning. The line was to the back of the cafe and before I knew it I was at the front of the line. The staff is friendly efficient and my orders were up quick and tasty! Very well organized location, Very impressed! Well done guys!!

Yup, another Starbucks. But this one has a greater variety of indoor and outdoor seating. With various types of comfortable chairs choose from.. they used to have wine. Its a shame they dont anymore.

This place has the worst customer service of any Starbucks I have visited. Also the place continues to decline in cleanliness in the main area and the bathrooms.It appears there is new ownership but I dont think they will be owners for very long unless they turn it around. Its really a shame because it is a great location and a few years ago had a great staff and excellent customer service.I gave them one star but if there was a way to give them a minus I would. That is really what they deserve.

This isnt my usual Starbucks but I was expecting at least decent service. Too bad I didnt get it. When I walked in the 2 people working there just starred at me. Finally, the guy said I can help you. I wasnt sure what I wanted, so when I said I wasnt sure what I wanted he just walked away, no assistance offered. I tried to ask the girl about the sugar content in one of the drinks & her response was, I guess. I just felt like I was bothering them. I did finally order a drink which was NOT good, then I left, but I will NOT go back to this location. I probably will just leave Starbucks alone period. They seem to have gone downhill lately.

Great location but they continue to have a difficult time with staffing and management here. Walked in the other day and no one was behind the counter. Eventually one of the customers went back and got an employee. Hope they can get a good and stable crew as I really like the place.

This rating is a gift, they deserve a ZERO. I ordered, paid and waited OVER 15 minutes...I watched the guy I paid clean items and wondered if someone else was preparing my drink. Once he stopped wiping everything down, he turned and stared ahead, as if waiting for the next customer. I blew my horn and threw my hands up and said, What are you doing?!?!?!?! Where is my drink??? He responded, Oh, my bad. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT...SERIOUSLY??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?! I called management the next day and was offered a free drink. NO THANKS, I WILL NOT return. Mentioned the issue at work and heard even more complaints. :(

I frequent this Starbucks location often. Usually between 8:30 - 9:00 am on weekday mornings. They are usually busy, however the cashiers are generally good about moving people through the lines pretty quickly. However, this Starbucks falls short on the entire reason I choose to go to Starbucks - consistency.There is generally a different person working the bar every day. Sometimes the drinks taste just right, sometimes they are awful. Today for instance, I ordered an iced coffee. I saw my cup after the coffee was poured, and saw that it was steaming hot. I am not sure as to why - as generally the coffee they use for the iced coffee is not hot. You know. So it doesnt melt the ICE. The barista let it sit there for a few moments and cool (I suppose) then added some ice, which promptly melted. Then added some cream, then some more ice. Once my name was called - there was barely any ice remaining in the cup. I didnt feel this was something that was worthy of a remade drink - so I took it and left.When I was driving to work, I took a large sip of the coffee through my straw, and was unpleasantly surprised when I got a mouth full of coffee grounds. I looked at the bottom of the cup, and it was full of coffee grounds. At this point, the coffee was undrinkable.I also ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich. Once I arrived at work and started to eat the sandwich, I discovered they gave me a similar sandwich that contains ham.These are two possibly isolated events that happened to me in the same day. However, this is not the first time that I have received an iced coffee from this store full of grounds. It has never happened to me at another store. I am not sure what it is that causes this to happen, but I am sure that Starbucks trains their employees to prevent it.Most of the people who work at this store come off as a bit lazy. There is rarely any hustle behind the counter, even when they are busy. I would imagine it stems from management, as I have seen a Starbucks staffed by primarily young college students run more efficiently that this one. This is a large store, in a prime location, however Starbucks (and the customers) would be better served by better store management.

The price is too high. Yes the drinks are good and atmosphere is good. But the price! It kills me every time i think about it. $7 for a venti? Most people get their daily coffee dose there. Everyday! If i got there everyday for a week and a half thats already $50! Who has money for that? If i come there everyday for a month thats roughly $150!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the mocha frappuccino and white mocha were very good however the temperature inside the establishment was too warm and the furniture(restaurant booth) in front of the counter had large holes on the side.The other furniture was pretty beat up as well.

I love this place depite of the fact theres no drive tru. Some people for a reason I dont know decide to take naps and camp out at this location. Management usually come and wake them up.

Staff is not good. First, the two ladies were arguing as one of them asked for help to complete 5 orders but the other one wanted to leave. And then at 5pm, a clueless guy who works there was walking around opening blinds while on his phone having a personal conversation. I was at a table working on my computer and he walks behind me while having a conversation on his phone and without asking me, opens the blinds at the table I am working at throwing glare on my screen where I count barely see it. The guy was completely lack of etiquette and was totally clueless.

This seems to be a rather odd Starbucks. All they had in terms of creamer was milk - there were no other selections available when I entered or when I left 30 minutes later.There are lots of nice, comfy places to sit while sipping ones drink of choice. The staff was pleasant as were the other patrons I encountered. Parking for this location is not easy and seems a bit tricky to navigate especially when leaving. I generally dont stop at this location because I am seldom in Roswell but I needed a jolt of caffeine to help calm a migraine and Starbucks always gets 5 stars for caffeinated beverages. After consuming half of my cup, my cohort and I were able to continue our ramblings with the migraine subsided for a few hours. Thank you Starbucks!

Cool stuff but the manager was rude, Im a regular customer, I was sitting with my friends outside and the shop closes at 1030 the manager showed up at 10 20 and ask us to leave claiming the store is closed in a afnding manner, he was pulling chairs in an aggressive way even we were sitting outside 😅. Go figure the new racist Starbucks way, you get your order and you get kick out before closing time ...... I wonder why I keep spending my money in Starbucks every day....

Its a good Starbucks. Some of the staff can be obnoxious but if you ignore them then its fine. It has a decent seating area but not very practical for users that need power outlets. Also, the toilets need to be cleaned more often. Its one of the really busy ones so the toilets get disturbing really quickly. Overall I like it. Its better than most.

Staff is fine. Restrooms are absolutely positively disgusting. As I fear for the life God blessed me with every time I step foot in either of their urine soaked bathrooms.

A great Starbucks with excellent indoor and outdoor seating. It is the biggest Starbucks in the area. They also offer reserve coffee and the Clover brewing machine. Highly recommended.

New management in the past year or so has worked hard to get this great location in tip top shape. Theyve cleaned it up and recruited some great baristas. This is my favorite Starbucks store!

I love the leather chairs! At least a dozen of them are in this location. Starbucks locations are all different, and this a nice one.

While a sign of good business, I find this Starbucks to be consistently crowded.And even thought I dont drink coffee, the crowd of people gathered around the counter waiting for their beverage to be served and their name to be called out can make the place feel more crowded that it actually is.With all that said, this is a convenient location for me and many of my clients to meet and discuss things, and for that reason alone, Ill keep going to and using this location. Ill just do my best to avoid the busier times of the day

This Starbucks has been my pick me up spot every time I come in town to visit my dad. The baristas are always nice and always get my order right. I would like for it to be a bit cleaner than it is as well as faster service.

This is my favorite Starbucks location on the planet. Not just because its an evenings store with a clover machine and tons of space. The staff is awesome. Some of the friendliest shift managers!

Rude mamager. I have been there on several occasions and have witnessed the manager sling chairs and be very rude to a few customers. Today I was on the back deck, there were a few other people out there was well. The manager came outside and started slinging chairs back into position. I looked up at the noise and thought WOW. He looks like a 2 year-old throwing a tantrum. Then he walked up to a gentleman and told him not to be there at opening. The gentlemen was just sitting at a table drinking his coffee. The conversation was loud and made me and the others on the deck very uncomfortable. I dont think he has what it takes to be in management. That conversation should had NEVER took place infront of other customers.I will be calling Corporate tomorrow. The rest of the staff is fine but this manager needs to be in a different position. He is rude and unprofessional.

I have been to this location many times and have considered the staff to be very polite, however the last time I was in there the barista was rather rude. Hoping its just her and that she hasnt rubbed off on anyone.

I have been a gold card member for many years. I have been so very frustrated with your policy on decaf coffee. Some or your stores stop brewing decaf coffee as early as 10 am, but I have been able to let my frustration subside because up until today each store holds to your policy to do a pour over if they do not have any coffee left, which is fine. But today however, the Starbucks at Mansell and HWY 9 refused to give me a tall decaf coffee at 11:30 am. The cashier said they stop brewing at 11:00. In disbelief, I just walked away with no coffee. I am allergic to caffeine. I know decaf still has caffeine but it is small enough that it does not affect my blood sugar. I hope that you change your policy on decaf or any stores that will not give the customer the product they are looking for. I would like to just be able to go to a coffee store to get a coffee that is decaffeinated, no matter what time of day it is. That should not be too much to ask since you are a coffee shop.

My experience here has always been mediocre but when google asked for my review today I thought it was time. I always thought that maybe my service was ok because I go during peak hours. When I watch five people that ordered after me get all of their drinks made while my empty cup sits underneath the nitro tap I was curious what was wrong. So I asked the barista at the register if the nitro was having an issue. She informs me that my coffee cup was in the Baristas hand that was currently making drinks and I said no its under the tap. So instead of pouring my drink she finds the person that is suppose to make my drink. The person makes my drink looks at the name calls it out and throws it on the counter. After she throws it down she walks over to her coworker, laughs and said it was a mistake without ever acknowledging me or apologizing for inconveniencing me. Nitro takes only a few seconds to pour like regular coffee so this entire debacle was uncalled-for.

Very crowded, parking sucks and the coffee is good for $6 I guess. If your looking for a nice place to take your MacBook and put some headphones in for a couple hours with everyone else I highly recommend.
