Our personal salesman is Chris Walker and I can only speak as to my experience with him. He is honest and a straight shooter. Stands behind his word. We have used the service dept there and always happy with our dealings with the exception of if you buy the warranty on an little older vehicle you will have to remind them anytime you take it in but otherwise no complaints. We have bought a total of 3 vehicles ourselves and I’ve referred 3 people to Orr and Chris and all are extremely happy and satisfied with their purchase

I was charged for the first time I took my car in for a check up for 139$ I was under the impression that I didn’t have to pay anything. The car needed struts and shocks in the front and back the day I bought the car and I also got the extra warranty that was supposed to cover everything. Well after they got done with it they said that it would cost me 2500$ and nothing was covered! I am very disappointed about that, but the people that work there are awesome! So I took my car to my mechanic and come to find out they were over charging me terribly and my car needed different kind of parts than what they told me! So I’m very disappointed with the whole experience and I think it’s really not fair!

I felt pressured and stressed from the moment a sales person approached me. They tried to push me into a vehicle that I hated and it was overpriced. I purchased at Paris Ford and had a wonderful experience and was able to get into a car I love without the stress and hefty price tag.

Needed my transmission looked at after being attacked by a deer and losing the fluid. It was determined I needed a new transmission, which arrived on the following Monday. I called on Wednesday to get an update on the Jeep and was told that they hadnt had time to take a look at it yet because they had people ahead of me. That Friday they called the bodyshop handling my claim to let them know that the transmission they had ordered the previous week, that had arrived Monday and had been sitting at their shop with my Jeep all week, was the wrong transmission and they would need to order the correct one.Once the rental vehicle costs started getting passed on to them, they were able to get the transmission replaced within a day or so, though... so theres that.
Service personnel aren’t very helpful at all. Been trying to contact them the past week at least 3 times or more and I’ve either been put on hold or phone seems disconnected. I tried making an appt online and that seemed to also not work.
The sales people are wonderful and worked with me on getting my car, which I love still after 2 years of driving it,the service dept is another story,I suspected they were not rotating my tires after my oil changes dispite telling me they did and charging me,this last time I marked my tires and when I got my car back,THEY WERE IN THE SAME SPOTS!!!they again did not rotate my tires but still charged me for it and said they did the work,this is cooked and dishonest and I will not b going back,beware of the service dept!!!

Orr Auto Mall sold my wife and I a smart fortwo vehicle. They told us that they were authorized to work on it. Now theres something wrong with the turbocharger and theyre telling us that they cant work with it and the closest place we can take it is all the way in Tulsa Oklahoma.

Wouldn’t buy from this place again. The staff is pretty nice. Unfortunately I didn’t find out that the car I had bought from them was previously wrecked until I was trading it in.Yes, I should have looked into that more.. but as a 19 year old I wasn’t aware that I need to. When I confronted them about it, they denied that it was wrecked. Even though the car facts said it had been.

Saw a ad on Facebook from Roberto Guevara a 16 Silverado crew cab and responded to Roberto and he got back with me very quickly came in the next day to look at it and he got me a much better 16 ram eco-diesel with half the miles that the Silverado had and was fully loaded for just $2,000 more. He is an excellent sales person and I highly recommend him to anybody. Thanks Roberto for getting me a great deal on a great truck!!!
Salesperson was amazing! Finance manager was not. He will add on extra warranties without asking if you even want them. I suggest reading the fine print. They advertise a big dealership warranty but you end up paying for it. Along with gap coverage. High interest rate even with excellent rating. Will definitely refinance through credit union for better rate.
I had my 2013 dodge truck worked on and saw the next day the service department put 2 small dents in my passenger door I love this truck im furious but contacted the service department and they said they would talk to the manager and call me back and never did its very unprofessional to treat trusting customers like this I would like my dents they put in to be fixed asap no stars!!!! Zero stars for the Service Department!!!!I took my 2016 Ram to get serviced and this company caused even more issues with my Ram. They “fixed” 3 of my recalls and literally ruined my dial (8 speed shifter) while trying to fix the recall and are wanting to charge me to fix the issue they caused on my Ram, they also are wanting to sell me a service that I do not need on my vehicle and are blaming that for the cause of why my shifter isn’t working properly. I feel taken advantage of, I’m not sure if it’s because I am a women but I am not stupid to pay for something that you guys did to my vehicle. I do NOT trust this company who destroys your vehicle and then wants to charge you for the service!!!!

I bought a used car from here and they told me several times that it hasnt ever been wrecked. They charged me a high price for the vehicle and then I noticed cosmetic damage the day I bought it and went in with an appointment but they wouldnt do anything about it. I also requested a car fax and fhey gave me a cheap off brand of it saying it wasnt wrecked. After I had it a couple months I met the previous owner and he told me it was wrecked. I bought a car fax and found out it was wrecked and when I went back to try to get it fixed or compensated but they declined all acknowledgement and wouldnt help me out at all. Very poor service to me and lied all the way through the deal

Fixed my car in a timely manner. Turned out had to get battery replaced, however I only gave 4 stars because the price of the battery was a bit more than what I expected it to be. The guys (and women) that work there are awesome and extremely well trianed.
Every time I ask them to look at something it doesnt get looked at? And when I ask about it they have to take it back in to do that its very frustrating especially with the long wait

I really wish I could give split reviews. The sales department is good. The service department is worse than horrid. We have an 18 Rogue that has had numerous issues and been in for repair repeatedly. From the car braking on its own with nothing around it, to the screen going out and having to have TWO radio replacements, a horrible creaking noise, the hatch opening and not closing, the hatch opening on its own, the radio coming on after the car has been turned off an unoccupied. The service department is mediocre at timely service and making sure issues are fixed. At this point Im so far past being done with this SUV and the service department. Also, I was told by a service writer that when my car was braking on its own they thought it was because of my radio going out because thats where the notification sound plays through which was totally incorrect as SEVERAL have had the same issue as me. Conveniently, a field engineer came to look at another car and looked at mine in the process. I was informed that there will be a recall issued and that mine was fixed ahead of that. I have given ample opportunity and continue to feel like issues get swept under the rug.If you want a good sales team go here, if you want good service after the sale avoid it at all cost like we should have.
Our buying experience wasn’t bad. Luis was very helpful. Our bad experience is with service. Our windshield busted and needed to be replaced. The windshield is a part that only nissan dealers can get. We tried for 3 weeks to get it replaced and the service department was no help at all!!! Every time we called they either told us “the cleaning lady must have thrown away our paper” or we don’t know why it hasn’t been ordered yet”. All coming with we’ll get back to you. Guess what? They don’t.... You gotta call them and they still have no idea.We finally had to go through another nissan dealer and had the windshield put in the next day. We have no intention on returning other than the scheduled oil changes to keep from voiding our warranty.Update...Got with Scottie and I’m going to give them another chance. I’ll update my review to 3 stars for now and go to 5 it the service department gets their stuff together...

We didnt even make it out of our vehicle before a salesman approached us and with a few other words said, this is our new cars our used lot is over there. We never mentioned anything about a price or what we were even looking for before he said that. He judged us by what we were driving and how we looked. Definitely will drive out of town before giving them my business.

Also, not happy that there wasnt even the slightest attempt to provide the pony and/or unicorn I asked for in the paperwork. Ill probably work with them again anyway.

The service department is absolutely amazing. We were headed on vacation and our transmission went out. The transmission was on back order for 6 weeks, but Orr went above and beyond to get it expedited and had our van back to us in two weeks and back on our vacation. Clint Hartley, my salesperson, was knowledgeable about the vehicles and very personable. He took the time to drive my.new vehicle to the rental agency so I could return my rental car. The financing department was great. Everything went so smoothly with no high pressure found at other dealerships.
Amazing team of dealers with great hospitality. They will do anything to help you get something in your price range. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My co-signer has even said they wish they would have gone there for there car. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Called the day before and confirmed availability of at least 3 vehicles as well as prices listed. Was very clear with the Finance manager, Happy, what range we could spend and that we would be driving 4 hours. He was very helpful on the phone. Drove 4 hours to get there only to be told that due to a computer glitch, the prices on the vehicles were completely not correct. They refused to honor the prices that are still currently posted online. I understand computer issues, but as a finance manager, he should have known when quoting the prices the day before how off some of the prices were. One car was 4000 more than listed and severely overpriced for the condition of the vehicle. Incredibly bad experience. Do not trust their website nor what they tell you via phone! Wasted day and disappointment! Bad business!
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with my dealership, Orr Auto Mall, in Russellville. I’ve scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and the employees at the Service Department make it a breeze for me, everytime.Recently, my 2018 Nissan was having trouble starting. I called and scheduled an appointment, but because I needed a way to get to work everyday, they told me to bring it in two days early and they could fit me in. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and fix the issue I was having and also fix my speaker! Nothing but excellent service with them!
I bought my vehicle from here. The process was easy. The closing was quick compared to other dealerships. Now I have my car serviced here when it is time. Their service department guys are friendly and knowledgeable. They are a bit slower than the jiffy lube but they are experts in my kind of car and dependable.
I am livid! This place has had my car for almost 2 years! We call and even go up there to check on it. They would NEVER return our phone calls. Three times they couldn’t even find our car! 3 times!!! They had no idea who we were and told us they couldn’t find our car. Even insisted we had the wrong auto shop. THREE TIMES!!! Yesterday when they finally did call us back they told us “it’s to old we don’t know what else to do” exact words! It’s not that old!!! After two years and $600 you tell me this! I demand my money back! I don’t even want the car anymore I’m so livid! When We asked to speak to the head manager I was told to leave my number and he would call me back. So I was like ok, maybe they will do something to fix this. Nope. No one has called us back. This is outrageous that you took my hard earn $600 (and time) to tell me it was fixed just for me to arrive and it still be broke! TWICE!! Twice I go up there, pay, for them to tell us it’s not running! Shouldn’t it be running when you tell me it is ready and I give you over $600?!! Now months later there is nothing you can do?! Sounds fishy. I will never take another vehicle there. And I will no longer recommend to my friends/family. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and leaving social media reviews! I will also be emailing ch. 7s “7 on your side”!!
Salesmen get it done! After that you are screwed. The service department is flat out incompetent. Ive worked on cars my whole life. These guys are moronic. I took a car in 2 days after purchase. I said tire has a knot in it. They told me I was crazy. Took it to a redneck tire shop. Changed the tire problem solved. I then took the car for brake job 1 week later. The brake pad fell off in 3 pieces. I didnt want to cancel warranty. I called and was told I was lying. My wifes aunt had her oil changed and when she got home black stain in the yard. I looked and it was a loose oil filter. I was promised warranty which is useless unless you let them fix(break) your car. The sales guys are cool. They will get you in a car. Just know you will work on it yourself or you will get garbage over priced work done. They have faith in their mechanics. I have a 15 year old son, who for sure, does better work.

Very nice people, i just had a question about a rental, they answered and didnt have an attitude and just generally nice. My 2 aunts have bought cars from them, and like their service!
Their deal they have going on right now is a lie and a scam. I contacted them and told them exactly what I wanted and being that I live two hours away, I asked Andres if they could do that. Their deal they have going on right now said EVERYONE approved, yr job is yr Credit, and if they dont get you approved they will give you 500.00. Well I got neither. It is just a scam to get people in. Andres said he could do what I asked and come on down. I never seen him nor seen a voucher I was supposed to get. Total BS!!

Okay. I have to change from 1 star back to 5 stars. Bought 1 there already was great 5 stars but then to 1 because of some personal issue I had. Well we can scrub that right now. We, me & wife, she was wanting a new vehicle again. And Billy called and sent an email super nice salesman. Very well spoken straight up like it should be & knows his vehicles. Well because of the Covid-19 I am high risk with Asthma, Cronic Bronchitis, and COPD. Well Billy got the job done. And with actually no contact. Did most on the phone he called my wife went and like they say you only have to be in here 10 min to 1 hour max. Thats the actual truth. We live in lamar. My wife left got there signed the papers traded keys, closest contact for a second. Like before we searched every dealership from Ft. Smith, to conway this is the second time and once again still The Cheapest we have found. But BILLY by far was the best salesman there is. Patient, talked very well not a whole bunch of who shot John. He didnt have to do what he did over the phone and getting this done with very very minimal if any contact. They had one that was cheaper a 2019 tuscon but before we were done had to go with the 2020 Tuscon for only $12 more a month. I used to be a salesman myself. And salesman like Billy are few and far between. 100% ORR is the best, cheapest and all the staff need to be thanked also. They always done top job on service, if we need anything. And Thank You Amy for doing what you do. I am glad that Billy Reached out to us realized somethings have changed but they changed for the best. So Just wanting to say Thank You To Billy for being patient with the way we had to do it but that didnt take long either. Will be sending referrals to ORR once again.
