I didnt get a chance to ask the gentlemans name behind the counter but he had a thick latin accent and he was very nice. I was in a rush and I had my five month old with me he was very helpful and all I needed to do is pay a bill. Thankfully there wasnt a line he was sweet and it was quick. I highly recommend this Boost Mobile if youre in the area.

Been a loyal customer for years. Really enjoyed the growing data plan. However, when I needed a new phone they suggested the stylo 2 because they were out of stock of almost everything else. I asked for a good strong case for it and they were once again out of stock. The charging port on the phone burned out after 2days of use. After they tried to say I left the phone on charge for too long and a little bickering, they replaced it. At this point I mentioned I wanted to have insurance as well as some good earphones and the woman behind the counter (Cassandra), said it was taken care of. When I got home I noticed the bottom of the plastic case to the earphones was cracked and to top it off I couldnt even use them for phone calls. The Mic didnt work nor did the volume buttons. It was pausing my music for awhile but now that doesnt work either. At this point theyre just $25 earphones that have low volume. To make matters worse 2days later I broke my phone screen, least I have insurance right? Wrong! When I tried to replace the phone she said that she set the insurance to start at the beginning of my next billing cycle. I just paid my bill 2days before I asked her to add the insurance. The straw that broke the camels back was when I noticed they she had recently put out the stylo3 on display right next to the stylo2 I had just purchased days earlier for the SAME PRICE! Then she had the gall to suggest I purchase it instead. So I went to Metro PCS right down the road where they did have the phone I wanted (free for switching) along with a very serious phone case. The only catch was I had to call boost to get my account number. THEY DIDNT WANT TO GIVE IT TO ME! Are you kidding me? I was a loyal customer to the SAME store location for years and they still tried to give me the run around by leaving me on hold and continuously transferring the call..... Im with Metro now and have signal everywhere I go now including west Okeechobee. Boost has without a doubt in my mind some of the worse coverage and now some of the worst customer service as well. Zero loyalty to their customers just their wallets.

Customer service is ok. I prefer the other location on Okeechobee by Turnpike.
