I love my furniture. They delivered when they said they would. They came in, set it up, and left. There was no problem. The delivery guys were very courteous. I will purchase from them again.

They alerted me 20 minutes prior to arrival. Asked me how I wanted it setup! They wore masks. They setup, cleaned up and left. Extremely professional.

Sales person was friendly and knew his stuff. Loading of item in bed of pickup was outstanding. Mattress sleeps fine. Interspring had slight tear in bottom covering, but did not affect comfort.

Bought a new bedroom set and the delivery men set it up for us. After they were gone, noticed that one of the nightstands was messed up. Contacted Ivan Smith and they immediately sent a new one out within the next couple of days with no hassle!!

I purchased a couch set at Ivan Smiths in Ruston and was pleased with the product; however, I needed a coffee table with an end table set to match the furniture; I was denied a price-match deal. Their price was $1120 and Ashelys price was $921. I was totally disappointed. Its always good to shop around. Quess what? Their brand furniture come from the same wearhouse.

Their driver ran over the base of my grandkids basketball goal, the base will no longer retain water.The company would not come out and access the damage and pay for it. I wonder is because of my skin tone ! My wife has did business with them for years, I would never.

Love the sofa that we bought -quality and comfort are very good. Service at the store was excellent. The only thing I would improve was the four sofa pillows were not wrapped on the edges and loose threads all over -took a couple of hours to fix them, but they are now pretty.

Overall everything went pretty good and smooth. There was an issue with the correct size of sofa table ordered. However they worked with us very well to fix the issue and we are satisfied with what we have in our home.
