Terrible experience at the store tonight. I promised the owner/ store manager that I would continue to patronize the business even though the prices at the larger stores were much cheaper. My unpleasant experience tonight however has caused me to have a change of heart. I would really appreciate the opportunity to discuss my concerns and provide feedback with the store management team as soon as possible . When is the best time to stop by to discuss?????

Ive shopped at Beverage Depot for years at the Dallas location. Glad theyve come to our neighborhood. Same Great prices. They now have a reward program.

Best prices in town for anything that you want to get. We have a get together for a wedding and needed to be able to get the best bang for the buck. We saved about 25% in the end and we were able to use that to cover other costs. They have a tremendous selection, so big you get overwhelmed at times. Im not a huge drinker so I just look up recipes online and use what they suggest. We never had something we needed, that they did not have.

Great selection with wide isles for in case you go up there already having drank a little you do not knock their alcohol on the floor. Lol

Came in to support the smaller business liquor stores in the area. No one was at the counter when I walked in. I browsed the store for ten minuets and not a soul in site. Lights were on and music was playing. Luckily Im a good person and just walked out. If you are going to be away for more than a few minutes just lock the front doors. You never know who is going to walk in. Ended up just going to Specs anyways since it was a ghost town in there...

The manager was rude and gave the friendly Uber driver a bad rating!

Absolutely love this place!!!! I was welcomed by bottles of liquor and bid adieu by liquor!!!! How can I give this place anything less than a 5 star rating!!?? Were talking liquor here! Happiest place on earth!! Then theres Disney......

I come here often enough that the staff knows what Im here for. (It is behind the counter.) Very friendly staff, extremely well stocked with great variety of Liquors, mixers, beers and the like. Ample parking, easy in and out EXCEPT FOR WEEKDAY PM RUSH HOUR!! Recommend avoiding the area during that time at all cost! Great place. I recommend

Pretty good selection. Only fly in the ointment was they charged $3.00 more at the register than the price posted on the shelf, second time this happened on the same item. Quick on the computer and sloop at point of purchase.

Small store with a sparse, warehouse-like feel to it, but options for buying liquor in Rowlett are very slim. I dont buy a whole lot of liquor, so I dont know how good their prices are. Staff was courteous enough on my few visits.
