A new employee was by himself on a Saturday night. It was packed and we were waiting a long time and eventually walked out. I dont blame him but just bad management for leaving a new guy by himself and no one to help him out.

This place was incredible. Such a variety of awesome items. And the man working today was super helpful and polite. Would highly recommend this specific location to anyone 👏

For gamestop has always been the go to place for my gaming needs. Great staff and very helpful.

Its a great store, better than most GameStops I go too, however my issue is people not properly checking discs, I know about the shady stuff employees have to do and dont take it out on them however the last visit I had was average at best, now sometimes I get a bad disc it happens, but I bought a game, and it was covered with dust. I had not even put it under the light yet and could see dust all over the disc and it worked after I got it cleaned, but the sales clerk didnt even clean the disk. The retailer I had also almost gave me the GameStop generic case after handing over the real case without even telling me why I asked her what happened to the real case she asked if I wanted the real case. Then I opened it and saw the thing broken inside the case. Im a reasonable person, if she just told me what was wrong with the case I would have understood but she didnt even tell me what was wrong with the case, you have to be honest with youre shoppers if you tell them whats going on then most people will work with you.

Absolutely love this place! Im not a big gamer but the staff still will explain what games are good, what games I would like, and what to expect. Theyre very knowledgeable and super friendly. Ive never had a bad experience at GameStop!

This place has everything you need for an xbox. It doesnt have playstation 3 or 4 controllers but it does have the games for them.

Most of the time the employees they have their the best . my only problem with it is the location . its hard to get in and out of the parking lot is really small . Most of the time you cant just back up it takes a few tries to get out of a parking spot or in one . And they share it with a Verizon store so depending on what time of the day and whats going on Verizon you may not even have a parking spot .

Bought a couple used controllers from this store. The controllers had no problems working but they were dirty and disgusting. One had what looked to be animal hair stuck to it. Spent an hour cleaning them before use. I would buy new games from gamestop but nothing else

This is one of my favorite Gamestop locations. Staff is always helpful, nice selections of games and collectables. Visit every time that Im in town.

Gamestop its the worse bought new Xbox one and had issues which the store would not do me right on. Emailed gamestop online and they blew me off and called online number and was hung up on. I suggest you never go to gamestop.

I checked the game stop website this morning to see when they open, and it says that they open at 9am, but when I arrived the posted open time is 10am. They should fix their online information when they change posted hours. Also their used controllers arent cleaned whatsoever before being resold. Very unhappy with my game stop experience today..

This GameStop has gone through some changes . some of my favorite employees are no longer there and they really put in an effort . Sometimes I find it hard to get the help I want . This combined with the terrible parking lot . Makes it kind of a hassle to shop here . I find myself getting my video games is Amazon prime more these days .
