Every since we moved to Georgia, this CVS pharmacy has taken great care of my father. He now lives with me. Because he has such an awesome rapport with the Pharmacists and staff, I can’t see my felt changing to location that’s less than 5 minutes away.

I had to make an emergency run to this location about 10 minutes before they closed for my elderly father. Stephen was extremely helpful with his advice about which product I would need and how much was spot on. It was a great experience.

Reposting from a nextdoor post.. about $20,000-$60,000 worth of Insulin is in freezers next to ice cream and pizza. not only should insulin never be frozen, but these are in a public space and could be stolen or grabbed out of containers. if this insulin is unfrozen and given out and used, it could be fatal…

Kind of surprised at the low ratings of this CVS. My prescriptions are done in a timely basis, the store staff and pharmacy staff are always pleasant and helpful, and the store itself always has what I need. They also follow COVID protocol and just gained a nice, new store expansion. They get busy sometimes, but considering the times, thats kinda to be expected. I have seen some very rude customers snap at staff for things that werent their fault, which is an absolute shame. At any rate--good store! Very convenient for me.

I came here to use the minute clinic for a Covid test. I arrived on time at the drive thru, I was unaware you had to park. However since I arrived early, I was waiting right on time. I waited for 40 minutes while another patient showed up and waited. No one came out. I asked CVS employees in the parking lot, they couldnt tell me anything since the minute clinic is seperate. Leaving such a low review since I scheduled a test and there was no representative or any communication whatsoever. Its also reallt hard getting a test with so many locations filled up. Hoping the next location is better

Never pick up the calls. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes 2 times and then i disconnected as i got tired of holding.

Absolutely one of the worst and slowest pharmacy departments. The customer service is horrible. They seemingly refuse to answer the phone even when there are little to no customers waiting at the pharmacy. At night the pharmacist seems completely ignorant to the fact customers are waiting in the drive through. I would rather drive a further distance and patronize another CVS than deal with this pharmacy.

I don’t have a good experience going to this location at minute clinic dr was little rude it’s been almost 2 days and still my prescription is not called in I been calling my pharmacy to get my prescription refilled they still waiting for dr to call for what kind of ingredients she wants on my magical mouthwash they left her a message to call back she haven’t called

Extremely rude pharmacist. Information on website and email communication were completely different from what they demanded in-person. They then try to shame you for following instructions you had received. Avoid if possible.Update: Went to a different CVS, where the pharmacist was patient and professional. None of the extra unofficial documents were asked for.Pretty sure this Roswell pharmacist made up document requirements and instructions, so he could go home early. He had complained that I had not gotten there 30 min early (not required or even suggested anywhere to be early). I had gotten there 10 min early. I saw him drive away from the parking lot soon after, so I knew it was the end of his shift.

The staff for the pharmacy is so rude yesterday I one to buy a prescription and he was grumpy so he talk to me like I wanna something free is very unprofessional

Every time Ive gone in, the little girl who works up front is on her phone. She will continue to text people the entire time she helps you check out. She didnt let me look at my photos before purchase, and they were not worth buying. She neglected to press whatever she needed to on her screen to let me purchase with my card. She didnt ask for my CVS card not was she looking at me at all to see me attempt to hand it to her. Worst CVS ever and has been for years. Done with this location for good!

Encountered a fella, named Tunde whos excuse for everything was because he was by himself on Sunday March 1st. Isnt that a scheduling issue? Dont complain to me . Complain to management. I need my Rx after back and forth x3. highly inappropriate but who cares these days right. I wont be filling my Rx here anymore ☹️

The staff in the pharmacy and the minute clinic are the best! I was having issues with getting medication through Walgreens and once I switched to CVS, it was like a different world! They were professional, informative, and friendly.

They are open till midnight is what the hours say, that’s irrelevant to all the people that work there, don’t expect anything except rude statements after 11:30pm

Been using this pharmacy for over 10 years & never had a problem. Yes sometimes thing happen & mistakes are made but the pharmacy staff has always been gracious & corrected any mistake in a timely manner. I dont understand all the comments about them being rude.

Omagah. I wish 0 stars was an option. Ok this place has a clinic and should be clean. The bathrooms were something straight out of a horror movie. There was one overflowing trash can in a stall, the rest had the bags all wonky so you would have to touch them to dispose of anything into the bag/liner. More importantly, it looked like it had not been cleaned ever. There were poop looking marks on the side of the toilet, side of trash bin, sinks were Cristy, floor had debris, and toilet brush just hanging out in the floor uncovered. How clean can the pharmacy and clinic be if this is the bathroom for staff and customers???Does anyone wash their hands here? Yikes.

Worst CVS there is. Completely unhelpful staff who have no product information much less how to use equipment (photos especially). No manager on duty on a Friday...save yourself a lot of time and energy and just go to the Walgreens a mile down the road

Worst experience and down right rude! Jose at the pharmacy was rude and obviously works the pm because he has zero people skills or desire to truly assist someone that was just let out of the ER. I will NEVER be coming back and will also be filing a complaint with corporate.

I had an issue with a prescription. I somehow was short by a few days and they treated me like a drug addict trying to get my non-controlled substance prescription filled 2 days early. They were very nasty towards me and didnt help at all.

The pharmacist and lead tech were flat out rude. There is a reason that crapapple is my main pharmacy, they are happy to assist you and never make you feel like your a burden. Unfortunately it cant be said the same for this location.

Very unprofessional service from this morning pharmacist. He couldnt answer my questions nicely and never sent my prescription to another location for them to prepare it to me.

The practitioner at this location was not knowledgable and refused to give me antibiotics. This was a wasted trip and a waste of money. I had bronchitis like I told the fake doctor when I arrived. She told me I had pneumonia and she was not comfortable giving me antibiotics. I was sent to urgent care to pay yet another copay. When I called CVS to complain I was told the practitioners manager would call me back. 2 weeks later still no call and I was sent a bill for a service not rendered. Do not trust this CVS save your time and money. Pathetic.

So our 6 year old little girl has been fighting a sinus infection for a couple of weeks and has been on an antibiotic. She was feeling poorly Sunday evening around 5:30pm and was taken to be seen at an immediate care. After eval, she was prescribed a stronger antiboitic (she had a swollen lymph node at this point).It was 7:40pm when the prescription was handed to the pharmacist.... he was obviously PISSED OFF that he had someone walking in 20 minutes before the posted closing hours.. Completely rude... was heard to be complaining that other stores close on SUnday at 6pm... what a bad attitude..Sorry rude boy, but customers are not an inconvenience... They are the PURPOSE OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT!!! This jerk was also quizzing people about their need to fill their prescription as they walkied in: Is this for an emergency?The icing on the cake for this sour, poor excuse of a human being... He did not flavor the Augmentin for my granddaughter, and it is NASTY in its natural state... that is just MEAN and being a BULLY! This clown should not be around people that might be in pain.If you are that miserable working at one of the only pharmacies available to folks at later hours, TRANSFER... Oh, by the way, did you notice you work across the street from a hospital?!?

There is a lady in there who is a manager who has a HORRIBLE attitude...I dont understand how she became a store manager. Everytime I go there, the environment was just too negative so I stop going...

The pharmacist is rude. I called on a Thursday and I was informed that I could go to another pharmacy..which was incorrect. Then after calling back I was told the drug in question would be back in stock on Monday. As this was an inconvenience he assured me on Monday. I called back on Monday and he said he did not have it to try back later in the week. His tone was the most bothersome as if he did not have time to even pull my account or really care if I recieved my prescription or not. The issue here is my prescription is stuck at this pharmacy due to CVS rules on transferring refills. Once I get my refil CVS just lost a customer for sure.

I have been using this CVS 10 years. The pharmacy is fast, friendly and efficient.

I decided not even to go as it took 17 minutes to get someone to pick up the phone. They would pick up and then hang up. When I finally did, they were very rude. I went somewhere else!

This pharmacy had only one pharmacist to: answer phones, drive through, counter and fill scripts I sat and watched her run all having NO ABILITY to fill my script ! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

This pharmacy is not 24 hours.

Almost ten minutes on their automated dial menu (when I called) - THEN when I got someone on the phone, they couldnt answer the most rudimentary question (I e., How much they charge for a walk in visit - and yes, I checked their website). Terrible experience. Please make it easier to talk to an informed individual.
