Forgive me if I assumed I would be greeted with a smile when I walked in to browse recently. Apparently only 2 sales people were working. The friendly one was engaged with another customer. She was very pleasant to us once we had her attention.The store was depressing. Weak inventory. Uninspiring displays. Like, Target on sale type of displays - except Summer Classics insists on charging $250 a pillow. We actually bought a $250 pillow - the quality has been good in our previous purchases.It’d be great if the in-person experience matched the marketing materials.

Beautiful outdoor furniture store.Definitely High End, but worth it.Some unique items as well as the predictable.Staff was Very friendly and accommodating.You can choose your own materials to fit your decor.Perfect for the home owner with high quality taste.

My daughter and I went to Atlanta’s Summer Classics to get an idea of what she liked for her patio. We were immediately greeted by De Williams who asked us some questions and began our tour of the store. De was so knowledgeable of all types of furniture, made suggestions without being pushy. He gave us time to browse by ourselves and checked back in with us. De made our shopping experience enjoyable. And while we had not planned on purchasing that day, his friendly help led us to purchase an entire set of beautiful perfect for our space furniture. Ask for De when you visit!

Jennifer at Summer Classics is such an attentive and helpful designer/sales consultant. She has helped me with numerous purchases for our home and I am so happy with everything. And if something isn’t quite right, she will do everything possible to make sure we are happy.

I spent +$20,000 on Summer Classics Provance collection for my pool deck. The paint cracked and chipped the first year. The sales person failed to mention that you cannot place the furniture beside a salt water pool. I contacted the showroom and the company owner but they refuse to address the issue. Woodard makes better quality furniture at a more reasonable price point.

I bought this expensive chair from Summer Classics on 12-2018 and it fell apart one year later. on February 24 2020 i made a claim to repair or exchange the chair and i have received an answer from Michele Simpson that because the warranty expired on 12-2019 they wont replace or repair the chair. So my review for you guys is not to buy a $ 1,400.00 chair that is suppose to last many years when 60 days after the due warranty the company who import/provide this furniture doesnt stand behind their products.

Summer Classics is an amazing store. The furniture is very upscale outdoor furniture and accessories. While the furniture is a little pricy the quality is amazing. This is a wonderful store to check out especially during the holidays.Be sure to ask how you can get on their mailing list so that you dont miss out on sales. There is a back area with further discounted items.

Thanks to Tess Brancato for helping me choose my outdoor furniture and fabric for my new porch. It arrived in 4 weeks (4 weeks earlier than promised!) Great designer, great shopping experience and great delivery. Great experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

We have been buying Summer Classics furniture for in-door and Patio for two decades. The design and quality is unsurpassed. It lasts, in fact we have never replaced any. SC is the highest end of outdoor furniture!

The sales people here promise 6-8 weeks for delivery - but dont expect to get anything for at least 3 months. Its taken 5 deliveries to get what we ordered in early April. Its now late July and we still have three pieces outstanding. Delivery in 4 months would be much more tolerable if the expectation was set from the beginning. The quality and price of the products (which is very high) should match the quality of service.

Horrible Customer service! And HORRIBLE quality control on products. Bought an outdoor sectional and went to clean the cushions and used manufactures instructions with cool water only... let air dry... and all the seems came apart... when I called they bounced me back from person to person and finally said since it a clearance item there was nothing they could do... they didn’t even offer to sell me new cushions at a discounted rate!!!! I bought the couch two months before it fell apart on me! Horrible! Will not recommend to any of my my friends or family. You get treated with way better customer service at Home Depot.

If we EVER see our teak recliners and ottomans I will come back and amend this review. Purchased March 3rd. It is now June 25th. No word on when they will arrived. Meanwhile, we customized the cushions and built our entire backyard/pool/patio using those colors. Cant wait to see how fun getting a refund shall be.

If there were a way to give no stars I would certainly do it. We purchased a number of items in January with standard shipment of 6-8 weeks given custom cushions. This makes sense. What doesnt make sense is that two of the chairs ordered were then delayed until March, April, May and still in June they are not here. In dealing with both local and regional sales people they could not explain when the chairs would arrive. When we finally tossed in the towel and canceled the chairs, the district manager told us one thing, expected to do another and then took over a week to process the refund (which was only done after I called). Shame on you Southern Classics for such misleading sales and service. It is inexcusable how poor this experience has been.
