Ive always had a very pleasant experience with this location. Receive a very friendly greeting every time I come through the door. Staff is very helpful and efficient, cant ask for more. I called recently to ask about a product and Renee was more than helpful, spending at least 10-15 minutes answering my questions - which brought me into the store. Glad to see good customer service is not dead.

Could be a lot nicer when clarifying prices. I’m not sure why this specific starship has different prices than other starships for whatever reasons.

I now wish Id asked her name. The employee with blue-ish dread locks was beyond helpful! Ive always had a pleasant, helpful, andjudgment free experience at thid location, yet blue dread lock girl (sorry I dont know her name) went above and beyond to help! I expressed my frustration with toys breaking, and my dislike of non silicone toys. She helped me find exactly what I needed, helped test the vibration, asked questions on what I was looking for, and kept me within my bidget!
