Pawned a Ford mustang that was my brothers before he passed and went to get it. Had cables to jump start it and popped the hood and there was no battery. They covered the battery and we noticed that the radio was gone . When we told them they said the vehicle was locked the whole time. But half of the key was stuck in ignition and there was zero way to lock the car. So if it was locked like they said than I wouldnt have been able to open the car door with the lady standing right there. Dont recommend anyone taking their stuff to them. Didnt even want to give it a star but they did get a new battery. They wouldnt check the cameras or anything they told me that some guy went back there and they allowed him to go thru cars.

I have known Ms Sharon almost half my life..... if you treat her with respect she will do the same.. she is a good person and a great business owner. She will help in a pinch when needed but she wont let people try to pull wool over her eyes...she has been in her professional for along time!! She knows what she is doing!! Honest and fairness is what you will find when you choose to work with S&L Pawn!! Like I said known her about half my life and she is still the only pawn shop I deal with!!Plus her employees Mark and Andi are pretty awesome people......that makes a big difference in the work place!! Probably the worst pawn shop ive ever been to, if i could give it negative stars, id give as many as i could. The old hag with a fake english accent is the worst one there, shes very rude, disrespectful, and she doesnt know anything about what shes buying or selling, and shell try and haggle you down to cents on the dollar, even if what you bring in is valuable. They dont have anything good in there, so aviod it if your standards are above paying good money for garbage. Save your time, and go to a respectable pawn shop, not this dumpster fire.

Impolite people from the UK taking advantage of the American dream and our citizens. When I was a cop I had to take a report from the female owner because she didn’t know the difference in fake and real gold bangles. Later on I took a Glock 17 with a TLR-3 Streamlite/Laser and she offered me $150.00. The light was a couple hundred more, never mind the gun.

They dont take season box sets even if you have every season up to the most recent. any other pawn shop will cause its BAD BUSINESS to not take seasons of stuff also tried to sell some china a hole 200$ set of china i wanted 20 for to get back out to my house. they wouldnt take it so id say go any were but here if your looking to sell or pawn stuff. even taken a 700$ gaming computer to them so i could get food for my kids. sorry we dont take desktops as soon as i walked in the door thats what i heard.

I went into to this place to look at some movies. I start looking up the movies on imdb for information on them. The English lady walks up to me an says if your looking up how much these movies are worth I dont care. Buy them for 2.50 or get out of my store. I ignored her an continued to look at the movies. The movies were 5 bucks each an she was selling them 50 percent off at 2.50. She stood there the whole time I looked at the movies telling me to hurry up telling me she wanted to go home telling me she doesnt like having to wait on me. This was an 1 hour and a half before they closed. I was looking through about 30 movies I got out to look through. I started to tell her which movies I was buying an werent an she says oh no you either buy all those movies or none at all an get out of my store. So I turned around to walk out an i told her she was rude an that i wasnt coming back an she says good I dont want you back in my store your a waste of my time. This is the worst pawn shop Ive ever been to. I didnt do anything to deserve that. I just looked at some movies an were about to buy some.

The elderly English woman is the most disrespectful and rude lady I have ever met. She will haggle and haggle you down till the only thing you have left is dirt in your hands! Shame on the staff in this establishment. A WHOLE BUNCH OF CROOKS!😤
