Hi my name is Stephen I’ve been a member of the Roswell community for over 15 years, in all my years I have never seen someone so rude at your chevron location on Roswell Rd. You have a night employee who is a black female not sure what her name is but time after time she has used profanity towards me in front of my son, she sells tobacco to my under age sister, every time I try to use the services of your location in Roswell, when she is on duty she completely ruins my experience and trust me I’m not the only one she’s like this towards, has a business her main job is customer service which she lacks tremendously, this has been going on for months, she over charges, and when she’s questioned about it she’s quick to just make you leave or threaten to call the police, She should not be allowed to get away with the way she treats people, I hope at the very least the owner talks to her or have her retrained, tonight I tried to buy to bags of chips that were 2for3 dollars the promotion was good until the 30th of this month, I tried to show her and she snatched it out of my hands and ripped it up and threw it in the trash and then demanded I leave or she would call the police, I hope this matter is delt with which it should have been along time ago. Worst employee ever she very bad for your business

My 17 year old son went in here one day to buy something to drink. He said as soon as he walked in the lady working in there stood up (mind you he has never been in this store before) when he went to check out he let another person go in front of him and this heifer had the nerve to say you come because I want to see you pay. I was so mad that he just now told me this and that he didn’t walk out without buying anything on record her. This is why she works here because that’s all she’ll ever do.

So tonight your night employee the female black lady, is the most hateful person Ive ever met, for no reason at all I was simply asking her a question after I purchased my items, and she responded by saying what are you still doing here, I asked her what was the problem and she respondedI just dont like you, and then added ny calling me white trash, she should not be in customer service all she does is stay on her phone acts like why are you even bothering me and always has a rude comment to make, by passing judgment on others hateful, possibly racist not sure

Poor rude customer service at night. I feel sorry for the owners.
