Every since I got my system there been one story after another. I havent been getting straight answers from anyone. Every time someone tells you that they are going to contact you they never do. And I still havent received my gift card from them, I wish I would have went with Smiply Safe.

Our service tech, Ali, was wonderful. We took his advice about how best to protect our home and with the exception of cameras, I think we now have all the bells and whistles....literally. I feel very confident that we are protected and its great to have the peace of mind that our home is being directly monitored for fire, burglary and carbon monoxide gas. The package was a bit more costly than we had planned but, we feel, it is well worth it.

Hey, you are sending me another customers credit, address and personal information. You dint seem to have an email address that I can reply to. I have the first months documents for a new customer and am not interested in receiving any more. I am in Australia so Im not interested in calling you. How about an email address on your webpage that someone can check? I gave you 1 star for requiring an email address on every contact option but not having one yourself. (and for sending personal info of a paying client to the wrong person)

Gives us additional peace of mind; even if we are away fire and police are notified. I also was impressed how Larry Thomas explained the CO2 alarm and we made changes to have one near our bedroom. The external alarm had some added features that impressed us, however it was not in our budget.

I had an appointment setup to remove the equipment. Waited for 3 hours and noone showed up. Neither is there any follow up call. I have the Techs name and ID# that was supposed to show up. I still have not been contacted.Looks to be if equipment is getting installed, its very timely and professional and when removing its the opposite.

Happy to finally have my home protected,, also being elderly am able to feel safer since I am alone, except for my dog. The installer was stellar, He was very professional, knowledgeable, worked diligently and very personable. A few things came up a few days later, however I was able to have them cleared up.
