Love their hot dogs! My grandson got a slice of pizza too. Cheap lunch!

I have stopped by twice in the last week for my fave beverage (frozen horchata). The second time, I asked when it would be available; we dont know; our managers out of town. I also wished aloud that there was more than one person working the kitchen. Were short handed. Our managers out of town.Not acceptable! QT, you are a big enough company that you can- hire more people- bring in a substitute manager!

Ive never had any issues here. This is one of the places with the better gas prices in Rowlett. I also like it because its huge and its right off of the freeway. Easy to get in and out of from the 66. Well lit at night and very spacious and its a safe location.

Employees are awesome at helping you find what you are looking for and have helpful suggestions as far as mixers.

Really nice gas station. I always feel safe coming here day or night. Inside is kept really clean and the staff is friendly!

Went in the other night and had a conversation with the most adorable employee! Very friendly and talkative. 10/10 would come back! Only wish I would have gotten her number!

Kitchen staff not friendly, they were out of American cheese, out of forks, and tried to charge me twice for a breakfast scramble bowl. Poor management if you are able to run out of something as basic as forks.

Clean, fast with good snack food. I really like the new kitchen idea they have inside. Wish it was open 24 hours too.

I like the pizza here. The employees are still a little inexperienced. I have hopes that it will change in time. I was treated with respect despite being unhappy that the pizza oven was turned off although an employee meant to put it on the warm setting or clean setting. Her mistake but I got a few dollars off my order for my extra wait.

Forces single use bags on purchases of alcohol. Even when you bring your own bag. Corporate trash. Go to mom and pop stores! Atleast they know customer service means letting a customer take the non existent risk if they want - of being arrested for not covering up your alcoholic containers with the store provided trash when leaving a store 🤦‍♂️

I generally dont have a problem with this qt... clean...friendly staff... but I found out the sandwich I picked up... was in fact moldy... come on guys check your coolers a little more thouroughly!!
