Decor reminded me of an American diner. Tables were a little sticky. Food tasted like oil, which tasted like it was the cast out from MCD. The only positive experience was the attentive waitress. Wouldnt feed it to my dog bad.

I like the decor. It gives me a good sense of old school chinese fooderies, but I wish I could say the same for the food. I ordered the lunch special: the beef and vegetables with a side of chicken fried rice.The chicken in the fried rice was good but the fried rice might as well have just been steamed rice. There was absolutely 0 flavor. The beef and vegetables just tasted like starch slurry with salt and a little garlic. The beef was mushy was overly marinated in... a flavorless something.After forcing down a few bites of my 10.80$ meal, I had to throw it out. I couldnt stomach it.Prices on the website are also off.
They give you more than enough food, very delicious, very good service, would go back again

I ordered the walnut shrimp and chicken chow mein. They were delicious and the prices are proportionate to the size of the servings. There are several more items I look forward to trying.
Worse service... have never been here and was excited to try it with my kids.... wasnt busy at all yet no staff helped they would just walk by... no welcome in.... wasnt seated.... waited 8 minutes with no one saying anything till I just walked out to go to a place that actually Services their paying customers
They close at 9pm drove 1/2 hour away got there 30 minutes before she told me they where closed

Terrible service. After receiving my $50 delivery order, a wrong item was sent to me. I called to politely ask for it to be refunded because I didnβt want to have the driver drive all the way out to me again. The woman on the phone proceeded to argue with me and hung up on me. Never giving them my business again.

This place is the best Chinese food in town. I really enjoy their chicken pad thai. I have tried Thai food before and I prefer this one over the ones Ive tried at actual Thai restaurants. They had me craving theirs. π My family eats here on a regular basis. The ladies who wait tables give excellent service and are always cheerful.π The take out service is also very exceptional. The gentlemen who delivers is prompt and polite. Overall I give them 5 stars across the board. You get what you pay for and its worth it.
I had the potstickers and they are a must try for anyone new. The combination plates have more than enough food and a great selection. Check them out to see if your favorites are on one of the plates. They also have a big banner offering delivery if you cant get out or have a big party that needs some food.
Ive gotten delivery here twice now. Food is amazing, staff is wonderful, delivery is always on time. A really great find for anyone looking for a unique Asian dining experience. I look forward to dining in the restaurant in the future. I implore you to explore the menu. Apps, entrees, and I dont want to be that guy, but their Thai tea is the best! Happy dining ^_^

The service wasnβt great until they over heard us commenting on the service then the customer service was okay but not great. The food taste okay but not omg it was delicious. We actually had to return a plate because it didnβt taste good. Honestly I probably wonβt return here every again. It was worth a try and that was it. My first and last time here .
Very clean kitchen, restaurant and staffs in the back. The atmosphere is very accommodating and does not have food smell inside the restaurant is what Id highly like in a restaurant. The foods we ordered are great and have been ordering the same on the menu for the last couple years. Lunch and dinner time are pretty hectic just so you know. I highly recommended this restaurant to anyone in and out of town!!!!!

Came here in Christmas Eve with my husband and friends. The service was great. Our food arrived promptly, and tasted fresh. I ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp because it was listed as a chefs special on an online menu I found. My husband chose shrimp fried rice. It may all have been the best Ive ever tasted. Having been raised on Chinese food, I am very particular. I came away very impressed and very full.

My first time at Zen with a friend whose family visits the restaurant often and swears by it. The food was very good. It was not too greasy and didnt have an overly fried taste. The salt and pepper wings, egg rolls, cheese won tons, and the pot stickers are alone worth the visit. The service was adequate, but not stellar. It looked like they were just understaffed for a week night. Good Stuff though.
Amazing place to eat for almost any occasion! Staff are attentive and always very friendly. This restaurant has its own unique flavor that keeps drawing you in time and time again. Definitely recommend the chicken chow mein, orange chicken, beef and broccoli, pork Thai drunken noodles, honey walnut shrimp, and also the appetizer platter. All previously listed other than the walnut shrimp and Thai drunken noodles are included in the dinner combination #1 plate! Its definitely affordable and worth every penny. I recomend this place to everyone I know and all end up loving it!

If youβre looking for Chinese food, this is the place to go. Iβm very picky about my food and Zen has been great in making very delicious food I love.
Food was good and reasonably priced. The waitress was quick and friendly. The only negative was trying to pay. There was no one at the register and you had people waiting for take out orders. Took about five minutes for someone to show up and finally able to pay.

Horrible, horrible service. The workers were rude. And the food was disgusting. Majority of the food tasted like it was socked in dirty dish water. It tasted old and horrible. Save yourself money and go somewhere else. I wish I wouldnt have wasted my money or time going there.

We love going to xans food is always really really good always hot and if you want it hot ask for the Thai chilies in the meal it makes it extra special if you know what I mean if theres something that youd like thats not on the menu ask them theyre pretty good at making stuff up if its not on the menu or if youd like to delete or add something.
