This is the second time I have walked into the place looking for help with lighting. Both times walking in, we were never acknowledged or helped. Not great selection of lighting in store but who knows if they have catalogs or inventory because the folks in there clearly could careless on selling you lighting.

Wow! Rude sales people! Walked in. Looked the entire store. Never even acknowledged we were there. Limited supply. Go to Progressive. MUCH more selection and nice staff.

I was not greeted when i walked in and it took about 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. I had to ask for help. They where with other clients but the place is small enough that they saw me and never even looked my way. Very rude and i will definitely not visit there again and would not waste my time if I where you.

Ive been a customer of Masterpiece Lighting for quite some time now. I have a good experience with them when I shop there and their customer service really sticks out. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
