I have stopped by Fashion Finders twice now and each time the door is locked by 4:45-4:50 p.m.The dark haired lady said they close at 5:00. I said well it’s not 5:00 yet? It didn’t matter to her.I told her this is the second time this has happened. The website says 6:00. Please update your website.If your going to close early then change your hours to let new customers know.I guess they don’t want me to come in! 😁

TO Strong Air freshener plug ins. Always need to wash clothes several times to get smell out. Gives me a headache. Wanted to get a formal dress but concerned smell might not come out & they were pricey. $55-$120. They do have a nice selection though. No bathrooms.

After reading the post of Susan King, I just had to reply to her damaging review. I have worked for Susan for over 12 years. I know she knows this business inside and out. She has the finest reputation in the consignment community. I know she runs a very fair and honest business because I have witness her with consigners and customers for a long time. We all do our very best to help people feel good with buying purchases from Fashion Finders and also sell our clients clothes for them to make money too. This client should have contacted Susan if she had problems. I know this consigner was paid for item sold and the others returned that had not sold. . I know if anyone comes in to Fashion Finders that they are greeted and treated with respect. Know they would love the shop and will go home with something they love.

Ive been consigning there for 10+ years very successfully after a search for an honest consignment shop having had terrible prior experiences. This is a great shop, cared for very well by someone whos been in the business 15+ years-with responsibility and integrity. Hard to find this type of consignment shop, so for me its worth a somewhat lengthy drive to get there.

I feel I must address the scathing review left by Susan King. I do not know her personally, but was shopping there yesterday when she came in to pick up a consignment that had not sold. She was very aloof, unpleasant and abrupt when she felt a mistake had been made. She made no attempt to inquire further or request more information. I cannot attest to the alledged mistake, but must say that in my four years as a frequent and very happy customer, I have never received anything but personal and wholly accommodating service. I buy and also consign many items: I have always found the owner to be very gracious and attentive in handling any questions about my account and consignments. Although there was only one salesperson there, she addressed Susan right away and assisted her. Customers are certainly free to do business with whomever they choose, but i believe this is totally uncalled for.

I almost always find something I need. Prices are reasonable.

Fashion Finders in Roswell is an AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL consignment store. Did I mention that Fashion Finders is AWFUL? This store is poorly managed and very unprofessionally staffed. The manager is very disorganized, and they have very poor customer service skills. I consigned four pieces of high end clothing (Theory, Etro, Max Mara and Coach) which they acted as if were trashy polyester. There are many great consignment stores in the North Fulton area to find great deals but this is definitely not one of them in my opinion.

Found dress for Granddaughters wedding., that was brand new. Daughter has found several wonderful high quality new finds, this is not bargain basement, but high end good quality clothing and accessories at price below market price.
