Worse customer service ever.totally disrespectful rude very unprofessional..the employees need a course in customer service and how to do there job better.

Customer service is very poor.. while they are in the process of helping you they stop and help someone else and make you wait forever it seems
These people are very aggravating and impatient people never work anything out with you and most of all they are really harassing and Rude. They called about a payment on a couch and I told them can they wait I have company and instead they came all the way to my home with my family on the couch over something they couldn’t wait till the next day for. Very poor customer service wouldn’t recommend anymore renting from this place in this area ever.
