Wow. Great service from zjavier Labored at store 9110. Was considering a new phone but he showed me some settings on my current phone that might resolve my reception issue. Going to try it for a week if no improvement will be back. He also lowered my monthly bill and gave me unlimited data. Thats just good business.

Geoffrey was an amazing sales agent to work with; he was patient, kind and understanding. And yes, very talented and witty. He has a very good sense of humor; I was so impressed, that I returned the phone I bought from AT&T yesterday and switched to T-Mobile. ATT&T is a waste of time. The staff was extremely knowledgeable helped me transfer everything over from my old phone and helped me fix a issue that 2 other stores could not fix. The 3 gentlemen that were there was very friendly and the store was very clean.

Every time Ive walked in the store, i was always greeted no matter how many people were in the store. They spent 2 hours helping me with transferring my data to my new phone and my screen was cracked, they didnt get frustrated or anything. I believe my rep as Wolfgang or something like that but he was prior army service like me and help me pick out the perfect phone for me and was able to point me in the right direction to help apply for my military plan. Thank you all !

This t mobile located at state rd 7 and Anthony Groves Road Store number 9110 is where I purchased my new phone. I had been with Verizon for 20 plus years and they did the worst things possible. They didnt honor my contract of protection on my phone and sent me away with a broken phone. I could go on with the rest of this horrible situation I had.Right now all I want to say is thank you t mobile. You have given me the best customer service experience ever and you continue to do so.I want to especially thank two awesome experts at this store.They are just awesome. Alicia M and Wolfgang F.They spent over 25 minutes yesterday helping me learn more about my new Samsung 10 E then I ever knew.Both also setup Free Tuesdays when you get free gifts.Also showed me other things that I am capable of doing with my phone. I give these two amazing people my utmost respect and thanks.If you are looking for a new cell phone carrier please visit them.

Wesley was able to help us order a screen protector for our older phone that isnt displayed on the floor,which was something that 611 couldnt figure out! He was awesome, quick, and friendly! He saved the day.

Great service. I had to get a new chip for my phone and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. But if I have questions they will be patient and answer any and all of my doubts. Really the best t-mobile store. There is another store nearby but those guys dont help you if you have any problems. This store has everything and helps their customers. I recommend it without a doubt.

The store made a mistake at the time of purchase after accepting $50 cash and refused to refund the money while providing no services or product. Simply we were the victims of theft and sought assistance from the manager Susy Nerey with a big smile on her face told her they dont refund cash and that we should leave. Complaint filed with the state attorney and Better Business Bureau corporate T-Mobile did not have the authority to reverse this ilegal taking

Very happy experience. The lady served me also served other two customers the same time and made everyone feel attended no interruption. She is perfect professional knowing what she was doing clearly and right to the point.

Worst T-Mobile in Wellington . Waited for 45 minutes to be skipped in line and ignored when I asked why I was skipped. These sales reps have no respect for women. Do not recommend.

I came into the store with my phone issues and could not connect it with my car Bluetooth, but even though they arent supposed to help me with that them did and went above and beyond for me. Very poor service. The technicians are abrupt and will offer minimal assistance, unless you are purchasing a high end smart phone. I would never recommend this branch of T-Mobile to anyone.

This was the worst T-Mobile experience yet. I purchased a new galaxy s4 through t-mobile via phone and asked how I would go about transferring an existing line I have with t-mobile to the new phone, and putting the new number on my old galaxy s2. I was told to take it to a T-Mobile store and it would be taken care of for no additional charge. When I entered the store the man helping me was extremely rude. I didnt get his name and I hate to identify people by ethnicity/race, but he was Asian. Any way, he was very trite and insisted I needed two new SIM cards and I would have to pay $20. I refused, so then he offered to cut down the nano on my s2 and charge me $5 for an adapter. Again I refused - nice he offers the most expensive option first. Ultimately I called T-Mobileand will be sent two new SIM cards at no charge. However, I have to wait up to ten days. All of this should have been taken care of at the store. I would love to speak with the store manager. Ive never left a store so angry I could explode.

Great service, really attentive to all your needs. As for the person complaining about them offering to cut your sim card being offered as a last resort, you do know that it is better to have a pre cut chip because sometimes the cutting process may not fit perfectly. Thats why it was offered first. If you are cheap as hell go ahead and complain.

We had the best experience today at this store, we now have our own personal Tmobile representative Gabriela, she is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this store.
