I was double billed for the propane tank rent and called and spoke with the manager on December 3rd and he said he would get it removed. Since, I have received two bills stating the amount was past due and spoken to the office 3 different times and it is still not resolved.Then, I signed up for them to top off my tank as needed in November. I have yet to see them and have now ran out of propane. I spoke with them and they said “well I hope we can get it taken care of today, but I’m not sure.” Then she proceeds to mention that they don’t typically service in my area to keep us topped off, yet it was on the form that was given to me and the reason why I signed up for a charge account and let them run my credit to do so.I am 4 months in with service from AWC and I am not the least bit satisfied.

Your pumps are super slow been here 30 mins and it has only pumped 25 gallons your fuel is already expensive now its slow what the point in using you?

Brought my motorhome here 10/28/20. The employee who helped me was very pleasant and did a professional job. The only thing that kept them from 5 stars is their propane price is a dollar higher than the competitor in town.

Theft...driver came to our property that we recently purchased to provide us a new tank and service agreement. We paid for the tank and the fill cash, we were given a receipt, and then later billed again for what we already paid. We received another bill on 12/5/2018 showing a past due of what was paid cash, plus a service fee for a fill that was never done. How is it we pay for a fill, then get billed for it and an additional fill less than 4 months later?! Its a 250gal tank. Where did the money go that I initially paid? Why is there no copy of my receipt at the office? Where is the driver that STOLE MY DAMN MONEY?! Why are they saying they came onto my property without permission when I was at home?! Ridiculous. I had better get some damn answers, and they had better get cleared up quickly...and dont ever come on my property without permission, or lie about doing so. Im giving 15 days before I file a police report against the driver and hire an attorney.

We took our motorhome hoping they would be able to give us fuel on the spot and they did. People were nice and helpful!!!
