I have read the bad reviews, but my experience (every time) with this store has been fast and friendly.I only go there for Amazon returns, but theyre nice to me every time. :)
As others have said, the $5.00 printing fee is pretty ridiculous. Come with your labels already printed if you can
They wanted a $5.00 service fee to print a single page. Other prints stores routinely offer self servie printing for about $.015 a page

Horrible customer service. Called to retrieve a lost package, the man was unprofessional, rude, and told me they could not locate my package.How is that possible?
This place is absolutely ridiculous! Wanted to charge me $32 just for boxing up an iPad and a small speaker. $15 would’ve been a lot. Will never go back to this location again.
I usually get stuff from Amazon, and sometimes i am not home to get package, i go to UPS My Choice and have it hold at THIS UPS store and pick up for FREE. Well, this time, i went ahead and had package deliver to the store. After having a conversation with the clerk, she said something about not having Access Point label on the package/her computer and i have to pay $5.45 for pickup fee?! I already paid $23 for 2-days shipping and now this? So i save driver time/effort by coming down the store and this is what i get?
I dropped off an item to get packed and shipped to Miami... Helen...the manager/owner/employee charged me $208 to package up a camera..double boxed, she said.... 50$ was the labor and 158$ was the boxes and packing!!!!! She then said it would be $350 to ship this box 33x1818 and 80 lbs to Miami!!!! I went to the UPS shipping estimator online and the highest price I could get for this package was 138$ WITH INSURANCE!!!! I told her what I found and told her (Helen) to give me my package and I would ship it somewhere else... I paid her the 208 for packing and ended up shiping it via FedEx for around $90 INSURED!!!! This is the second time I have been ripped off by this place and It will be the last!!! Helen tries to inflate the UPS shipping costs and pass that on to her customers... She is a CROOK!!!! Do not use the Russellville UPS Store!!!!!!
The owner of the location saw that a line had formed in the store. She continued her personal conversation about nothing pertaining to shipping items.I have never seen a business owner not take care of customers. Especially when they only have a 2 star rating as it is.
This is one store where I wouldnt expect offhand customer service when simply inquiring about a notice that was left for me, since this situation can be dealt with quickly.Not only did the employee tell me it ...wouldnt be possible... to pick up my package after I asked about my identification not having an updated address but quickly rushed off of the phone.Luckily; after a quick read on their website I found that I could use my tracking number for the parcel to pick up the item from the store,.Thanks again whomever you were.
Paid extra for one day delivery to Subiaco, UPS driver called and said he was scared he would get stuck due to rain. That’s understandable no big deal. He said he could meet me or drop stuff off at the store that night for me to pick up. I said he could drop it off at the store because I was passing through from Conway the next day. I get to the store and they tell me stuff won’t be there until Monday. It’ll be a week until I can come back through, do not offer a service if you cannot provide it.
Ive been there twice just because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. My first experience was bad....my second and last experience was terrible. Very rude lady that owns or manages (I guess) this place acted like I was bothering her when I went to drop off a box to be shipped. I stopped using this over-priced scam and started shipping everything through USPS and have always found friendly and helpful employees there and shipping costs much less. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I will never ship with this store again...I was just told by a rude lady that once it leaves her store it’s not her problem and that she couldn’t make a change....total lie...I did it myself online...it’s called an intercept and she knew that I’m sure.
GREAT service. Pricy but you can always go to the regular P O for slower turn around and less money. Both good choices for mail services.

Not too long of a wait. The store seemed clean and bright. Easy to see from the road and lots of available parking spaces.
Charged $2.15 to print a piece of paper. At some point you have to not take advantage of people. Capitalism at its finest. Staff was friendly though.
Prepare to be nickled and dimed. Rude employees, and a generally customer-unfriendly vibe. Its almost as if youre bothering someone when you walk in. Dont say I didnt warn you...Use USPS instead!
Drove 70 miles to get there to do some faxes took like an hour ask if I could use the restroom thay told me thay didnt have one not very frendly. Had to go behind the building to pee couldnt leave my elderly friend wouldnt use this place for anything not recommended this is ark not calif a public restroom I have a problem with my bladder and told to go elce where

Was ignored by 2 employees for 10 minutes. Neither employee acknowledged me the entire time I waited for assistance. Finally walked out of the store. Guess Ill stick with the US Postal Service from now on. Sheesh!!!
