The last two times I tried to get a Cricket phone for me and my wife at the Russellville Arkansas retailer, they did not have the phone we wanted in stock, and could not tell me when they would have them. I ended up having to drive 30 minutes one way to the next closest Cricket retailer, who had multiple phones like the one we wanted. Today, 10/2/21, I went by the retailer 90 minutes before closing to get a screen protector for my Motorola G Power. The lights were on and the open sign was flashing, but the door was locked. Very disappointed. Tried to call but no answer and no voicemail.

If the service wasnt so cheap it would get 1 star. Cant even watch a 720p youtube video over the network even when it says LTE+ throttled to death garbage service.

I walked into this establishment thinking it would be a good place to find insects to feed Rupert, my 3 foot long green iguana. The young lady politely informed me that her place of business actually sold cellular telephones, and not live reptile food as I had mistakenly thought. She was a very nice young lady and very polite. The next time my iguana needs a cellular telephone...I know when Im going!!!

It was slow I went in to pay. My bill it busy with about 6 people ahead of me I felt sorry for thr cleck he was helping to buy bills sell phone and new chargers I was there aboit a hr the clerk. Said he eas sorry for the wait but I thonk he needed help himself.

I recommended ordering a phone through cricket online service. They have next business day delivery and order different specials. I went in store to price and would have paid almost double . The staff was friendly but not many options and high prices.

Absolute joke of a company. They sell your number out to advertisers so your getting robo calls and virus text links at literally all hours of the day and night. Old timers are getting sent phishing links and falling victim to identity theft all so the ATT CEO can pocket a few more nickles and dimes from the sales of our private information. Screw ATT, screw cricket. The phone service itself is decent if your in a good serviced area, ill say that much. Leave more than 20-30 miles in any less populated direction and your now proud owner of a paperweight.Edit/Response: Care to explain this then? How are spambots able to send mass texts with VIRUS LINKS to 20+ numbers all of which are users or either cricket AT&T Gophones etc? Conveniently all your own companies. How about the video of AT&Ts CEO receiving a robocall himself during interviews? Its pretty obvious you or your ownership are selling out our private information to third party advertisers. The fact you chose to address that accusation and not say the quality of your service, and the fact that your customer support line is. Dropping my review from 2 barely earned stars to one to reflect the pettiness and lack of concern of this reply. This company has no shame, and lies directly to your face as a paying customer after already providing sub par service and overcharging for phones that ARE NOT EVEN NEW, 90% of whats sold in their stores are refurbished. If your phone was bought here and the end of the serial number is RF? Guess what that stands for. That in itself is bait and switch market tactics. Illegitimate business if ever Ive seen one.

The young lady is always a good help person, she does everything with a smile I rate her 5 stars.

I would like to ask that you provide regular chairs not just bar stools for disabled customers. I am not able to climb onto bar stools let alone sit on one.I use a cane or walker to get around. Thank you.
