Excellent customer service. They were very busy when I arrived and they still managed to accommodate me. They did an oil change and a tire rotation in a very timely matter :). Very friendly staff, they always make my experience very enjoyable which is why I continue to go to them. Highly recommend this location to everyone.

We received fast and friendly service. All of the issues with our tire were shown to us and explained. Prices were comparable to others. For a walk in, the turn around was about 45 min.

Horrible horrible horrible.Called and purchased a tire. When it was put on the vehicle, the sales associate was informed by me and my husband that it was not the tire we ordered. The sales associate told us “the tire wrong tire, could cause highway noise” I requested for the correct tire to be put on the car. The sales associate said that he would replace it and call us in 3-5 days.Fast forward, I call to check status and the manager (who wouldn’t give me his name) said “none of my associates would say that”. I told him I have no reason to make that up. He said if I wanted a refund, I’d have to return the tire which would be great however, leave me no way to get to a better tire store for better customer service.All they had to do was order the correct tire and replace. Basically, keep their word.I opted to give them a bad review and said “I’ll blow you up on f**** social media. I added this part because I’m sure the manager will try to use it to deflect their poor customer service.

If I could give this business no stars I would a few months back they literally backed my car into another vehicle, were stand offish about fixing the damage they created. I decided to give them another chance when I broke two of my wheel studs and called an hour in advance to make sure they’d be able to complete it same day because I commute to a different county, they assured me they could. When I got there they told me there was no guarantee that they could do it today because they were busy. Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to tires plus.

I bought two Michelin tires from this store to replace my front tires less than a year ago. Come to find out they sold me directional tires which means you can only install them in one direction. They installed one of the tires in the wrong direction and now they will not correct the mistake unless I buy new tires from them. Keep in mind I purchased the lifetime rotation and road hazard. This is unacceptable service. I have purchased many tires from them before.

Great service given at this location. I no longer live 10 minutes away from the store.More like 30 minutes but I keep coming back because of their professionalism. They are courteous and the pricing is fair. While I was getting an oil change and coolant flush, they noticed I had a nail in my tire .They replaced it, letting me know that it was covered by the warranty on the tires .Its ts good thing they caught it . Otherwise I could have been stuck out on the highway that I use constantly. Thank you guys very much!

Horrible! Had my truck there for 5.5 hours to get a tire patched since I bought the roadside, woke up this morning to a flat tire!!!! Ughhhh. They def didn’t patch it!!

Even with an appointment for as soon as they opened took two hours to something as simple as 4 new tires I have had many cars and lots of tire changes and never been more than an hr . Would have been longer had I not asked them why my car sat on the lift and other cars started by the same tech that was doing mine . Answer me this how can someone do 2 different cars at the same time ? My advice would be to work on one at a time maybe things would be more efficient.. will not be returning to this tire kingdom again .

This location has been like a training hub for future Tire Kingdom managers in Palm Beach County. That should tell you something of their customer service.Ive been a customer for seven years and it doesnt seem to matter whos behind the desk because imo they always deliver. Whether its for my personal or company vehicle Im always satisfied with their work and customer service. 💯

Wow ...service is unparalleled...went to 3 different shops and either got over charge for same service or wait delays. This place pulled in my car immediately and gave me total assessment and great price... never go anywhere else from this point.

Not only did I save over $300 on four new Michelin Tires but they were installed in less than an hour. Something else worth mentioning is while I was waiting I observed three obnoxious customers come in and treat the sales floor staff very poorly. One guy was even yelling at them to install his off road 10 ply tires and the staff was very polite and treated the belligerent customers with professionalism. I was very impressed with the staff here. I will be back.

Dropped off our vehicle to get serviced and was greeted by Diane. She is a wonderful employee and a pleasure to deal with. We had ONE major issue. After checkout, my wife mentioned the $50 credit due to not being asked about the credit card offer (sign in front of register and we wouldn’t open the account anyways). As any customer would, we obviously would take advantage of a discount if possible, BUT, if the discount causes the employee to be reprimanded, then it needs to be removed. I called to speak to the manager but he was unavailable. I’ll try again tomorrow. We do not want Diane to get in any trouble as she was wonderful to deal with and an asset to your company. Please do not put your employees in a position to get in trouble for a failure to offer something minor. Thank you.

Made an appointment for an oil change and I waited for almost 1hr and 45 min. The car was sitting there without being worked on. I had to leave the waiting area and find out what was taking so long. The response I was given was that the guy is in the bathroom but he will be right out. Meanwhile another car is that had just went in 20 min was already done. I dont recomend anyone to come here for any work done unless you wan to to sit here for a very long time

Very bad experience, this is the first and last time that I change my oil with this company. First of all, I had reserved time for 9 am, when I arrived a person who did not even say good morning to me had the mask on his face as a decoration because he only covered part of his mouth. He told me that my time was for 10 oclock, I must be a liar, I had to show him my reservation on the cell phone so that he would believe me. I arrived at 8:45 to be able to be attended to on time ( i had work at 10) and finally the car was returned to me after 10, more than an hour for a simple oil change. in the end as I was in a hurry and wanted to pay quickly, the person who received the payment was very rude told me that I was not the only one in a hurry, that everyone was in a hurry. Really?? Never more TIRE KINGDOM!!

This morning my friend brought his car to alignment service, about 8 moth ago he bought new tires and paid a alignement service plan that they said it last for 2 more services withing 2 years.Now, we show up and ask for the service under the payed plan and surprise your plan is expired it was supposed to cover only 6 month, that expired las October.So to people buying extra plans in this store be careful and make them give you everything explained on paper, that will be your back up when you decide to ask for the service that you paid.

This Tire Kingdom (actually this car service place in general) is honestly the best I have ever seen. Their quality of customer service is far superior than any other car repair place or dealership. They will go above and beyond your expectations to help you. While most places will want to charge you as much as they can and upsell you on things you do not need, this Tire Kingdom we find ways to actually save you money. I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself how Morgan and the rest of his co-workers will show you how a car service center and tire shop is supposed to treat their customers. Well done management for keeping a quality staff that seems to enjoy their jobs and make their customers happy!!

441/southern location... Paid for an alignment. They said it was good to go. Car still pulls to the right every 500 feet. Then the very next day they tell me to bring it back because the car must have underlying issues. I mean they put it on the lift twice... Now today Im getting my brakes done on my company truck. and they told me I could just keep bringing my Mercedes like I have the time to keep bringing the car back !?!? After they had it for over an hour yesterday...update august 10... Of course they said the car had underlying issues with that they didn’t see the first 4 times on a lift...ordered crossbody to do a correct allignment in which they should’ve done in the first place... these people are ripoffs and they take customers for rides

Brought my car in for an oil change, they changed my oil and oil plug which caused the car to begin leaking oil. They told me it was a bad O-ring so I went ahead and told them to fix it, today not two weeks after they changed the o ring my car ran out of oil and now I’m stuck with the same issue but only worse

Worst place if you want to take 5 hours to get your tires done then come here after they tell you only an hour and a half. Also I asked for alignment and when I got there they said “oh you did want that” after I told them on the phone an hour before that that I do. They said ok it’ll take 5 minutes, it’s been a half hour . Lamar, the one that was helping me is very unprofessional cursing through out the whole place. All the employees are incredibly rude. Don’t come here. They don’t treat you with respect and it takes much longer then they actually tell you. I called 4 times and they kept saying it’ll be done in 15 minutes I show up and have to wait already now 30 minutes + ridiculous

Went in to get a tire patched today July 4th. They were closing early but took care of me. Were courteous and very little wait.

I was a walk in with not one but two nails in my tyre. Ariel and staff were polite and efficient and got me back on the road asap. I often feel like I am going to be taken advantage of in auto places because Im female and they treat me like I dont know anything about cars (which is not the case). I didnt get that feeling here. Got a flat tire with groceries in the car. Made it to this Tire Kingdom and Mr. Andrade immediately helped me get a new tire put on, despite it being a busy Saturday morning. He was kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to get home with my groceries still fresh. Wonderful, attentive and courteous service. Highly recommend!

I was sent to this location to have four new tires put on my wifes vehicle and was only partially satisfied. The time it took to install the tires and the price were reasonable. However the vehicle was delivered with filthy and slightly damaged rims. The employee who did the job apparently had no pride in his work but is not an overall direct reflection of the company. The manager was quick to resolve the issue so we were happy with their level of customer service.

This place is amazing, the customer service is great - something I havent seen in a long time. I took all 6 Gator tires, which are like ATV tires and this place was more than happy to put the new tires on the rims. I couldnt find anywhere else that would do this unless you bought the tires from them. Tire Kingdom was more than happy to mount the new tires on the old rims. For six tires it took less then 30 minutes. Tiffany was amazing! She went above and beyond, and gave all the guys a run for their money. She did 5 tires while the guys were still on the first one! You go girl, you worked hard, were hard core efficient not a wasted moment and you did it all with a smile! Your a real asset to that business.

Imagine coming here for scheduled manufacturer service and they somehow forget to do an oil change. So you pick up your car only to have to drive back over there and having to be inconvenienced with now having to leave it over night. Well that’s what happened to me. Absolutely ludicrous that something like this can happen.

I dropped off my moms Mercedes and One of her tires needed to be replaced. They told her the tire she needed for the car wasn’t in shop, so they had to order it. I’m guessing they forgot to place the order for the tire, because they had an employee go to the warehouse to pick it up. It took two hours for them to change ONE tire. Then, by mistake they changed the wrong tire, and wanted me to order a second one. They were gonna put a rear tire in the front. That would’ve ruined the car. Very slow and a lot of miscommunication between workers. Plus the total was way too high for the service. Won’t be returning again.

Ive used Tire Kingdom on State Road 7 for many years for all of our vehicles, but my last visit I was torn. The thing is, the last 3 times that I have had a slow leak, they always told me there was damage to the side wall and I needed a new tire...so I bit the bullet and purchased a new tire. Last week I came in, same thing...slow leak...its in the sidewall...you need a new tire...thatll be $357 Im getting rid of the vehicle soon and I just got new tires last year...I took it elsewhere...they showed me the nail, NOT in the sidewall...patched it...cost me $20. Makes me now wonder back if this was always the case???

The staff here is always so overly friendly. I have been across the street to Tires Plus and have been treated lower than low by the staff there. When I came into Tire Kingdom, it seemed fresh and bright on the inside. The staff is always so friendly and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I have been here a few times (Nails in tires that the dealership and Tires Plus refused to fix) and I have always enjoyed myself. If you are in need of services, I would recommend them to anyone else.

Tried to trust a service place like this but, you just cant specially with a sports car. Took it to fix a punctured tire, 5 hours later they returned the car with tired fixed, balanced tires, oil changed and alignment done. As soon as I got into the car noticed a horrible rattling, but checked around and found nothing obvious. Got home and pulled the logs to see that they took the car for a nice joy ride. They said they need to drive it to check alignment, YET THE CAR PULLS HARD THE RIGHT! It seems 5 miles later plus multiple full throttle launches wasnt enough for them to pick up on that problem. Maybe they where just too busy racing the car to tell.Learn the lesson...You can not take a sports car to any of these places for honest work. You just cant... Find a good shop with focus on sports cars or do the work yourself.

This store was very slow. I had a 1 o’clock appointment and dropped my truck off for an alignment. I called at 4 and my truck still wasn’t serviced. When I asked the associate why it’s taking so long he was rude. I told him I’ll be there in 30 mins. I picked up my truck and it still pulls. This isn’t the first time we had problems with them.

Michael Larson the service Manager is awesome. I brought my car in this morning and he took my car right in. Always very quick service. And, all the service guys are very neat and polite. My wife had just had a flat. I went to repair the tire and was not repairable. I called and spoke with Justin, and I told him I just needed to have them mount and balance 1 tire. He guided me to the right tire. I wont bore you all with the details, but I have to say, Justin was AWESOME!!! Very courteous, empathetic,professional and fast!!! I went in at 7:30pm and was out by 7:45. I cant believe how fast they were. I also want to mentioned the gentleman that actual changed the tire was fast and very nice!!! I will definitely go there from now on!!! Jay

Low cost oil changes with tire rotation. They will always try to sell you something else while youre there. Once they told me that my battery needed replacing and it was one I bought 2 weeks before! There was nothing wrong with the battery when I had it checked somewhere else.

So I had mistakenly made an appointment with the wrong location. When I call State Rd 7, Ariel picked up the phone. I told him my situation. Instead of having to call myself and cancel at the other location. He took care of everything for me. My husband and I have been stressed with our car, and he really helped us out by going the extra mile. Thank you so much!

I am Mr. Costco. I buy everything there, especially big ticket items like tires. But when they couldnt get my specialty tires for a week I called TK. Absolutely outstanding customer service, everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful. They had my tires by afternoon the next day and actually cost a little less than Costco. I will definitely be going there again.

Ive been coming to this location for almost 10 years. Over the last 4 months Ive probably have been here 6 times. I originally was going to post a negative review but because every one of my issues were resolved by Ariel I will forget the last few months and focus on the fact that everything in the end was taken care of. When I was fed up on a few occasions, Ariel has taken it upon himself to handle whatever the situation was personally and to my satisfaction. Because of that, I will continue to do business with this location.

I came here right after replacing a bunch of suspension parts and tires on my truck and obviously needed a proper alignment. Even after doing all the work myself, the truck drove straight as an arrow. I took it in for an alignment and all it did was pull to the left so hard, I needed to keep two hands on the wheel. I took it back a few weeks later, they drove it, fixed it and then test drive it again and said I was good to go. I get on 441 and its still pulling to the left. Took it back one more time and they told me it was just the steering wheel that wasnt aligned properly and that theyd do that, also it wouldnt cause and premature wear on my tires. Yet again, still didnt drive right. I said screw it, I dont have time for this. Less than a year later my brand new set of Toyos were trashed. The front right was worn unevenly and the front left was nearly bald. I rotated them every 5,000 miles. The real kicker Ive seen here after spending countless hours in their lobby waiting for my truck to be fixed, is the amount of stupid stuff some of the employees are up selling to unsuspecting customers. Ive seen it done by two in particular but cant recall their names. Yeah, every place does it but its a real shame to see it being done. Take your cars/trucks to a specialty alignment shop or anywhere else. I found a good one locally, but wont plug their name out of respect. Ill never be back.

They dont honor their coupons.. I went there thinking I was going to get an oil change and a tire rotation for $19.95.. While waiting I was told by an employee that my car doesnt take conventional oil and and they are going to put some other type of oil in, and they show me the costs. One was $54 and other was $84.. Needless to say I went to Toyota and asked about an oil change and they said they put conventional oil in.. Is this how business gets people in their doors these days? Bait and switch doesnt work with me, and not being honest will never get me to walk in their doors again, even after I called corporate office and they tried to meet halfway with the coupon..

Ive been unimpressed with the service at the majority of Tire Kingdoms I have visited. However, this shop is definitely the best in the county. Ariel is a great manager. The staff is very friendly and helpful but the wait time on average is still not very good

To say that the service manager Brad Putz is completely unreasonable would be an understatement. Pitched importance and convenience of purchasing road hazard warranty. Then when I needed to utilize it a month later, he wouldnt honor what he or the documentation stated. Had to get TL Consumer Relations involved in order to resolve. Any location is better than this one. Wait time is ridiculous as well...even when theyre not busy.

Do not waste your time or money with their tire warranty, they have no intention of fulfilling their promises. They have all this red tape when you try to get your new tire, had to have alignments with them (apparently a mercedes dealership isnt good enough), has to have so much thread, prorated based on mileage etc etc. Never mention any of this when they are selling it.Last tire I buy at Tire Kingdom.

I have been using the Tire Kingdom located at 450 N State Rd 7 for probably the past 12 years or so. They have done many things to earn my loyalty and trust over the years. They somehow always manage to fit my vehicle in, even when they are obviously very busy and often with no appointment. They are always respectful and patient, unlike other garages I have used in the past when they would speak to me in a condescending tone because I dont know everything about cars and, in my opinion of a tactic, to pressure me into paying for unneeded service. I have shopped around on prices when I have needed more expensive repairs and this Tire Kingdom has always been the best priced. On multiple occasions they have gone far beyond the extra mile to help me such as once when I had no other alternative than to wait at the shop for hours with my toddler and one of the mechanics drove me home and picked me up. Every repair I have had done has worked perfect and no other problems mysteriously appeared after getting my car back, as I have had happen at other garages. Their honesty especially stands out. I have no doubt in my mind whether I need something repaired when they tell me their findings. They have repeatedly correctly identified what my vehicle problems were and will always tell me whether I need something fixed immediately or if it can wait. My most recent visit which prompted me to write this review resulted in them saving me $180 for a battery that was still under warranty from a local parts store. The store had refused to honor the warranty and insisted the problem was with the vehicle. Despite being very busy, the mechanic spent about 40 minutes testing my battery, alternator, starter, and completing a full diagnostic test. After confirming the problem was in fact the battery, Manager Joe Andrade called the parts store and explained their findings and argued on my behalf that battery should be replaced under warranty. The parts store finally, begrudgingly agreed and replaced the battery. Team members here such as Joe Andrade and Ariel Browning have been here for years because they obviously enjoy helping my family and others. In an industry that is commonly stereotyped as being crooked, this particular garage stands out for its integrity and sets a high standard for any business. Thank you all for your repeated great service.
