So I am seriously sitting here, and this kid that works here walks in and says we are out of full synthetic is that what we are using and I said If you have something better or recommend something else I am fine with it if you use it. He was like are you sure because we are out of full synthetic. I was like yeah its fine. He was like okay you don’t have to be rude and shuts the door. I wasn’t being rude and all the people that work here look 15 year olds. He then comes into the room mind you with a bunch of customers and says since you were rude to me we are not doing your oil change you can take it back to valvoline I said are you kidding and he said I am not you can go right back to where you came from. I said awesome customer service! Right off the bat won’t come here again. Plus he said it in a room full of other customers. You lost a customer, I will make sure this location doesn’t get service.

I called several oil changing places and Master Lube was the most reasonable priced, very quick and stupendous service. Its pretty hard to have found anything wrong here. The staff were friendly, helpful and were way down to 🌎 earth. I was in disbelief about how quick they had me in and out. Thank you guys, for making the whole trip better than I thought .

I have to say I was not disappointed. Staff were courteous and friendly. No pressure what so ever and the price was reasonable. Will be returning In the future.Upsate.. Just stopped in for my Valvoline oil change, Was greeted by Clayton and was asked if I wanted synthetic or conventional oil. Requested conventional oil as that is what the manufacturer recommends for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. As I had other things on my schedule after the oil change was completed I paid the bill and went on with my errands. When I finally sat down to update my maintenance records I found that they had used Mobil Synthetic blend oil. I did stop back by and talk to Clayton and was informed they no longer carry Valvoline since the business has changed hands and is not owned by Grease Monkey. (take note that on the sign out front and on all the oil dispensers in the shop are stilled indicating Valvoline oil).... I stopped back by and talked to Clayton and asked about the oil they had used and he tried to tell me that the Mobil Synthetic blend was the same as conventional. Bull S**t!!! I know better. will not be returning there for service....

I stopped by 20 minutes before closing. I understood they could not get me in as they were closing for the night and I needed breakpads and rotors replaced. They go to OReilly to get the parts 205.00 and then they charge 195.00 for labor. He said it would take an hour.I call on Saturday to see what time they close, the gentleman says 5PM but they are not doing emissions. Ok!?! What about breaks. He said Im not sure!?! Well I would like to know before I go there...He then said NO!I came to this location due to the fun, honest elderly men that worked there. (I trusted them) now its young punks with no manners and rude. I thought they just changed the name to grease monkey but clearly they changed the staff as well.I wont be back.

Doug was seriously the nicest guy and super professional and kind! He took care of what i needed and even gave my kiddo some money for her and her sisters to get a soda, only after asking if that was okay first. I think i may be going there for all of my vehicle maintenance from now on!

Called ahead and they said to come on in there was no wait. Got there they stuck us in the emissions bay while all three workers just sat on the other side vaping. Finally got some help did the emissions test never hooked up to the spark plug to know what the rpms were at for the test paid the 30 dollars and then they said it failed and that it was running rich and possible needed all this work. Left there went right over to another place where they hooked it up. vehicle passed no problems even said that it was running cleaner then most cars now a days.

This location is great! They were fast, thorough, and friendly. I had the on-the-spot renewal done. It was easy and quick. I will definitely go there again!

Every time I go to masterlube they never disappoint. They are always honest and have never tried to get me to purchase anything fhat was not absolutely necessary. Highly recommend them. Mike was the guy who helped last time I was there and again I had a fabulous experience. I did not catch the names of the other workers that changed the oil and air filters in the cab and in the engine but they also did a fabulous job. I will continue going here.

Been getting my oil changed there for as long as I remember. They are the best in the business. In my opinion..

They were all very friendly and helpful, and they did the job quickly. They were also priced substantially lower than the other places I have gone to. They also informed me that there were some things missing from my car. I have had my oil changed several times at a major national chain of oil change shops, and nobody there had ever said anything about the missing parts. I bought the parts at the dealership and took them back to Master Lube, and they put them on for me at no charge. Ill be going there for all my oil changes and service in the future.

Speedy emission test the same day I called for an appointment. Convenient on the spot renewal also.

I am so happy that I took my car here! These guys are professionals and they know how to treat their customers. I was in and out of there really quickly but they still took the time to answer my questions and do a tremendous job on my vehicle. These guys are the best. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This is the only place Ill take my cars. The guys here are professional and still super friendly. Ive taken them two disgustingly embarrassing vehicles for service and they go the extra mile to vacuum the inside and wash the windows (imagine my shame). The employees are very patient and kind.They make me feel comfortable enough that I have stopped by out of the blue and asked them what they thought about a particular issue with my vehicle and Mike, the boss, PUT HIS LUNCH DOWN and spent 10 minutes discussing options with me in the parking lot. This is customer service on a level Ive only dreamt of. I was originally referred to these guys by my dad who retired from Hill AFB as a diesel mechanic. He chooses to trust Mike and the crew with his vehicles instead of doing the work himself, and so do I.I cant recommend these guys enough!

Very fast and easy to get state emissions done. On the spot renewal is also available so you dont have to hassle with paying the state tax yourself and wait for the license plate sticker to come in the mail -- costs $10 extra though for the convenience.

The guy in charge was really friendly and they got me checked out and my vehicle registered in record time.

Came in for an oil change and emissions inpection. Service was nice and friendly. They couldnt do emissions as no tech was present. The other thing is none of the technicians wore masks. It is the law right now.

I have been servicing my vehicle at the Roy location since I purchased it in 2010. I called to check the mileage on my last servicing and they have no record since 2018 (when it changed hands) I had it serviced in April and needed the mileage since they didnt put a sticker on it. I have taken my car there for the last time. I also found Big O is much cheaper. Im very disappointed that they have ruined a good business.

I was passing through UT and needed an oil change. These guys have great customer service and do high quality work. If I lived here, I would definitely make this my go-to shop.

Extremely unprofessional. Greeted with a hi when we walked in the door and then ignored for several minutes. We were told a car getting an oil change was in front of us for the emissions line so we had to move. Then we were told to pull in to the emissions bay and then shortly after we were told another car was in front of us and asked to pull around again so the other car could go first. The other car was pulled in and left for 10 minutes in front of us. Nobody hooked it up, nobody did anything. They just parked the car in the emissions bay and walked away. Then we noticed the employees on staff were just milling around and not doing anything while we were waiting for our emissions check. We ended up leaving.

I have been coming to this shop for the past 6 years and service has always been great. In the past the crew was not so friendly at all, but I just came in to get my safety and emissions and the staff was amazing and effective.

Took my sons car in for a oil change. We wanted conventional oil. They put in synthetic. The bill should have been about 45 dollars. It ended up being 93 dollars. I wont go back and will tell everyone to stay away. They are crooks.

Ive been here to emissions my vehicles around 6 times. Ive been turned away twice in the morning because they didnt have a tech present and then was turned away at night because the tech said it was too late. No where on their site does it state arrive 30 to 45 minutes before close to get your emissions test. Plus the some staff is very unprofessional. I suppose Ill have to take my business elsewhere.

Went to get an oil change. During their inspection they saw some issues. Actually took me out and showed me the problem areas. Prices are reasonable. Only thing I didnt like was being told my CV axels were blown when in reality it was only the boots that need to be replaced. Great group of guys and really well priced. Would recommend.

We used a coupon for an emission test. It was a great deal. I was in and out within 15 minutes and that was even with 1 person ahead of me for the same test. They were really nice and I will be taking my other 2 vehicles here as well for their emissions test.Only thing I wish they would change is put a sign out for people to know which bay to pull up to for the emissions testing. I didnt know and apparently stopped and got out at an oil changing bay and they told me I had to go to the furthest one and when I went to go move it, someone else pulled up first and I had to wait for them.

I own a car lot and I use them all the time for my emissions and for oil changes. They treat me very good. And if I have any problems they have dress up quickly. Give him a try.

They are very quick and accurate with their work each time I go in. The employees are kind and professional. There are opportunities for discounts here. I havent had any problems with any Master Lube locations and Ive been to several. They have wheelchair accessible entrances and bathrooms, they also have a nice waiting room and are good to update you about your car. They do oil changes, safety emissions and inspections, im pretty sure diagnostics and more. If you are not sure give them a call, they are quick to give you the correct information.
